Went in on 8/23 for dinner. I saw that the awning is finally fixed and guests were being seated outside (Awesome). Guy with black long sleeve was helping the hostesses by placing tables together for a party of 8 and was wiping down the tables. He was super supportive of the hostesses (3 of them) by also telling them they were doing a good job (so maybe a manager???). The little hostess was training another female. Props to those employees. The GRIPE I have is that this female bartender came out of the station to tend to a table in the corner. On her way back to her bar area she passed our table. Our faces were 2 feet apart as she passed our table. We made direct eye contact. I gave her a smile since the ambiance and demeanor of the employees were all positive for us so far. Well, this bartender stared back with NO smile whatsoever with a snub. I don't know if she was having a BAD day, but it wasn't busy because we sat immediatly upon arrival. If you're not happy to be at work then find someplace else. You are in a customer service position. At the very least you could've smiled back... Didn't have to say a word. Unless you smile only at males for your tips...hope not. We had a male server (excellent customer service with a smile). Mind you a male bartender working the tables in that bar section also came over several times asking if we needed anything else. So one BAD apple left a bad taste in my mouth because ALL the other employees I observed or had direct contact with were awesome. Extra kudos to the cooks. Food was excellent... Chicken alfredo pasta, FRESH fries, and Sirloin. Sirloin was perfectly cooked. Even the broccoli was WELL seasoned. Went here this past Thursday evening with my ohana, all I have to say is this place is AMAZING! From when you open the doors you are greeted with welcoming smiles from the hostess not sure what her name was but she is always pleasant this is my 2nd time here. We were seated quickly, and as soon as we sat down we put in a order for salsa, chips and white queso and an appetizer along with our drinks. Of course the keikis already knew what they wanted so waiter put that in. Appetizers came in about 10 minutes then 15 minutes later the kids food came then us adults ordered. We had some strawberry li hing mui margaritas on ice. We also had a watermelon spritz Rita that was huge! All I gotta say is it was so good chips were fresh, salsa tasty as always and the white queso yum! We all love it as always. Food all came out hot! Kids demolished their mac and cheese with fries it's always consistent our waiter his name was "CADE" he had a great spirit he likes his job he made us feel like he wanted to provide great service! If he sees this "your the man keep it up bro" another thing I'd like to add is how he praised his co workers who helped bring the food and refilled drinks, hes a real team player it was pretty busy but he made sure he took care all his tables and guest! We decided to do a family lunch today at Chili's and today's experience was really well. We were seated right away and the waitress we had was amazing sucks we didn't get her name. We decided to try the new Nashville hot Mozz that was viral on social media, I personally didn't like it. To me it was all hype and wasn't good. (That's why minus one star) To much cheese and to salty to me in my opinion. Chips and queso is always a winner. Hubby got the Bacon rancher burger, son got crispy chicken tenders and I got the BBQ brisket burger with curly fries. Everything came out in a timely manner and food was nice and hot. Burger craving, satisfied!!! Swiss mushroom burger for me and a double stack bacon burger for my hubby, both were awesome! There was a wait of 10-25 minutes for the regular tables but they offered the bar tables and we were served right away. Chili's used to be my to go place for Mexican. While the food was satisfactory, I could tell that portions have significantly reduced. I ordered a kids meal ,2 mini burgers with fries. The look of "why" when the plate arrived. Only 5 slivers of fries! What could I say but that I'd share my fries with my 6 year old grandson. The other 4 adult meals were okay. When it was time for dessert, I asked to use a reward. I was told that at this time, they weren't redeeming rewards. So, why does Chili's keep sending me rewards that are worth nothing. Waiter was super rude ! Initially ignored us for the first 5 mins then she kept dropping the food off and immediately leaving, not once did she ask us if we needed anything or how the food was. It got to the point where we had to ask another waiter for things such as plates and more ranch. We even noticed that when "locals" came in she gave them excellent service and asked them did they need anything else . Ive been to this location when they were busy multiple times and have never experienced any service like this. We sat in the booths along the wall of the kitchen so you know who you are! Prices are reasonable, the staff are so welcoming, wait time at Mililani is usually shorter than the other locations and so far I have never been disappointed with their food. I was pleasantly surprised that the wait was not long at all considering it was a Saturday evening. We were originally told that the wait would be approximately 1/2 an hour but we were seated within minutes. Our waitress was really nice and took our drink and appetizer order shortly after being seated; everyone knew what they wanted so we also put our food orders in too. Unfortunately , the chips were a little cold and not as crunchy as it usually is. My food (triple dipper with egg rolls, bar burgers, and blooming petals) was really good but on the cooler side; my food was not hot at all.. Visited on Veterans Day to brave the chaos for delicious Chilis. We sat at the bar and received great service from the bartender. Kylie, the manager, was incredibly kind and attentive when some of our food got lost. She personally brought it out and was super apologetic. All of the staff was friendly and kind. Lived in Mililani since I was a kid this place has gone downhill food wise. Ordered $150 takeout for the family, they forgot one of our meals, my $45 surf and turf was terrible. Went here last night. The restaurant was pretty empty. Hostess wanted to sit us in the bar section but I explained to her that we don't want to sit there because it's loud there, and would prefer to sit on the (mostly) empty dining site. She then got an attitude and told is we'd have to wait 10 mins for the empty tables and that they were short on waiters. Fine, so we waited. She then let us sit there until another family came and also wanted to sit in the dining section, which all of a sudden was no problem anymore, making it obvious that there was no reason other then pettiness for the wait. Our waiter was great. The food not so much. Needless to say, we will not be back. read more

I've been going to the same chili's in Mililani towncenter for over 15 years, and this is the worse I've seen it in regards to the managing and bartenders!! I visited yesterday, August 1st, around 6pm. I ordered my regular drink but the bartender, which was actually only a server from another location, had no clue about what she was doing!! She wasn't even a real bartender. So, she asked the manager for help. The manager, forgot his name, but he is a Black guy that's fairly new also, had no clue either!! He tried to charge me $30 for one single drink!! Ridiculous!!! He is definitely not manager material!! It was clear to me that no one there had a clue about what they were doing!! Chili's Mililani is not the same anymore!! I understand new faces, but the quality of service should be consistent with all other locations. I understand now why Mililani chili's is usually empty now days!! ...but anyways... went to Ruby Tuesday down the road and had a great time!! Mililani chili's needs a lot of help!!! read more

Typical Tex-Mex chain ambiance with top pop hits playing overhead kinda loud and the bar in the center. Super empty and verrry cold. The food was mediocre. my mom and aunt ordered the grilled salmon that was not dry, but the broccoli that came with it was overcooked and soft - yuck. I ordered the margarita grilled chicken. The chicken itself was dry and tasted nothing of lime. Some of the beans did, but maybe it's where the one wedge of lime was sitting. The service wasn't the worst I've experienced but it was without a doubt very poor. The place was pretty empty except for us and another table on our side of the restaurant, then eventually another table - so THREE tables, and yet the server was never around except to ask us once in passing how everything was. And when we were done eating she was no where to be found. We actually considered that she might have left and didn't know what to do. But she finally came back and in her haste grabbed my credit card and not my mom's and aunt's. They both went to her and explained that they have their cards, too, but she insisted that she already ran my card and that if she cancels the transaction, the credit card company would cancel my card. I call bullshit. But whatever, I'm glad to pay for my mom and aunt's food. I just will always steer my mom, aunt, and anyone else from ever going back there. read more

Seriously Management, you need to periodically taste the food that is being prepared. Whoever plated the food, you could have cleaned up the sides of the dishes, so that when we pick up the bowl, we are not having food debris all over our hands. I know, I get it. You don't care, because you didn't pay for the meal that can't be eaten. Think about it's this way, for every bad meal you send out, means one less customer. Hubby decided to come here for dinner and kids eat free today which is the last day. What a treat! We got seated once we showed our vaccination cards along with identification. Plenty of seating inside. It wasn't too busy which was nice. We looked at the menu you scan on your phone. I decided to get a mango iced tea which is my favorite drink to get here. For my entree I got the mushroom chicken fajita plate which comes with rice and beans. Everything I had was delicious although the waitress messed up on my daughter's order. We waited for over 15 minutes (mind you I went to the restroom while my boyfriend waited at the bar and came back and still NOTHING!!) Fries were really soggy and not even hot. My mushroom burger wasn't even hot either and the patty was still raw. We also ordered a triple dipper and the burgers came out raw as well. Chilis is a hit or miss most times. I feel over the years this location got so much better. The wait time wasn't that long and texts you when your table is ready. Went in as a party of 4, but then a couple more people joined us. They accommodated us with no complaints and were very understanding. The manager was great helped out the servers/hostesses by wiping tables and chairs. Sat us at a bigger table when more people joined. One of our guests ordered an appetizer but the eggrolls wasn't as crispy as the other appetizer. The server and manager corrected it immediately. They were very attentive and checked on us frequently. As a server I was very impressed with that. The manager always touched our table and helped refilled our beverages. I wish I got his name but he was a tall Caucasian man, he needs a raise he's an awesome manager. Will be back again! read more

We wanted to thank Jason for his service! We called in on 7/3rd to order a takeout of the roasted street corn to be picked up the next day. He was very professional yet friendly when taking our order and made the process easy. Jason said that he was working on the 4th and graciously agreed to accommodate our special requests. We were happy that he was there to assist us when we picked up our order as well. We are happy to report that the corn was a big hit at our family gathering. Okay, so it's Friday and we decided to come eat at Chili's in Mililani....mind you this is going to be the second time I tried this place with the first time not being so great and me not leaving a great review... So we came in around 8:30pm/9:00pm and we're surprised that it wasn't busy for a Friday night. We got seated right away and the hostess told us that our server would be with us shortly... Our server came out, and first thing he does is apologize how tired he is because he's been up since 5am this morning. I guess it was small talk but he wasn't even sure which drink (Lihing Margarita / Mango Margarita ) that me and my cousin ordered...and just said sorry I'm not sure which is which. We ordered drinks first and chips and salsa to start the night. Margaritas and hubby got the Arnold Palmer. We also ordered water and lemon for the table but only got water...which was fine... I ordered the steak Fijitas but asked to sub the beans and rice with French fries, since I don't like beans and rice. My drink was the lihing margarita. My husband got the Cajun Pasta with chicken and his drink was the Arnold Palmer and my cousin got the chicken and waffles with honey chipotle sauce with a mango margarita. After we order, he comes back and says that they ran out of French fries and honey chipotle sauce. I then kindly ask if I can sub the black beans and rice for corn and my cousin then picks bbq sauce for her chicken and waffles. After seven to ten minutes he comes back and says he cannot substitute the beans and rice for corn and there would need to be an up-charge. He stated that his manager wouldn't allow it, even though it wasn't my fault that they did not have French fries or ran out of French fries! Isn't Chili's all about customer service!? Finally we get our food around 940pm, mind you we got there around 8:30pm-9pm and didn't get our food till around 9:30pm. So during dinner, we finished our margaritas (my cousin and I) and my husband needed a refill from his Arnold Palmer and we asked the server....but he ends up bringing him a refilled cup of ice water. We then asked the manager, but again it took a while for her to get the refill. Finally I ended up stopping our server to get him a refill and told him that when we asked for a refill of Arnold Palmer but he brought him a water... What makes me upset, is that we spoke to the manager that worked that night and she didn't mention why I had to be charged extra for corn even though the restaurant was out of what I wanted, which was fries. And it isn't only that, but the service again for the second time been to this specific location, and both times it's been CRAP . Super disappointing and I can assure that I will not be coming back to this specific location. If you read the other post that I posted a few months ago, the management did nothing to try and rectify this issue. Both situations were having to deal with the service and the food issues of what was available or not and what they couldn't do for me as a customer! I work in Customer Service and have been working in this industry for years (15+ years). There's always exceptions that managers make...I make them all the time, to ensure that service and interaction we have with customers is something that they will be wanting to come back to. You guys decide if you want to come here at this specified location, but for myself, family and friends, NOPE!!! read more

Waitress offered additional tortillas if needed. Served with cilantro, bell peppers, onions, Mexican rice, black beans & flour tortillas. sour cream, pico, salsa & shredded cheese included on the side. Guacamole served upon request. We also had the bacon cheese burger, came with fries...juicy burger! the burger is layered with slices of bacon, cheddar, pickles, lettuce, red onion, tomato & garlic aioli.
