All I can say is that this Plate was epic in each and every way. The Korean Fried Chicken was Super Crispy and Tasty. The Ahi Poke was Ono and those Kalbi Fries..Amazing!!! Those Crispy Crinkle Fries topped with Shreds of Kalbi were a match made in Heaven. Those Crinkle Fries really stole the show. I absolutely love Crispy Crinkle Fries when they are cooked perfectly. And of course I had to have Mac Salad with this Plate. There's a reason why Flyin' Ahi Lunch Wagon has a following. Not only is their Menu amazing but the Local Braddah taking your order is one of the nicest guys around . No matter how busy they get this guy's service and attitude is top notch. He's also very accommodating when it comes to making the Plate Lunch to your own specifications and to me that says a lot. This Plate was nothing short of spectacular and if you are in the Mililani Tech Park Area for Lunch you definitely have to check this place out. -- at Flyin' Ahi.

Definitely worth the wait, taking off work, and the cost. They give a lot!! Parking is street or next to a parking lot I'm not too familiar with but had plenty parking and quick too. Recommend this food truck!!

If you see a red tent with "city mill" on it, most likely you are in the right spot. Certain food setups give you hints the food is about to be on point. This is one of them. There isn't a fancy sign or over presentation, mostly just delivery. The two folks under the tent (I'm assuming they were the owners and operators) were friendly and to-the-point. I glanced over the menu quickly and selected the number 1 because I was kind of pressed for time. It was one of the best gourmet dogs I've tried. It had slaw and chili on it. I opted to have cheese too. You can pretty much customize your dog however you desire. I'll probably get a different next time until I work my way through the menu. The prices of the options are listed on the menu. The operators told me they have a IG page @bustyomoufllc and I could go there to see their schedule. They take tap and Apple Pay so that's always a plus for me. Don't just take my word for it, try it out for yourself and let me know which one you tried.

They were giving samples of the Japanese curry they were serving at Eat the Street My boyfriend had…read morea sample of their curry and ordered their beef curry plate. I of course had to try (sharing is caring!!) The curry was so good and flavorful. My taste buds were skyrocketing! I had to come back for more. So in the midst of the rain pouring down we made it back to their food truck so I can have my own curry plate. I have tried al kinds of curry and Japanese curry restaurants. I have never had curry stand out more than this place. They ran out of rice twice that night, but people were buying the curry alone anyway! IT'S JUST THAT AWESOME! The owner, Von, is super friendly. I learned that not only do they make fabulous Japanese curry, but they are known to host parties and cater with gourmet hotdogs. I can't wait to try their gourmet hotdog with curry!!

I have tried two of their hotdogs. The Akita curry is a Japanese curry and is great! If you like curry, definitely try this. I also tried their special which is was West Virginia slaw dog. I think this was the same as the Pitbull "chili" dog with coleslaw on top. Yum!! The puppy pops are a mix of ice cream and shave ice. I tried the passion orange and it was good. The hot dogs are filling and it is hard to find a meal for $6 on North Shore. I am sad that I discovered this on my last day on North Shore as I would definitely go back!

I have been looking forward to trying this truck and finally spotted it at Waikele for a food truck…read moreevent. I knew I had to try it - all the photos I've seen on IG looked too good. Maybe I hyped myself up too much, but I ended up not liking it as much as I thought I would. We tried the sampler but because I'm not a fan of wasabi, I stuck to the original and the cheese one. The flavor is more on the subtle side compared to how it looks. I wish the sauce had a stronger flavor to it. The cheese also didn't add to much flavor either, so it tasted pretty close to the original. There's also a decent amount of rice, so it at least somewhat fills you up. So keep that in mind if you're trying to have a lot of different dishes at a food truck event!

Saw their food truck at aloha stadium and wanted to try their pork belly wrapped musubi. We ordered…read morethe regular baby wrap for $3.75 and the cheese baby wrap for $4.25. They also sell spicy noodles which looked really good. But after a long day walking at Aloha Stadium; we were already hot and tired. The wraps came out pretty fast. They are made fresh and it was HOT. The pork belly is thin but has a lot of flavor. The rice was like sticky rice. Not too hard and not too mushy. The size is like a regular sized spam musubi. The cheese baby wrap was pretty good. It went well with the pork belly. The added siracha sauce was a plus. Their pork belly wraps are pretty good and I would recommend giving it a try especially if you love pork belly!
