I don't usually go to this location because it is always busy with lines out the door. However, I was feeling lazy and didn't want to drive across town. One thing I like about Panda, the food is always hot and freshly made. It is probably not the best thing to eat but, you know what you are getting into when you eat here. The portions have gotten better aswell. Earlier this year I had stopped in for a bite and the portions were seriously lacking. Not that I have to have food spilling off my plate but, I would like to get my monies worth. I was not the only person complaining as others verbally complained to a Manager. Looks like they listened to the customers. I gave three stars because of the long lines. This recent visit I did not have to wait but, that was not the norm. This is a very tiny place. The kitchen area is pretty, you can see all the food being made. There is limited seating inside. They have outdoor seating but if it's raining..tough luck :\ There's an outdoor dining area outside of Safeway if you don't mind walking across the parking lot (it's covered!) The food is pretty oily. I usually feel heavy and nauseated an hour or so after. Knowing this, I still go back. Why? Because I'm a piggy LOL. There is always a line when I come here. It's kinda slow. I like that the drinks can be refilled for free. I need to wash down all this grease (I actually should just avoid it altogether, but it's yummy) They take cash and card. I usually get the same thing at any Panda's I go to. I always get noodles, orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp, and cream cheese ragoons. The great thing about Panda's is that no matter where I am, the food always tastes the same. I can never find orange chicken that tastes quite like theirs. Its this perfect combination of sweet, salty, and tanginess. The honey walnut shrimp is awesome because its kind of like shrimp canton but with a more milder flavored sauce and the walnuts give it the right amount of sweet and crunch. As for the cream cheese rangoons...I dont know what it is about it, but I just love them. The creaminess with the crunch of the fried won ton gets me every time. Honestly, its so lame, but its so yummy! Nothing here ever blows me away and nothing is good enough that it makes it to the top of my list of things to eat when I need a quick meal. Panda Express is a great place to grab a quick bite when on the go. There are so many options, old favorites from orange chicken and beef broccoli. To new ones like short ribs and Angus beef. Usually, there is such a volume that comes through, the food doesn't just sit there for hours like other take out places. It makes it easy to get a plate with a startch & 2 or 3 choices, or even a bowl with one starch and main dish. The Ewa Beach location, being relatively new, is clean and efficiency laid out. We always come to this location, and as usual the line is always long during the evening. The staff there makes the line move quite quick though. Their grilled chicken tastes so much better compared to other panda's, they also make one of the best soups! This review is for catering. Came here on a tip from a friend. I had won my fantasy football league this year and was forced to caterer our super bowl party via league rules. Having to provide the food and alcohol I was looking for the most bang for ur buck. A friend had mentioned when he need to cater his son's birthday he found Panda the cheapest. I ended up getting their cheapest option, three entrees and three sides or starches. I got mushroom chicken, chicken & beens and beef & broccoli for the entrees and luk fun, noodles and steam vegetables as the sides. I came a little early for pick up and the guy behind the counter could have been the friendliest person to ever serve me anywhere. His smile was honest, spoke in a loud clear voice and even offer me a free drink while I waited. I turned him down because my thirst was quenched with the great service, I know that sounds corny but that's how I truly felt. All the food was made fresh while I waited. I was surprised at the weight of my order considering it was under $150 and the serving utensil were included. All the food was great. Couldn't have been happier with the outcome. If u need catering in ewa this is the place to go. They even deliver, as long as ur not too far, if ur order is over $200. I somehow manage to come here during peak hours and most of the entrées are almost or already empty, no biggie for me to wait 10 minutes for a fresh batch of orange chicken. This Panda Express is my favorite. It has friendly staff and fresh food that tastes good. I ordered the bowl with half brown rice half veggies and string beans with chicken breast. I wanted the bowl because I wanted the sauce to coat the rice and veggies, it did. Usually I get the 2 choice plate, which is an awesome deal for $8 some odd cents. When I used to live in Pearl City, I used to frequent Pandas in Pearlridge quite often. Now that I moved back to Ewa Beach and there is a Pandas here, I forgot what the hype was about. I like Pandas every once in a while but this Pandas is small to accommodate the people that go here. It's almost always crowded at peak times and they have very few seats. They have these really tall seats, which are the ones that are usually open on crowded days. There is a Pandas in Kapolei and it's not near crowded as this one. Pandas in Ewa Beach chose the right location in terms of business and profit, but this location is too small to accommodate which is why I assume they have seats outside as well. read more

Tonight was my daughters schools fundraiser night! Before placing the order at 4PM, I understood that there would been a short wait due to the type of event. When I arrived for my pick up time at 5PM, the worker asked the name the order was under. She looked confused and then went to the back to check for other receipts. Came back and verified my name and went back. I seen her hop on the line and started making plates. So I assumed, those were my plates being made. 10 mins go by and still nothing. I'm confused at this point cause she is passing out plates. 20 mins go by and I asked another worker and a different worker says there's no receipt. At this point I'm checking my bank account. I seen that I was charged and show the worker my receipt AGAIN. 5 mins later, a manager comes and asked to see my receipt again. Then she tells me she can't find my receipt. So at this moment, I'm just trying to see how we're gunna problem solve. I have a receipt in my hand and the charge in my bank account. The worker literally said she needed to write my order down and THEN SHE'D make my plate. This is almost 30 mins later. It took her another 10 mins to make my plates because some food needed to be replenished and made. My order finally comes up and all she says to me is "thanks for waiting". As I'm walking out, I check the bag for all the packaged sauces that I verbally requested for and none was in there. This is not the first time we have had a bad experience at this Panda Express. We only went back because of my daughters school fundraiser. It just blew my mind how the workers just passed the buck hoping it'll eventually be solved my the manager.
