There were several people inside getting plates together and one guy at the back of the truck at the BBQ cooking the food on the grill. We ordered: 1. Kalua Pig Nachos 2. BBQ Chicken & Pastele Combo with Gandule Rice 3. Pork Belly & Pastele Combo with Gandule Rice 4. BBQ Chicken Plate The food was okay. The chicken, rice and mac sald was a little bland but we were hungry so we ate some of it but did not finish it. I was hoping it was better that it was. It also took them a little while to get us our food. It could have been that they were very busy and short staffed as I saw another employee arrive while we were ordering. I love coming here on a Tuesday too because of the $2 tacos, who can beat that?! The service is always amazing. If you see a red tent with "city mill" on it, most likely you are in the right spot. Certain food setups give you hints the food is about to be on point. This is one of them. There isn't a fancy sign or over presentation, mostly just delivery. The two folks under the tent (I'm assuming they were the owners and operators) were friendly and to-the-point. I glanced over the menu quickly and selected the number 1 because I was kind of pressed for time. It was one of the best gourmet dogs I've tried. It had slaw and chili on it. I opted to have cheese too. You can pretty much customize your dog however you desire. I'll probably get a different next time until I work my way through the menu. The prices of the options are listed on the menu. The operators told me they have a IG page @bustyomoufllc and I could go there to see their schedule. The hot dogs are filling and it is hard to find a meal for $6 on North Shore. I am sad that I discovered this on my last day on North Shore as I would definitely go back!

The cheese also didn't add to much flavor either, so it tasted pretty close to the original. There's also a decent amount of rice, so it at least somewhat fills you up. So keep that in mind if you're trying to have a lot of different dishes at a food truck event!

They are made fresh and it was HOT. The pork belly is thin but has a lot of flavor. The rice was like sticky rice. Not too hard and not too mushy. The size is like a regular sized spam musubi. The cheese baby wrap was pretty good. It went well with the pork belly. The added siracha sauce was a plus. Their pork belly wraps are pretty good and I would recommend giving it a try especially if you love pork belly!

I ordered from the friendly, efficient gal at the window: Summer Rolls and Yellow curry with tofu I took my food home and was happy with the fragrance and presentation! However, the dipping sauce for the summer Rolls was spicy and the wrapper was full to the point of falling apart. The yellow curry was too spicy for me, but I liked the veggies and appreciate the cooking efforts! Next time, I'll get the garlic Shrimp!
