Doesn't get enough traffic. Great place that you don't have to leave base for. Food, drinks and laundry on site. Right next to the gym.

We started off with a beet mixed greens salad. It was quite good. I ordered the garlic scallion fried rice which was crispy and delish. My Kauai prawns were wonderfully tasty. Hubby really liked the duck and crispy fries. Dessert was Du Monde coffee ice cream. I can see why BFF dines here whenever she can.

I've tried quite a few different pastas, so I'm probably a little picky when it comes to them. For me, the price also felt a little high for what we got. The highlight for me was definitely dessert! I ordered Dorie Greenspan's Chocolate Cake with ice cream. The sauce contained alcohol, so I asked for it on the side, which they were happy to do. I ended up enjoying the chocolate cake with the ice cream, and it was really good. My husband ordered the Rocky Road, which I know is a popular dessert there, but we both thought it was just okay. The restaurant itself is really cute and had a great atmosphere. It was pretty busy when we went, which definitely gave it a lively feel. Overall, I'm glad I got to try Fête, but based on the pastas and desserts I've had elsewhere, it wasn't a personal favorite. The chocolate cake was definitely the standout for me!

I was lucky…read moreenough to get a reservation at 7:30 last minute for Mother's Day and that is hard to come by for special occasions. We were expecting good things due to other reviews and we were not disappointed. We loved the restaurant rustic vibe, the servers were on it, food came out in excellent time frames and the food itself.... Delicious! Not pictured was the ox tail Mac & cheese, lobster spinach artichoke dip and the cornbread which were bigger portions than we expected. I would even go back just for the black cherry soda. With that being said with seasonal menus I'm excited to go back to try other dishes and I Highly recommend this restaurant

I was staaaarving so for me and baby I ordered: - Cornbread - I love their cornbread. This was my fave of all the dishes we had. - Bone Marrow - This was probably the biggest marrow I've had anywhere. Like choke marrow. Awesome. Alcohol didn't light on the whole plate so only had little bit and baby couldn't have any. Think no bourbon next time. Just sprinkle some salt and it would be perf. - Chopped - All kine goodies in this salad but the dressing was very "nothing." I added some garlic salt when I ate the leftovers and it kicked it up a notch. - Chicken Pappardelle - The pasta was terrible. So thick and doughy. Took away from the chicken which was okay. Ended up dumping the leftover pasta...which was pretty much the whole thing. - Oxtail Mac & Cheese - This was more like an Oxtail Helper (like Hamburger Helper). Very not cheesey. Baby ate some but think she wanted more cheese. Tasted better the next day. Friends had the Prime. The temp on each was given to the wrong person, which needed to be right since 1 person didn't get the roasted pot. The medium-rare one was cold. Like COLD. Strange. Overall think they fell a little short on the food. Some things GREAT, some thing the opposite, so balanced out. Will I go back? Of course, but now I know what not to get.

Needed to find a spot on route to the airport from waikele so decided to try this spot. Unusual in…read morethat it's located inside the Blue Tropics bar. If you order takeout there's one menu online but if you dine in there's a happy hour menu from 3-6 plus bar menu. The catch if you dine in is that there's a 2 drink minimum per person at regular prices. All dishes came out piping hot (except ahi poke) and fresh . The happy hour dishes were wonderful, especially the manapuas! The spicy pork cheese manapua were great and a bit different. The chasui manapua were delicious. Garlic fries were extra crispy, lots of garlic but greasy. The poke fresh and lemon pepper salt wings crispy but juicy. So all in all a great option for happy hour goodness.

Location: Kitchen Deja Vu is located inside the Blue Tropix Bar & Grill, which just so happens to be right across the Chili's from Pearlridge Center. Parking: Plenty! You can park anywhere in the Pearlridge Center parking lot Food: We ordered 5 items 1) pan fried pork cheese buns: 10/10 - pillowy soft bread expertly soaks up all the juices from the pork filling, perfectly pan fried bottom adds a bit of crunchy texture, pork filling was seasoned well and there was a decent amount of cheese inside as well (it was giving pizza flavor vibes), supposedly "spicy" but it wasn't too bad at all so this would be good even for those with a low spice tolerance 2) pulehu style short ribs: 10/10 - incredible smoked and grilled flavor, cooked and seasoned to perfection! They're not stingy either, nice portion size and a hearty amount of meat on each short rib too 3) big shrimp potstickers: 11/10 - succulent pork & shrimp filling filled to the brim of wrapper! Very on brand because these buggahs was massive and sooo tasty! Classic potsticker taste and there's a whole shrimp in there too, paired with their shoyu vinegar (I think) sauce and wooo this one was winnnahz ‍ 4) charsui udon: 10/10 - nice & chewy udon noodles and absolutely loaded with charsui and veggies that were so wonderfully stir fried allowing them to soften just a little but remain crispy, adding another layer of texture to the dish and ensuring you get a nice little crunch in every bite! 5) kau yuk (caramelized pork belly): 10/10 - big chunks of sweet & savory pork belly, but not as sweet as the name would have you think. It's actually perfectly balanced, you can definitely taste some authentic asian spices going on in there, and the meat was nice and tender Service: 11/10 We ordered take out but you can absolutely dine in if you wanted to, plenty of booths and/or tables to choose from. But I did wanna mention that we were lucky enough to meet Charlie, the owner! Really nice guy, after we gave him our order, our server Kyle took such good care of us. Checked in on us multiple times & offered to get us some water while waiting for our food. Overall: 10/10 Food was delicious, the chefs obviously know what's good, hats off to them! First time trying this place out and it didn't disappoint and love that you can also order directly from your phone through all major food delivery apps or you can even text your order in, how convenient!

An old friend knew we were heading back and sent me an IG post where Māze x Bar Leather Apron were doing a collab on Mon and Tues. Sjnce we didn't have dinner plans, we showed up at around 4:40 only to see 1 other person waiting in line as we were searching for parking. To our surprise, there were 7 people in front of us by the time we lined up! Sadly we were seated at a high top table off in the corner as a lady took the last open seat. For this collab, they didn't have a ton of food items so ordering was fairly straight forward, ordered 1 of everything. First cocktail I had was the pepper-tonic which was quite tasty! Otsumami - consisted of 3 snacks (seasoned cashews, pickled cabbage and warm olives). Thought the pickled cabbage was quite tasty and the cashews were just so so. Skipped the olives since I'm not a fan but the wifey enjoyed them. Salmon - it was mentioned that this was the chef's signature dish but sadly was mediocre for me. The salmon had a very distinct flavor which I wasn't a fan of. Wagyu - tartare on potato paves which was sadly just ordinary for me. thought the tartare lacked flavor. Cheese - unique twist of what i was expecting. the flavor of the dish was good but wished there was more of a crunch to it. this wasn't hot when it was brought out so perhaps it was sitting a bit before it was served to us. Fries - likely my favorite dish for the night but sadly our order seemed like 1/2 everyone else's portion as our bowl was half filled while other customers were filled to the top. ended up ordering another order just to snack on while I enjoyed the imperial cocktail. Enjoyed the casual ambience of this collab but sadly not sure we'd come back for a regular set meal in the future. This week's menu seems to be more thought out and wished they had their "baked potato" last week. Will definitely head back to Bar Leather Apron as their drinks were fantastic!
