Hostess said, I'm sorry I don't have you on our wait list. She asked if it was 2 adults and one child, and he said no as it was under the same name. She just said, it might have been someone on the inside that took us out of the wait list. She said sorry and my boyfriend said nevermind, we'll just go somewhere else. I asked if we could go back on the wait list, but she said yes, but you'd have to wait again and thought it wasn't worth it. She said Happy Father's Day to us. I said Thank you. I'm not sure if it's there check in/online message system that was not cooperating. Hopefully if we do plan on coming here and trying again, we don't end up with same experience. Looking around the restaurant there were a lot of empty tables in open sections that sat with dirty dishes and cups. The table that we ended up sitting on was let dirty for over 20 minutes as it was one I passed a few times taking my kids to the bathroom. There was no urgency from anyone other than our server which came off as he was ready to go home. I assumed he was sat out of the manager panicking so we do not blame our server for seeming tired yet still attentive when near by. The lack of accountability and urgency from the hosts and manager will now be what I tell friends and family members about for this location, and my self and the rest of my party will never be eating or celebrating here again. The food was okay but having a manager argue with us prior to eating with zero urgency to have our orders taken made things taste a lot worse. I'm sure proper management and training would help this place however myself and my family will not be returning to waste our money, time, or patience here again being that from the host to the managers this is acceptable or behavior from Cheesecake Factory.

Because we arrived during the last 30 minutes of happy hour, we immediately ordered a major spread of pupus from the Pau Hana menu.
