Buffalo chicken flatbread OMG. I love this so much. But it's so hot. But I want another bite. But it's so hot.

The buffalo chicken flatbread is SO good. But it's so hot. But it's so good. But my mouth is on fire. I might need a side of bleu cheese dressing next time. Or 1/2 the sauce. But it's so good! Amazing service- very attentive even though they were busy. Love the happy hour menu! Ambiance was exactly what we wanted for watching the college football championship game! We may have to become locals here!

Went to Taps & Apps over the weekend to enjoy an early dinner while in the area. Service was friendly and it wasn't too loud despite the football games on the screens. They have a good variety of craft beers on draft, as well as canned and bottled options. I enjoyed my dragonfruit lemonade Cider from Ola while the hubby tried a pineapple sour by Lanikai and an IPA by BeerLab. We split an order of garlic fries, smash burger sliders and the green salad. There was a hefty portion of fries and they were crisped nicely on the outside, fluffy inside. Salad had a tangy balsamic dressing which complemented the sweet strawberries and candied Mac nuts. Smash burgers were alright too. Overall good place to grab a refreshing brew and some good eats.

Food is decent. Beer selection is always changing and they bring in seasonal brews. Service can be sparse when they're short staffed but for the most part is always on point. Be aware of where the speakers are placed, because if you get a seat next to one it can be loud. Please change one the TVs to local sports! OC16/Spectrum Sports.

Best fish and chips in the area! Zucchini fries and chicken katsu sliders plus happy hour beers also for the win Picnic table in the corner for bigger groups is honestly grimy and could stand to be re-finished, or at the very least covered but the service was good and the kitchen was pretty quick. They did also let us know when we sat, no minors after 7pm, which I do wholeheartedly appreciate as we had to opportunity to leave vs being told we had to leave if we weren't done by then

Rachel is an awesome bartender! We always experience super friendly and fast service. Excellent food and huge beer menu. Can't go wrong here.

We stopped here for dinner passing through. You can tell everyone knew everyone. We ordered drinks and dinner and the waitress was very nice and service was great. I got the smash burgers and my husband got the fish and chips. We enjoyed both and recommend this restaurant.

I have been to Taps and Apps a few times because my sister-in-law sings there at least twice a month on weekends. If the service was bad there, she wouldn't bother singing there but all the staff that I've encountered are great. Taps and Apps is a great bar located in Mililani Mauka of all places. It's a good size restaurant inside and out. Great for several large groups. And the patio is now covered. While I was there this past Saturday, it rained and we stayed nice and dry. The bar is great for watching sports. They have some board games that you can take to your table and play. But no dart or pool table. The pool table would take up too much room leaving less seats and this place can get really crowded during the weekend. And the food is AWESOME! I prefer appetizers and they have a great assortment of them with a local flare. They just added chicken katsu sliders and it was really good. I couldn't eat all of the garlic fries so I brought it home. Normally, I don't bring home fries but I didn't want this to go to waste. As I'm usually the DD, I don't drink nor do I like the taste of beer. But if you're a beer aficionado, flights are available. However, I do like a good mocktail. Unfortunately, the cocktails are flavored because of the alcohol so no mocktail for me. But I did try my first hard seltzer there, the Ola Hibiscus and it was pretty good. Went well with the sliders and fries. If you like live music, I recommend going on Fridays. There's no stage but the setup for the singer or band is on the deck. But you can still enjoy the live music while inside as the music also plays in the restaurant. There's a lot of restaurants in this shopping plaza so parking nearest Taps and Apps during dinner can be difficult. However, if you don't mind a little walk, you can park by Starbucks where there's plenty of parking in the evening. And the bathroom, nice and clean, even on busy nights. Every visit and experience at Taps and Apps has been 5-stars for me. So if you'd like to try something outside of town, just to relax, Taps and Apps is a great place just for that.

Wanted to try taps and apps because of the football game, and our friends and family had good things to say about this place. Food was good and the portions were big enough to feed two people, but the service was just ok. Taps and apps is located at Mililani Mauka near Gyu-Kaku. Upon entering we were greeted with our server who was also the bar tender. She was great, I wish I got her name. She food came out fairly quick (thank goodness because we were starving!). Our server then informed us that she was leaving and that she'll close us out and we can order more food with our new server. Our new server never came to our table to ask us if we wanted more food or asked how we were doing. To get her attention for more water I had to wave her down, and when she gave the water she just walked away without saying a word.

Love love LOVE this place!!! Great food, awesome ambiance, lots and lots of drink options!! There's also a flight option if you don't know what beer to choose. If you're looking to have dinner or just pupus, this is ther perfect place. Gets crowded so get there early! Love that they have outside dining. Some nights throughout the week is themed whether it's karaoke, trivia, or live music. Check out their website for the event calender. Always a go-to spot anytime during the week.

Drinks were good; however, they sadly didn't have the draft I wanted to try. The staff was friendly, but there was quite a wait for a pretty empty happy hour

Sports bar-style interior or tavernish; outdoor patio was surrounded by beautiful trees and generally a nice view aside from the street. We sat outside and ordered several of the items off of the happy hour list. We were meeting an old classmate, so we were on the patio for a while chatting and enjoying the food, company, and view. It was much quieter outside. There was plenty of parking in the front depending on the day and time of day. The service was pretty good-we weren't neglected nor did they hover. The food was impressive considering the initial impression from the low lighting in the sports bar area and having to wait for a host to be seated. The staff was friendly, though. We had leftovers which we took home. Everything was delicious!

The server won't come to take your order. Not sure how this is handled if you have no phone. They may have menus and drinks written on chalkboard at bar or maybe request a paper menu. She brought us waters with a bottle to refill on our own, plates, cutlery and napkins. Drinks didn't take long and were deliciously concocted. We ordered chips with ahi dip- lots of dip and not enough chips but I'm sure if you asked for more they would acquiesce. Yummy and right flavor not too salty. Also onion rings which were large and plenty in the basket! You had choice of ranch dressing or brown mustard and we wanted to mix so she said no problem and brought them! Then we had to try the dessert flight which were three cute little prepared sweets of crème Brûlée, strawberry shortcake and a brownie with some type of custard on top. Yum! Place was clean, not too loud, and a restroom inside their place which was nice. All the servers were friendly, pleasant and made sure we had what we needed, clearing plates and glasses, keeping table clean. We really enjoyed powering up before power shopping so will return!

Ordering was super easy and quick using the QR code to place and pay, which I appreciated. The beermosa itself was refreshing and well done, and I'd absolutely come back just for that. Unfortunately, the food didn't quite meet expectations. The "crispy" pork ended up being more hard than crunchy--so chewy that after one piece my jaw was sore. I thought maybe it was just me, but my friend agreed it was tough as well. The grilled cheese was also a bit surprising. Instead of the classic buttery, crisp bread with melty cheese inside, the cheese was grilled onto the outside and inside, which left the sandwich lacking that satisfying crunch. The fries were tasty, but for a $7 upgrade, I was hoping for a more generous portion than what arrived on the plate. On a positive note, the staff was wonderful--friendly, attentive, and checked on us a few times during our meal, which always makes a difference. Overall, I really wanted to love the food more, but it fell short this time. That said, I'd still consider coming back for another beermosa and hopefully a better kitchen day next time.
