We found this place after leaving Ross. It's located inside of a paradise Ciders. The bar was poppin but still very family friendly. There were a lot of games for kids to play with. Upon entry we were greeted by a very nice gentleman who seemed to be the only server at the time. He was very attentive. We ordered a lot of stuff, the bacon jam sliders, chicken and waffle sliders, shrimp taco, shrimp scampi flatbread and sticky fries. Honestly, everything was pretty good. I feel like the bacon jam sliders could have been a bit more flavorful but that's about it. Loved the shrimp scampi flatbread... all it needed was a nice bright sauce to bring out the flavor in the shrimp, otherwise it was delicious. I placed an online order for pickup, which was super convenient. I got a Kalua pig flatbread and two tacos (birria and pulled pork). Well overdue review...I come here so often because I'm a fan of Paradise Ciders + HI Sliders (the food truck here!) The reason I love coming here is because both the drinks and food are so good. I enjoy the bacon jam burger sliders and the shrimp tacos the most. I love coming here on a Tuesday too because of the $2 tacos, who can beat that?! The service is always amazing. All you do is scan the QR code then order your food on your electronic device and pick it up at the food truck to bring back to your table. Side note: All food is defaulted to "for here," but if you choose to takeout, there's a button on the website that allows you to select that. My favorite items are the pesto chicken bacon flatbread and the blackened shrimp taco. The portions are more like appetizer size, so keep that in mind if you're really hungry. We ordered the Bacon Jam Sliders and the birria taco with HI Sliders, and we ordered our drinks with Paradise Ciders. The Bacon Jam Burger is 3 sliders with fries. We liked how it tasted smokey but sweet at the same time from the bacon jam. It also has a siracha aioli sauce. My husband enjoyed his birria taco and said it has a good hint of spice. He said he would enjoy it with a beer, but we opted not to drink alcohol at the time. They have outdoor seating as well as indoor seating. They were also hosting a bingo night as well. I recently visited this establishment last month for the first time. Don't come for me... lol... I know... I know... I've lived in Mililani for quite some time and never came here. ‍ Anyways, one night myself and my children just happened to drop by and someone recommended the blacken shrimp tacos. Needless to say, we're hooked. It is SO GOOD! Ordering process: If you're dining in, just seat yourself. Then, check out the menu and order at the food truck. They'll hand you a pager and once your order is ready, it'll buzz you. Take your food back to your table. Don't forget to grab your own utensils, share plates, and napkins. We have also eaten the All American sliders with fries, Chicken Cordon Bleu, and Birria taco. All are very tasty. I really like sliders so I'm glad I got to try these! My sister had been here before so I thought I'd give it a try. My dad wanted garlic fries but they do not have that, but we upgraded to onion rings instead of regular fries for $1.50 which was pretty good. We both got the All-American sliders. I ordered on the phone before I came so I could just pick them up. I parked near Foodland and was walking around for a bit because I couldn't find the place. I finally had to call my sister to ask her where it was. I should have read more of the reviews because people mention it. It's inside Paradise Ciders, between Jamba Juice and Starbucks. It's in the back of the bar, in a food truck. So cool! But also, a little hard to find haha. But once you know, it's great! It seems like a cool place to hang out. The shrimp scampi pizza was a little spicy, but it reminded me of the shrimp scampi pizza from bravos. A little suggestion.. maybe cut the shrimp into tiny pieces and spread it out on the pizza. Inside of Paradise Ciders, the first time I tried them for Taco Tuesday, I wasn't all that impressed. However, their fries were delicious! Really crispy and seasoned well. My group all got different sliders for dinner when we went for trivia night; black bean, Kalua pork, and bacon jam burger. We all enjoyed them all but ranking them we decided on bacon jam, black bean, and Kalua pork. The black bean burger had good flavor but I think all three would have been tiring so it was nice we split them all. The Kalua pork wasn't as flavorful as we had hoped. This food truck is located in the back of Paradise Ciders. We settled on 2 birria tacos ($4.95 each), 2 shrimp tacos ($5.95 each) and the Texas fries ($13.99). Food took about 15 minutes so not too bad. Immediately noticed how small the tacos were. :( Birria tacos - literally just meat which I'm not that mad about but aren't they supposed to come with onions and cheese? Consomme was good but without it the meat was kind fo dry. Nice crispy shell though. Shrimp tacos - flavorful shrimp and liked the slaw and sauce. Texas Fries - Fries, shredder cheese, bacon and jalapeños. Basic and nothing special. Overall the food is just average. While the shrimp tacos were good, my guy's shrimp tacos he makes at home are just as good. For us the portions don't justify the price. The menu consist of sliders..tacos...flatbread pizza and some other stuff....we went with the 3 sliders (bacon jam burger) and fries for $14.99...The burgers were good (seasoned and tasty) bacon jam was basically bits of bacon in some kind of sauce (very faint taste of bacon but good)and nice salty crispy fries ..Also ordered a birra taco for $4.95....not the biggest taco but it was good (came with a dipping sauce dont know what it was but it was good). Staff was two ladies in the lunch wagon....Both were cordial one lady having a friendlier (is there such a word?) Lol demeanor than the other but pleasant anyways. I'll go with a 3 1/2 on this. HI Sliders has been open for a while now. They operate out of a food truck/trailer. In the past they were located on the parking lot side of Mililani Shopping Center near Jamba Juice. They have relocated to the back side of Paradise Sliders. You'll need to go inside of Paradise Sliders to access the trailer. If you're dining in, you can simply scan the QR code to order online. You'll then get a text message when you're order is ready. I like this new scan and order process however our order was accidentally given to the wrong person, who took it all the way to their table (then ended up bringing it back). It leaves room for mistakes or maybe they need to check better. We ordered the bacon jam sliders and fries with an upgrade to the Texas sticky fries (cheese, bacon and jalapenos). I thought the sliders were alright but the bun to meat ratio was off (too much bun). Also, I didn't notice if there was a price difference between the menu and the app listing but the menu says 3 sliders and the meal actually came with only 2. We also tried the birria taco and blackened shrimp tacos. While both were good, at $4.50 and $5.50 each, I didn't think they were of very good value. They do have a cobb salad on the menu, but we didn't see it on the app, so maybe it was not available however they had a side salad for about $5. Been following them for some time on IG. Then kept seeing ads popping up for them that said I could get free sliders if I clicked on the link. It took me to a Facebook message where they offered me free sliders with a minimum $20 purchase. Since I was already going to get free sliders, I figured we'd try something else on the menu. Though I'm not a taco person, the Blackened Shrimp Tacos did call to me, so we decided to try that. Surprisingly, the thing I hadn't even planned on getting was the menu item I ended up liking the most. The shell was what impressed me the most. It was like what I want to call a hybrid shell. A combination of crunchy and soft taco shells where you get this really awesome texture of a shell. We also ordered the Texas Sticky Fries. Regular fries topped with queso blanco, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, jalapenos and ranch sauce. The pictures on IG made it look really good, but it was just so-so for me. Nothing to be excited to come back for in the future. The toppings didn't make it more delicious...felt like it just made the fries soggy. We chose the All-American Burger sliders as our free sliders. I thought we were going to just get the sliders, but they also gave us fries with the order. Now we were loaded with fries being that we ordered the Texas Sticky Fries, too. These sliders were just okay and nothing that would make me want to come back for either. There was a sign on their wagon that said to scan the QR code to get a free birria taco. It's pretty awesome of them to give away all these freebies. Customer service is really nice, too! So overall with the freebies it was great, but don't know that I would go back without the freebies. If I had to pay full price I don't feel like it would be worth it. Also know that there isn't a seating area to eat your food. Starbucks is nearby. We bought a drink from there so we could eat our food in their seating area outside. Picked up dinner from this food truck while in Mililani last night. It's located in the same shopping center as Foodland and Ross. Looked like they are repaving and repainting the parking lot, so there's a lot of areas that are blocked off and we needed to strategize how to get from one side of the center to the other. Once we parked, the husband went out and ordered and about 15 minutes later we got our food: black bean sliders, bacon jam sliders, Texas sticky fries and Margherita flatbread. The sliders already came with fries (which husband didn't realize), so we had a plethora of French fries leftover. The black bean sliders were good; husband thought the bacon jam sliders were only okay. The Texas fries and sliders were really filling. To place orders for food, there's a QR code on the HI Sliders menu and you can place an order and pay online. Since we went on a busy Friday night, after checking out, it gave us an estimated time our orders would be ready. I placed an order at 7:28pm and the confirmation page said my order would be ready at 7:58pm. You receive a text message to let you know when it's ready. We had to pick up our order ourselves from the pickup counter (on the left side of the food truck). However, the service was really quick and we didn't have to wait too long for our food. I got notified at 7:36pm that my order was ready! My order was the Chicken & Waffles. The chicken was juicy and tender, and not oily at all. The mini waffles were light and soft on the inside, with just the right amount of crisp on the outside. It tasted yummy with the maple syrup. The same goes with the French fries. They were light and fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside--just the way I like them! The group I came with ordered different things. They got the All-American Burger, Margherita Flatbread Pizza, Pesto Chicken Bacon Flatbread Pizza, Kalua Pork Sliders, Onion Rings, and the Soft Baked Pretzel Sticks. Running errands in the area I took advantage of the opportunity to finally check this place out with Mom who rarely gets to come out here. Just wanting something more of a snack we decided on their Texas Sticky Fries which is loaded with Queso blanco, mozzarella and cheddar (wow!) bacon, jalapeños and ranch...incredible!! Skip the sliders and go straight for the tacos! HI Sliders is a little food stall in Mililani Shopping Center that has a newer, more modern feel than the businesses that have been around for years. I got the bacon jam sliders and the blackened shrimp tacos. Let me just say, the shrimp tacos were one of the best I've had. They're $4.75 apiece and they really pack it with plump, perfectly cooked shrimp, so it's worth it. The sriracha aioli and slaw pair perfectly to brighten it up and add a kick. I can imagine the pulled pork tacos are just as good. As for the sliders, they were alright. When a burger patty is that small it's hard to avoid it getting dry and overcooked. The bacon jam was kinda just chopped up bacon and not very jammy. Flavor was alright. The fries were nicely seasoned and crispy. I met some friends out for Pau Hana tonight. I have some weird food allergies and often I am not able to eat at some places. I approached the HI Sliders food truck and asked a few questions about the ingredients that was used in the food. The gentleman who spoke with me was very kind and confirmed that I was indeed able to have a meal. I thanked him and went back to my seat to see what I would like to eat. The same person came to where I was sitting to let me know what food items I should stay away from. I truly appreciated this. I told him that I was thinking of getting the shrimp scampi flattered. He confirmed that I was able to eat it. I ordered shortly after and interacted with another employee. He was also very nice. I received my food promptly, and it was delicious! I finally got a chance to check out HI Sliders, a new food truck in Mililani Shopping Center, while my son and I waited for my car's safety check at the Goodyear nearby. Yes, that was your reminder to not let your safety check expire. You're welcome. ;) We decided to get the Sliders + Fries (which comes with two - 2 ounce sliders) and we added another 2 sliders for $4 more. The sliders come in pairs so we decided on the Bacon Jam Burger and the Kalua Pork Sliders. The Bacon Jam Burgers were immediately my favorite. It's made with house-made bacon jam, swiss cheese, and sriracha aioli. The Kalua Pork Sliders were tasty as well, but I would have preferred a BBQ sauce over the citrus herb aioli that it's served with. I really like BBQ sauce. For the non-meat eaters, they offer a Black Bean Burger on the menu served with swiss cheese, fresh avocado, red onion, and sriracha aioli. I'm also really interested in their chicken and waffles sliders and checking out the rest of the menu that offers flatbread pizzas, tacos, and onion rings.  Will be back soon! 5-18-2021 when I first saw the Yelp reviews coming in I mentioned it to hubs that we should try it. He told me, you know it's a food truck. I couldn't imagine a food truck between Jamba Juice and Blazing Steak at the Mililani Shopping Center. Since today is Tuesday, those who belong to Tuesday Club know what that means. I spotted the cute yellow and black food truck- it called out to me, give us a try. After taking a few photos to post to Yelp I placed the order. One dinner Cobb salad, an American burger slider and a Kalua slider. Two sliders were placed in the sturdy containers along with fries. The salad was pretty with half a boiled egg, real bacon bits, grape tomatoes, croutons and 2 containers of a yummy dressing. I liked the Kalua slider because the skoshi amount of onions topping the Kalua slider along with little bit of coleslaw also inside the mini sandwich was delicious. The tiny buns were grilled with perhaps butter so had a nice looking crispy edge. When we were ready to place our order there were two guys in each of 2 windows. You order at the far right window and pay there. Just then a female employee entered the food truck and took our credit card. The sliders and fries were filling enough for lunch. I told hubs, let's save the Cobb Salad for dinner. It was tasty. Glad another food eatery has joined here. We've gotten into the habit of picking up lunch when we go on an errand so it's a nice change of pace.
