The summer rolls were thick and fresh but the rice paper could have done a smidge longer soaked in the water. Chicken pho was good - some parts were a little dry but it was in the broth so it wasn't too bad. The combo pho (I ordered medium) was a perfect size for me but didn't have as much tripe or tendon as I wanted. The highlight for us was probably the broth. 95% of the time I love to add hoisin or garlic to my broth, but this is probably the first time I've never had to add anything else to it because it was SUPER flavorful and the perfect amount of sweet already.
