Went here today to watch the Uconn game against Illinois. It's so so different here in Hawaii. There is no interest in the NCAA tournament as I was the only person who had any interest in the game. I enjoyed my time here with excellent service by Kai. She made my experience a great one and the chicken tenders were very good along with the fries. First off the staff is always excellent, smiling and eager to great you. Thanks for that y'all haven't lost me as a customer. Yet. What the hell is this abomination BWW is calling a Beef on weck? This was and still is one of my favorite foods from Buffalo. No toasted bun, no egg wash and no kosher salt, no real horseradish. They got the caraway seed right at least however it needed a lot more. There is no way the beef was roast beef, this had to be the Philly meat. The aujus had 0% flavor. Would it be to much to ask you guys to give us a pickle with it? Maybe some salty chips? So why even bring it back if you're gonna half ass it? To anybody reading this and didn't know BWW used to be known as Buffalo Wild Wings and Wecks. You guys have successfully ruined a classic, I hope anyone that tried it understands it was so much more than the effort BWW is putting into it this time around. Ugh. I REALLY want to revise this review soon! But for now, here we are. I work nearby this BWW and we frequently come here for lunches. Many times we've had to leave before our food comes out and ask it in to go boxes so we aren't late getting back. One of the bartenders seems to see me come in and the wait at least 15 minutes before waiting on me. And she always seems very irritated to take anyone's order. Today- my husband picked up a to go order of BONELESS wings. But got home to bone-in. He left a good tip because we've worked in the industry. But- again- the servers were not friendly. He's much more chill than I am- I would have driven back super fired up. So I'm writing this review instead. C'mon guys. You can do better. read more

The service was junk. Wasn't even that busy and the waitress couldn't even refill our drinks until we asked for refills. I also noticed they just talking story and didn't bother to see how everything was going. Our food took awhile to come out as well and when we did get our food, it was lot even fresh. Most of our food was doom temp. Our food was also either bland or overly seasoned. That is the last time I'll ever eat out at Buffalo Wild Wings. read more

Honestly not so great experience. Took our server 30 mins to even ask me if I wanted a drink, super slow service after that, didn't check in. Seemed understaffed for a Thursday night football game with popular teams.. I don't blame the server, but they should maybe schedule better for peak sports events. No table touches from manager either. Disappointing and could have had a much larger tab from us if service was more efficient. read more

Not the best BWW but also not the worst. The restaurant was empty on a Sunday night but we stood at the front waiting for a staff person for at least 10 minutes. The staff even helped people who came in after us first (though to be fair, I'm not the type to confront or make a scene so I let it happen). The house sampler was pretty sad. The boneless wings that came with it were all batter, barely any meat, and the tray itself looked so sparse. We requested flats only for our traditional wings, which is an extra charge, but the wings were so skinny and overcooked. We also had to flag down the staff a couple times for water refills and the check. I never expect much at BWW but this wasn't the greatest experience. read more

We were on vacation! There to watch the World Series DODGERS vs NY game 2 and to celebrate my goddaughters heavenly 20th birthday; BWW is one of her favorite places. Service was good. Food was ok (not as good as our Carson, CA location). Early enough to get good seats for our group. Parking's ample. After a rough start of waiting five minutes to check-in (staff was in a huddle) and another ten to be seated (despite seeing plenty of empty tables) we had a great experience. The service was great. We got our food fastest that we ever had at any BWWs. Unfortunately though they were out of both root beer and lemonade. Tried the new Buffalo Boneless Bar Pizza and it was pretty good. We went early and saw all four fights tonight. Almost all of the televisions had the fight. One table asked to have the baseball game and got it, so they are pretty accommodating. They didn't rush us and ensured that we had everything that we needed throughout our stay. Ensure to sign-up for their rewards program. I received six free wings for my birthday and in the BWWs app received an offer for 25% off the meal. Not bad! definitely better than paying a fortune to purchase the fight at home and having to cook. read more

It's gotten better over the years. We tend to order for pickup while watching a game at home but I would say there is always something wrong or missing on the to-go order. This is probably the best BWW I've ever been to. Service was quick and efficient. Food was ok and drinks came out quickly. Takeout was just A Ok. $50+ for 12 wings, some carrots/celery and the chili queso dip. My golly haha. I was left feeling pretty hungry. That chili queso dip already comes in a little container and it wasn't even filled up, bummer. The chicken wings were so dry, had to dunk it in some blue cheese dressing to bring it back to life. Went to the Ewa Beach location after golfing on Saturday. Kinda knew what to expect since I've been to their Windward Mall location a couple times before. Food and service was average (even for BDub's). Didn't know there was an MMA fight going on followed by an NBA finals game (sorry, not into BB that much ). If you like the REALLY loud, raucous crowd atmosphere, then this place is perfect. If you were expecting to be able to have any kind of conversation with your table-mate without losing your voice, then stay away or pick a different day and time there's no event going on... good luck . We ordered the appetizer sampler platter and the bbq brisket sandwich. As I said the food was just ok... the sandwich was tasty but VERY small for $14. Since this location is close to home, we usually come here for a quick bite. For this review we came here to watch the dodgers play during the playoffs. What better atmosphere to watch a game with fans, chicken wings, beer and 360 coverage of the game from their TVS. We ordered 20 traditional wings and come Corona's to get through the game. The staff were pretty nice with helping with water refills and getting us plates and napkins. Our favorite flavors are lemon pepper for dry and garlic Parmesan for the wet sauces. I'm giving two stars because of Brittany who made a awful takeout experience better. I made an order for pickup at 6:20pm, I made the order hours in advance and got the confirmation email and the confirmation on the app. When I got to the restaurant I told the takeout worker my name and then he proceeded to answer the phone and have a long conversation. So he asked my name again and went to the back, no order. Asked for my name again, can't find it in the system, asked for the confirmation email and I showed it, asked for confirmation in the app and I showed that too...still couldn't find it. So he went and got Brittany and she couldn't find it either and she had to get the manager who also couldn't find it and asked for my confirmation email again. At that point it's getting later and I had somewhere to be, which was why I planned my order for a certain time. The manager said I could get my $10 refunded but the issue was I used a coupon, one for 6 free wings and then a 6 free wings Birthday reward. I asked the manager and he said he could take my name down and they would take care of me. What that means...I don't know! After he walked away, Brittany assured me she could get my order out to me quick so I sat and waited and she did not fail me. Honestly she should be a manager, she handled that whole thing perfectly.
