Hang over burger with poutine fries upgrade
Addie L.

Mostly a great dining experience. The restaurant is new and well kept. It's somewhat hard to find, it's on the left side of main highway going north. A bad start with the French Onion soup. Looked promising but was way too salty and hardly any onions. Right amount of cheese and bread. Thankfully was only $5 so not a costly miss. The hangover burger was excellent. The egg was perfect and the yolk runs off to the wagyu beef patty. Bacon is nice and crispy. Burger has a moist, good beefy flavor. Excellent . Pork see sing came out sizzling. Wow wished knew about this traditional Filipino dish. Excellent balance with rice too offset the rich and meaty egg and pork flavors. Definitely a must order. Would have given 5 stars if wasn't for the onion soup. It's a far drive from town and worth it if around the area. Parking is tight but street parking is available.

I found this place through an Instagram foodie who made the food look soooo good that I had to give it a try. We tried the February specials today. Our pasta was an experience! The server torched a big wheel of cheese in front of us and served our pasta after preparing it all together. That was a fun presentation! I loved my biscoff coffee. I also enjoyed my double down burger which had fried chicken and wagyu patty and the waffle fries. The lobster bread roll was delicious. The music playing was country music. It reminded me of Texas already. I can see myself being a regular here. Thank you Finn, for the great service! We will most definitely be back.

Located in Wahiawa almost directly across the street from Zippys. Da Burger Hub is a clean and well lit restaurant with tons of seating and a decent bar. PARKING There's quite a bit of parking here as they share it with a few other businesses within the complex. RESTAURANT Clean, well lit, but can get a bit noisy. There's a bunch of TVs which seems like a good hangout when there's sports events going on. TheY have a bunch of tables and also a lounge area that has a giant tv which I assume you can use when you guys just want to have pupus and drinks. Staff is super friendly and easy to talk to. FOOD The stacked onion rings were crispy and the accompanied sauce went well with it. The chicken wings was a whole wing with the drumstick. We tried garlic parm, which was okay but the hot honey was excellent. Nice heat, but not overly spicy! You'd figure that a place called Da Burger would have awesome burgers, but a couple of the ones we ordered had no taster at all. My comer burger supposedly had a jalapeno cheese sauce, but that lacked any flavor. I had to dip my burger in ketchup and pepper to add taste to it. It's like the patty was bland. My sister's Juicy Lucy also lacked any taste. She had the salt shaker in the other hand constantly applying salt as she bit through the burger. Reuben was pretty good though. The meats were stacked high and my cousin could not finish it. Waffle fries we're crispy and tasty. We also thought about ordering dessert, but decided not to. Da Burger Hub is fairly affordable and I may come back to give this another try. Kitchen was probably off their game that day. I'll update again if the food taste better the second time around.

This was the last stop on my food tour. We had been saving space in our stomachs for here. They have expanded which is great! They also have a liquor license now. Luckily we come in before the evening rush, because as we were finishing, it was getting really crowded. We shared the poutine fries, and we should've asked for extra gravy cause you can never have enough...right? We loved the big crispy onion rings! The Thai spiced wings really hit the spot! And this trip we tried the crispy pork belly....so good! Of course, we had to have the warm chocolate chip cookie with ube ice cream. A great way to end the meal! The staff was great! We were there for about two hours and they were gracious to let us be our loud selves! DBWH is a must stop if you are in the area! Mahalo DBWH!

Best burger spot in Wahiawa! The workers are even better! Some of the best service on island! Not a fan of the aioli in the juicy Lucy burger, but other than that everything was good. They have the best onion rings and house made sauces! The hot honey bourbon are my fav wings here! The inside is clean and cold!

It takes great food to drag my Townie butt out to the country! Da Burger did not disappoint. We made reservations and had a party of 7. The place was pretty packed with locals, military and a few tourists. I had the portobello mushroom burger ir was huge and tasty. We also tried the Blacken Blue burger and onion rings delicious! One of the Feb specials was the pork belly carbonara that they make in this huge cheese bowl it was tasty but a little rich for me. Service was friendly and desserts were yummy too! Great spot to check out in Wahiawa!

My friend and her family are big fans of Da Burger Wing Hub, so I had to try it because I love me a good burger. Be prepared to circle the block for parking, or street park nearby. The service was friendly and attentive. The food did not disappoint. The burger size was more than I could handle since I had to make it through to dessert! I overheard the host telling people who walked in that there is a 90-min limit for dine-in customers, or they could pay to reserve a table and stay as long as they want. I can see that happening on the side of the dining room that has big-screen TVs and a sports bar vibe. It's okay to dig in and eat messy if you must because handwashing is easy with wash basins outside the all-gender bathroom/stall which kindly asks that it's for going #1 only. Last star would have been for more comfortable chairs, but I guess if I'm sitting for 90-min tops, then the metal chair is fine.

You can reserve a table on Yelp. Our 2 nd visit in November. Our guests enjoyed lunch here. The onion rings were still huge and extremely crunchy. The wings were good but didn't have that zing in flavor and not as jumbo like before. Six of us and no one ordered the same thing. This time I tried their Reuben sandwich and it's like you get two full sandwiches on one plate ie four slices of bread with your corned beef. I didn't notice much sauerkraut kraut. The grilled bread and sauce were excellent. They give a large amount of waffle fries. It was not as busy as dinner time. Once the word gets out about this place it's sure to be packed. We asked for 3 boxes for left overs. We got two envelopes again valid for a month of December opening.

Poutine fries

We got there around 3 PM, we were the only ones there - so probably in between services. The waitress we had was very attentive. We both got burgers, they were pretty good. The fries that came with the burgers were not great but the poutine fries were phenomenal.

I really like this place, I've been once before and decided to come again with my family for valentines Day. They were busy as I expected so I was glad I made a reservation online. The service was slow, we were seated and then it was another 10 minutes before our drink order was taken which was by the person who had seated us. Then we waited for our order to be taken another 10 minutes at least. We ordered poutine, wings, Caesar salad, the jawbreaker burger, bbq burger, and pork belly shrimp carbonara special. The wings and Caesar salad came first. The wings are a good size, we got habanero and hot honey bourbon. The wings tasted great but the sauces didn't have that much of a different taste. The Ceasar salad was a good size, plenty to share. The burgers came next. The poutine did not show up even though it was supposed to be a starter. The Jawbreaker burger was huge, and it is definitely messy. My son let me have a bite and it was really good. The Barbecue burger has an onion ring and pulled pork on it, it's a really big burger. My son asked about the poutine and we were told they were currently working on it because a lot of orders had come in for the poutine. The carbonara is done tableside with a big Parmesan wheel that is rolled out. I watched the Parmesan rolling all over the restaurant to other tables just waiting for my plate to arrive. Our server stopped by once to say it was coming. Then as my sons were finishing up their burger and I was still waiting another server came by to ask if we wanted boxes. Asking if we're ready to pack up and I haven't even gotten my food was not a great service moment. The pasta finally came and still no poutine. The server again came by asking if we needed anything else and I said we still hadn't got the poutine. She went to the kitchen and came back saying they forgot to put it in but it was cooking right then. I was a server and a line cook, the kitchen didn't forget to put that poutine in! The poutine wasn't even worth the wait, it seemed really thrown together. Probably because it was rushed. The pasta was really salty, I think it needed some pepper to balance the flavor. My son tasted it and said it wasn't salty though, so it could just be me. It's a unique serving style and definitely Instagram worthy. A lot of people were ordering it and taking videos of it being served up. For dessert I got the churro cheesecake and biscoff croffle. The cheesecake came and we were pretty much done eating that when the server asked if we needed anything else. I had to remind her about the croffle. When the croffle came it was warm and tasted really good. We finished the whole thing quickly. Total time at the restaurant was 2 hours, for a restaurant like this even on Valentines Day it was too much. It felt like we were forgotten a lot. So many tables around us had come and gone during the time we were there and still waiting. It was a good meal, but the service left a lot to be desired.

Fine drinks!

Love love love this place! Instead of my usual burger, I had the filet mignon surf and turf. The wife had NY steak w/ red wine sauce. It was ALL GOOD! I also ordered the onion rings - super ono! THE BEST crust on the rings ever! Everything is super fresh. No skimping on quality. RJ and his staff are top notch. Always focused on making your experience here a pleasure.

Stopped in for an early dinner on Saturday. It wasn't too crowded but a little busy with happy hour and live music going on. Elevated bar food is the vibe here. Gourmet wagyu burgers and a variety of wings to satisfy any palate. We opted for the smash burger and portobello mushroom burger, along with their li hing margarita and lilikoi mule. Everything tasted great. Service was efficient; food, drinks and check all arrived in a timely manner. Only downside is parking in this area is not the best. They do have valet but we were able to get street parking since it was early in the evening. Would return to try some of their other offerings!

After doing some Tilapia fishing in Wahiawa at Alii farms, we decided to get a nice lunch here. The place was empty at noon which was surprising for a saturday, but by the time we left around 1pm it was PACKED! So show up a little early if you can. Everything here was on point. Burgers were very well executed, bun was perfectly sized and warm, waffle fries were perfectly spiced, and workers were fast and friendly. My daughter got a chocolate milk that they added whipped cream to and she loved it. I'd come here more often if I lived closer, but definitely a great place to stop by if you're in the area or live nearby!

You're overlooking the water and swans, and when the weather is nice, I imagine it is SUPER nice. It was drizzling when I was there, but it still felt good to be outside since it wasn't raining too hard. They have TVs and a pool table, and I saw some SERIOUS pool players when I was there, so that was a vibe too. The food is really good. The wings?? High, high, hiiiiigh. I don't know if chicken is imported to the island or what, but the price is CRAZY high.... I had the buffalo chicken wrap and it was actually really good, BUT that wrap was so small. Of course they cut it in half, but each half was tiny. There's no way that was even a full 6-inch wrap before they cut it. Still stuffed and flavorful, just disappointing on the portion size. The French fries though? Really really good. I had them with my wrap and I enjoyed them a lot. Didn't get a pickle though, and I didn't even realize it was supposed to come with one until I came back the next day... I wish I had gotten that. The bartender was nice--it was a guy. Not super friendly, but cool enough. Now the bathroom... ATROCIOUS. I hated it. Didn't even want to touch anything. Yikes. But other than that, I do like the place!

Beautiful nature scenery outside in back. Separate restrooms prior to entrance. Stations included main buffet line, prime rib, omelette, waffle bar with desserts. Watch out for nuisance fly that goes in and out of ballroom. Close cover for each dish at main buffet line. Our Server visited us numerous times to ask us if we needed anything, ensured water and beverage refills, removing plates. Here's the verdict: Beverage concerns were couple of family members stated coffee tasted burnt. My hubby said his iced tea tasted too sweet. California Poke and Potato Crab Salad were more on the wet side and contained more mayo. The only difference is California Poke tasted a little spicy and Potato Crab Salad was mild. Somen Salad and Oriental Chicken Salad along with respective dressings were on point. Barely tasted garlic in Garlic Mashed Potatoes, yet creaminess is sufficient when consuming with prime rib. My husband and I agreed that prime rib lacked in seasonings on top and taste. Chef did well in honoring my request for well done prime rib. Horseradish and au jus fit right in. Cheese, mushrooms, peppers and spinach were definitely fresh and prepared well in omelette. However, I'm disappointed that fresh eggs were not used in making the omelette. Noticed it in taste and texture. Pork Adobo Fried Rice was made and tasted too wet. Save your appetite for an adobo fried rice elsewhere. Culmination of ingredients for mushroom and spinach Alfredo went well together. Unfortunately, pasta was over cooked. Steamed fresh catch w/ cilantro ginger was the star and highlight of the day. Coconut danish and guava danish cleansed palate and added a nice touch for desserts. No doubt quantity exceeded expectations while quality fell short.
