Our server was friendly and the food came out relatively quick. We ordered the potato sampler and were surprised how crispy the tater tot's were! The wings were also pretty good and the same as we remembered. The kids menu is standard with mac and cheese and something for the little guys to enjoy. We also ordered a cookie skillet sundae which was yummy. Happy Eating!

Service was atrocius and the food was fair. I've never had a rude server since Tao Restaurant in Las Vegas back in 2009, and this was the second time. I've never had a server shout at me with a frown on her face, saying "WHAT???" (it happened twice during our meal). I mean, come on, the music is loud, but don't yell at me from across the table with a frown. Also, do not say "Well as you can see, I've got my hands full!" when I ask for a refill politely. Also, do not walk past one of your three tables that you are waiting without looking down or making eye contact. It also looks bad when you are standing against the wall talking constantly with your co-worker instead of waiting on tables. Do not get the "endless" appetizers at this location as long as you have the waitress that we had, you will not get your money's worth, which makes me think this is Buffalo Wild Wing's ploy on cutting costs, which is a horrible idea, because destroying your brand by having poor service likes this warrants reviews like this. This was almost a two-star review until the service knocked it down into the dirt, especially since the last rude wait staff I've had was in 2009, which was 17 years ago. I am not generous with one-star reviews, so that should be revealing. Will not return to this location ever again.

Mind you he was working by himself. He managed to seat me and my wife in 20 mins, despite being busy on a saturday. Our waitress was great too! However, they told me they don't take reservations and to just walk in. Well, we got there and had to wait 58 minutes before we got seated. Pro tip: just have them put you down on the list. Don't listen about not taking reservations for large parties. I found out after that a group of 8 got reservations for 6:30 so I was quite unhappy about that. It didn't help that there was a table with 3 people who were there since 3pm (it was already 7:58 at this point) who were still occupying the tables and the staff couldn't make them leave. They eventually moved them to another smaller table, but they could have done that sooner, just saying. Not the restaurant's complete fault, people can be extremely inconsiderate but there maybe should be a system for dealing with these types of situations. All they had were empty bottles, they were not ordering anything. Anyway, we finally got seated, and as expected, the food didn't disappoint. We got the Tasty Chicken (always a must), boneless kalbi (super tender and flavorful), loco moco (one of the best on the island) and oxtail soup (theirs is pretty solid). We also got pumpkin crunch, strawberry crunch, and cream cheese brownie. Everything was amazing as usual and they all said it was the best food they had on-island during their trip. The food was worth the wait, but, that wait could've truly been avoided. It's not somewhere you take a first date unless you are bowling because it is super loud. It is located in an out of the way, not really scenic spot. Parking can be a bear. But it remains to be one of those tried and true "local" spots that never fail to please. *Rating is solely for the food and reliability of the excellent flavors and quality of the food

Restaurant 604: Great Food, Fantastic Service, and a Million-Dollar Pearl Harbor View!…read more BLUF (Bottom Line Up Front): Fantastic island-style food, generous portions, reasonable prices, outstanding service, and one of the most unique waterfront dining locations on Oahu! Whether you're stopping in for a business lunch, enjoying cocktails at sunset, or celebrating with friends, Restaurant 604 delivers a wonderful experience. Definitely worth the drive! The Details: Located just outside Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Restaurant 604 occupies the second floor of a waterfront building overlooking Rainbow Marina and the historic waters of Pearl Harbor. It's a terrific location that combines delicious local food, a relaxed island atmosphere, and beautiful marina views! I suspect most military personnel stationed in the area, along with plenty of locals, are already familiar with this little gem. It's a popular gathering spot for everything from casual lunches to military hail and farewell celebrations. And for good reason! Today, I suggested Restaurant 604 for a business lunch with several teammates and colleagues. Having enjoyed this establishment on numerous previous occasions, I knew it would be an excellent choice. I'm happy to report that everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves! For my lunch, I couldn't resist ordering one of my all-time Hawaiian favorites, Kalua Pig with rice and macaroni salad! The serving was enormous, with a generous mound of delicious shredded pork topped with green onions, accompanied by two scoops of rice and a hearty helping of creamy mac salad. Now THAT'S what I call an epic island plate lunch! My colleagues explored other parts of the menu, ordering dishes including teriyaki salmon, chicken katsu, and fish tacos with avocado and jalapeños. Everyone seemed equally pleased with their selections. The portions here are substantial, the food is delicious, and the prices are quite reasonable, especially considering the location! Another highlight of today's visit was our wonderful waitress, Brittany! She was absolutely phenomenal! Friendly, attentive, personable, and genuinely interested in making sure our entire group had an enjoyable experience. Great service can elevate an already excellent meal, and Brittany certainly accomplished that today! Along with other huge tables. Seriously she did a phenomenal job juggling a ton of customers! Since this was a business lunch, we skipped the cocktails. However, I can personally attest that Restaurant 604 also has a terrific bar! Over the years, I've spent many enjoyable evenings here sipping cocktails, exchanging stories and friendly banter, and watching the sun slowly settle over Pearl Harbor. There's something special about enjoying a cold drink while overlooking the sailboats and marina with the Hawaiian trade winds drifting through. The open-air dining area, nautical decor, surfboards suspended overhead, and panoramic waterfront views give this place a distinctive island personality. It's casual, comfortable, and welcoming, exactly what you want from a great Hawaiian waterfront restaurant. And here's a fun little bit of trivia: Restaurant 604 has even welcomed the legendary Jimmy Buffett over the years! I have a nice picture of him with my friend Bryant. Somehow, that seems entirely appropriate for a place where the waterfront atmosphere practically begs you to kick back with a tropical cocktail. Rest in peace, Jimmy! Fins up! Final Thoughts: Restaurant 604 is much more than just another place to grab a bite. It's a wonderful gathering spot where great food, friendly people, military camaraderie, and beautiful Hawaiian scenery all come together. Whether you're stationed at Pearl Harbor, visiting the nearby historic attractions, or simply looking for a great meal away from the Waikiki crowds, I highly recommend stopping by. Come hungry, bring some friends, and if you have the time, stick around for sunset. The food will fill your belly, the service will lift your spirits, and the view just might convince you to stay for another round! Aloha!

They have tables that could easily sit 12 people (probably more with kids). They also have counter-height tables that seat about four, and of course, there's the bar. Bathrooms were spacious and clean. Immediately after we sat, a worker brought us menus and showed us the QR code to order. At first we were taken aback but it turned out to be super efficient. Since we wanted to pay separately, it was easy since we simply had to open our own tabs. Plus, we didn't have to wait or flag down anyone if we wanted to order more food or drinks, just add it to the tab. We got the ahi dip, oxtail soup, smashburgers, lechon, honey chicken burger, onion rings, and fries. The chips were just a little stale and the lechon needed a bit more salt. The dip was good and the lechon was crispy. Onion rings for the burgers is an extra charge, but they give a lot! I was expecting seven onion rings but they gave at least 12. The food was good so much so that I want to go again and try more. Our 16oz Mililani Red was terrific. I mean, beer is what they're known for. It was $7.50. We also got samples of the slushies of the day: Liliko'i-Orange-Guava and White Peach Lemonade. Both were really good. Perfect slush consistency. LOG slushie had a good bit of tang from the liliko'i. The white peach one was creamy with a nice hint of peach. Definitely need to try other drinks next time we come.

They've got both indoor and outdoor seating, cute diner type vibe with local southern fusion comfort food. I'm really picky about burgers and this one really fulfilled my craving. I ordered the "old school" prime burger. The beef is super flavorful and has just the right amount of char. You can tell they make their patties in house it was perfectly seasoned it looks huge when they place it in front of you but the buns they use actually make it easy to eat/bite into without making a huge mess. There's something nostalgic about the way these taste that I can't put my finger on so maybe that's why they call it "old school". Prices are reasonable, portions are spot on. Service is friendly :) I came in for lunch but noticed they have a cooler with some beers and a liquor license!
