I normally go to Chili's Waikele, but I decided to give the Mililani location another chance since it had been a few months. I was hoping things had improved, but unfortunately this visit reminded me why I stopped coming here. Ive had friends who had some very bad experiences and now i stand with them. The overall attitude and atmosphere at this location needs serious improvement. What really stood out to me was overhearing a female manager speaking to another table. I wasn't even the guest she was dealing with, but her attitude and the way she communicated with them was uncomfortable enough that I noticed it from my own table. As a guest, you shouldn't have to personally be involved in a situation to recognize poor customer service. Management sets the example for the entire team, and professionalism matters, especially when other guests can hear and see how situations are being handled. A friend was right this place doesnt care about their guests its just a easy paycheck i guess. I gave Mililani another chance, but after this experience, I don't plan on coming back. I'll continue going to Waikele, where my experiences have been much better. read more

She later advised there may have been a problem with order showing up on their screen. Eventually they found it but it took 1.5 hours (no exaggeration) from time of order to getting food. I asked to speak to a Manager to see what happened and said he would take care of it. He didn't so I left feedback in DoorDash. Received message from Chanel asking for more details to investigate despite all the details in my feedback and talking to the Manager about it when I was there. The host was pretty rude from the start, while checking in she asked if the whole party was here and I said they are in the parking lot making their way in. Then she replied, "well they need to be all in here!", as soon as she said that my whole party was outside waiting, I then told her we are all here, she looked at me rudely and said, " well you have to wait, we are still getting your table ready!!" If you're the first person the customer sees you need to work on the way you talk to them and you need to work on your attitude. Came on a Thursday night and the place was packed! There were plenty of people waiting for tables, but the host told us that the wait would be about 20-25 minutes, so we decided to wait. When we got on the waitlist, it was through Yelp! I didn't realize I could've done it before we even left home! But it's okay because we only waited around 15 minutes before getting seated at the high tables. Our server, Jayson, was nice and friendly and super attentive especially for how busy it was. We got our water right away and didn't wait long for our pupus. We ordered the bottomless chips and the 8 piece wings. my husband got the Nashville hot, and I got the sweet chili. Both flavours were 10/10! I could've easily eaten a dozen myself. For our mains, my husband went with his usual Triple Dipper. His fried mozzarella didn't have that cheese pull this time, but he still loved it. I had the margarita grilled chicken with Mexican rice and subbed the beans for broccoli. I was worried the chicken would be dry, but it was actually super juicy! The broccoli was a bit softer than how I'd normally cook it. But it's okay. After my last review reflecting my last experience that wasn't positive, Chanel, who I believe is their public relations manager reached out to me to get more information on my experience. After our conversation, I agreed to give Chili's another chance. My family and I stopped in earlier this month after my sister's Hula performance. My experience was a lot better. Upon being seated, our waitress greeted us right away and took our drink orders. It was a busy Saturday night. She came back and took our orders. I had shared with her a card that I had created that listed my food allergies for her to share with the chef. My order came out perfectly and it was delicious! The food delivers everything you expect from Chili's -- bold flavors, comforting classics, and sauces that absolutely hit the mark. Their ranch, queso, avocado, and mozzarella sauces were all on point and really elevated everything I ordered. The menu has definitely changed since the last time I was here, but in a good way. Plenty of options, and everything felt fresh and familiar at the same time. Around 1:00 pm the restaurant was surprisingly quiet, which made for a relaxing lunch. Located in Town Center of Mililani, it's a stand alone restaurant by City Mill, across from Starbucks and adjacent to Walmart. Each time we've gone there for either lunch or dinner we are welcomed by a friendly hostess who smiles and seats us quickly or if they are busy they ask if we'd like to sit at the bar or wait for a table- if we wait they give us a buzzer and it's always within the time they predicted. Tables are clean, servers are attentive and despite being crushed with tables they will manage to acknowledge you on the fly. The last couple of times we had Jason in the bar area and he was great explaining things to us and making sure we had everything we needed despite having a ton of tables. I just had the quesadillas and he made sure I knew that of the two of them, one of them was spicy, which I appreciated him letting me know. Hubby was happy with Jason making sure he had his beer filled again lol - I mean all they had to do was make eye contact. It was hilarious! Stephanie was our server the other night and she felt bad the place doesn't offer coffee, hot tea or hot chocolate. I was freezing as it had been raining all day and wanted something hot. She suggested just plain hot water with lemon and that warmed me up. Then I could enjoy my steak, mashed potatos and broccoli! I'm telling you this plate for $24.99 was awesome! The steak was cooked to perfection of medium rare, I prefer plain mash, but it does come with all the fixins, and the broccoli was plentiful, fresh and steamed to perfection. This will be my go-to meal from now on! The Cabernet I had with it was perfect too. We go to alot of steak places and you know how pricey they can be, so I wasn't expecting it to be that good because it wasn't a ribeye, it was a sirloin, but dang if that chef didn't nail it! Technically should be a 3.5 star review. There were 2 hosts for once and they were kind and prompt with service. Sat at the bar booth with 2 others. Bartender was friendly and prompt, service was great and the wait wasn't bad. Lost 1 star by using a plastic 8oz cup for the salsa that we ordered. Odd because that's usually a back of house or takeout thing. It's the ones we get when purchasing 1/2 lb poke. Looks like there was enough bowls another dishes to make it a little nicer. Kudos to the lady working Expo in the kitchen, she had them rolling with food coming out, even asking for runners. Timing on plates were great (for once). Came in Sunday for a quick dinner and had such a great time. We were sat down immediately and our drinks came soon after. I ordered a margarita with a few modifications and it came out perfect! We mentioned sharing a burger to one another when ordering since we couldn't decide on our entrees, the server overheard and BOH brought out our burger and sides already split on two plates! Honestly i'm not expecting anything crazy when going to a chain restaurant, and I have been to this specific location a bunch of times and had good service I just felt off about this recent experience, as someone who works in the industry I know people have their days but unfortunately when you are at work you have to at least be a nice person. I went in and my server was off the bat bland and had no interest whatsoever. I asked her what recommendations she had for drinks and I asked about margaritas and I barely got a response it was just like "yea they're good" so I got a margarita and honestly I didn't love it, it had a weird dirty water taste to it and only took a couple sips. So I asked her politely if she could take the drink back and all she asked was what was wrong with it and I told her that it kinda tasted funny. And she just took the drink and walked away. Didn't ask if I wanted anything else or apology. Also I understand I ordered the drink I was okay with paying for it, but to not even take it off the bill or something literally anything even an apology was kinda rude considering the drink was all the way full still. I hadn't been to Chili's in a while and decided to give it another try this week, but unfortunately the experience was really disappointing. The service was the biggest issue. Our server forgot to bring out our appetizer, and by the time our meals arrived, we just asked her to cancel it altogether. Then she took my empty beer glass and said she'd bring another one, but never came back with it. I even saw her making other drinks, so it was pretty frustrating to be overlooked. When she finally checked in again, I just told her I didn't want it anymore. She did apologize, but at that point it didn't really mean much since we already felt overlooked multiple times. Stepped into Chili's today for a nice dinner. It was a pleasant experience. The wait staff did a great job at taking our orders and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. Chili's isn't one of our 'go-to' places typically but we might make it one soon, considering the great service and cleanliness. We shared the fajita trio and bottomless chips and salsa. Everything was great tasting. The only thing they can improve on with the fajita trio is maybe add more than just 4 tortillas. Especially if your sharing with your spouse or friend. What an unfortunate, terrible experience I had tonight, unlike my many past experiences dining here. For reference, it's Valentines Day and my husband and I checked in a little after 6pm and were told our table would be ready by 7:25, which was cool. We walked to town center to kill time and came back to the host, who was terribly rude. She said they had a 10 minute grace period and basically to leave. I told her it was 7:22, 3 minutes before said time. I explained to her that we waited for 45 minutes. She basically shrugged us off and had a bad attitude stating that she took us off the waiting list. I walked out and her co-worker apologized to my husband and so did the manager, which I give props to, at least they tried to make up for their ignorant hostess. The manager said they had seating for us and she would serve us herself. It was too late and my appetite to eat there was gone. To that hostess that treated us poorly, thank you. We really enjoyed our Valentine's dinner at Black Angus and would highly recommend to anyone looking for friendly service and great food. :-) read more

She brought our drinks along with chips and salsa and came to check on us several times, before bringing out our entrees. We ordered burgers and fajitas which were seasoned and cooked perfectly. Kudos to the chef! We later found out that it was Daphne's second day working and she was being trained by Steph. Our server I don't know her name, so I'm gonna describe her she is African with short faded haircut. First she came to our table complaining about the her job that's something I don't want to hear. Our food took very long to come out she never check on our table really at all. Could barely find her and when I finally decided to ask for her I was told to wait a minute after my family and I waited for 20 mins just For our bill. This is my first time at Mililani's Chili's. I met my brothers and a friend there for a small get together. The server was Gwynth? But her first name is Princess, very friendly. I had ordered the sampler: chicken wings, sliders, and a chicken black bean corn wrap. My brothers thought that was the appetizer for everyone. I said,"No...it's my main dish." They said, "What?!" Sliders were small, soft buns, and beefy cheese flavor with ketchup added to buns. The chicken was slightly spicy, temperature hot! I dipped the wings into the ranch sauce...nice spice cool down. That was the bomb! The wraps were real Western like flavor. I used the avocado flavored dip that added a creaminess. I love avocados...perfect pair for the wraps.
