There were several people inside getting plates together and one guy at the back of the truck at the BBQ cooking the food on the grill. We ordered: 1. Kalua Pig Nachos 2. BBQ Chicken & Pastele Combo with Gandule Rice 3. Pork Belly & Pastele Combo with Gandule Rice 4. BBQ Chicken Plate The food was okay. The chicken, rice and mac sald was a little bland but we were hungry so we ate some of it but did not finish it. I was hoping it was better that it was. The flavor is more on the subtle side compared to how it looks. I wish the sauce had a stronger flavor to it. The cheese also didn't add to much flavor either, so it tasted pretty close to the original. There's also a decent amount of rice, so it at least somewhat fills you up. So keep that in mind if you're trying to have a lot of different dishes at a food truck event!
