Browsed around for curiosity as there were several food trucks and decided on this little white van with literally nothing to describe what its offering and as I walked up there a little menu and it's smash burgers. Adrian's Smashburger to be exact and with four types of burgers available each a re very unique and different which I loved and it was The Spicy Smash that I just had to try. Just one guy making it all you order first and pay later and what a deal where it starts from $7 to $10 depending on the burger. Menu describes everything that's in the burger and the spicy has it all with pepper jack cheese and jalapeños I was excited along with special sauce which is like a honey mustard you can make it the works with lettuce, tomato and onion as well for an additional $2. I especially love their sauce, I think it's a bit similar to In-N-Out but better. It gets a bit messy eating but what burger isn't. + Service: Quick and friendly! + Location: it's a food truck by a park, so you can technically get it and sit on the lawn but I usually take it to go cause there are no benches around. As I drove home, I was hoping to find Adrian's parked on Geiger where I last saw their truck. To my satisfaction, they were parked near Aloha Brew (who's there daily). Their signage is on the small side, so be sure to look good if you're on the hunt for them. Flavor was packed into this juicy burger, for sure. The 'Special Sauce' is on the sweeter side, so I'd suggest requesting it on the side and not in your burger if you're not a sweet & savory burger lover - if there's any up-charge to do so, I am not sure. Service was prompt and friendly! I asked a few questions being that it was my first visit to this lunch truck. The man working answered politely as he got my food cooked and ready for take off. It's a small operation, so be prepared to wait a bit if there's a line upon your arrival. Lucky for me, I was the only customer, so the wait time was reasonable. Wow wow, so good I didn't even take a before picture. My husband was driving past Geiger park on Tuesday at 5pm and saw Adrian's smash burger truck on the side. I don't think we have any other smash burger places in Ewa Beach or Kapolei, not that we know of. And my husband loves a good burger, so he pulled over to grab one. My husband said his order was made pretty fast. He ordered a OG smashburger one with one patty, his with 2 patty and also a side French fries. And brought it home. The French fries thick, crispy, garlic salt it tastes like, super Ono. Couldn't stop eating the fries. I didn't share with my hubby. The burger was super good as well, I loved the sauce that was on it the most! If I could get that sauce on the side for the fries, wow that would the bomb! It was supposed to be my first experience eating a smash burger, but I guess it won't be. My sis ordered an OG burger and fries. We patiently waited for approximately 30 minutes. We noticed the person after us got his 3 burgers before us. The employee that took my sis order saw my sis and asked her what we are waiting for. My sis replied that we are waiting for one burger and fries. The cook said they made a mistake so we had to wait a little bit longer. First time at Adrian's was about 5 months ago when he was just sort of starting out. I decided to stop by after seeing a new truck along the sidewalk by Geiger park. I chatted with him a bit and he said things were a little slow and he was deciding on how to drum up business. Back then, I decided to try his classic. He reassured me that he hand forms all of his parties and uses 100% LOCAL grass fed beef. I got my burger and it was AMAZING! Not super smashed where it's like paper thin, but just smashed enough where the edges had good texture while the center still held some good body to it. When it comes to burgers, if the classic burger is good, I believe the rest will speak for itself. To make something basic taste AMAZING is skill. I went back a few weeks after and decided to do a double smash, a single smash and two orders of fries. I asked for the fries to be cooked well done (crisssssspy). He then reassured me that his fries are perfectly cooked and that I would like them, so I trusted the process. The guy working behind the counter is a huge jackass. I walked up to the lunch wagon and he's cooking with his back to me. I'm standing there for like 3 minutes before he even acknowledged me, then he asks for my order. I proceed to order 2 OG burgers with onions and a drink that I asked for right away. So he gave me my drink and starts cooking. He starts handing out orders to people that came after me and seen me standing there the whole time. I assumed that these people had ordered on the phone or online. He then starts to close up shop while he is cooking and I thought I was the last order. Some guys walk up and he tells them that if they are ordering a large order that he would not take it because he was closing, he then looks at me and asks me if I ordered yet.
