Came on a Thursday night and the place was packed! There were plenty of people waiting for tables, but the host told us that the wait would be about 20-25 minutes, so we decided to wait. When we got on the waitlist, it was through Yelp! I didn't realize I could've done it before we even left home! But it's okay because we only waited around 15 minutes before getting seated at the high tables. Our server, Jayson, was nice and friendly and super attentive especially for how busy it was. We got our water right away and didn't wait long for our pupus. We ordered the bottomless chips and the 8 piece wings. my husband got the Nashville hot, and I got the sweet chili. Both flavours were 10/10! I could've easily eaten a dozen myself. For our mains, my husband went with his usual Triple Dipper. His fried mozzarella didn't have that cheese pull this time, but he still loved it. I had the margarita grilled chicken with Mexican rice and subbed the beans for broccoli. I was worried the chicken would be dry, but it was actually super juicy! The broccoli was a bit softer than how I'd normally cook it. But it's okay. All in all, we had a good meal, great service, and awesome time. We'll definitely be back and next time, we're getting on that waitlist early! Also bring a sweater, it was kinda cold!
I would like to provide an update since my last review. After my last review reflecting my last experience that wasn't positive, Chanel, who I believe is their public relations manager reached out to me to get more information on my experience. After our conversation, I agreed to give Chili's another chance. My family and I stopped in earlier this month after my sister's Hula performance. My experience was a lot better. Upon being seated, our waitress greeted us right away and took our drink orders. It was a busy Saturday night. She came back and took our orders. I had shared with her a card that I had created that listed my food allergies for her to share with the chef. My order came out perfectly and it was delicious! I want to thank Chanel and the staff for making my experience a lot better.
The new menu must have been part a f an upgrade to the service as well. The host was attentive and efficient. The wait staff made the experience like if was for football games. I don't mind paying more for good food with portions to match. I have had three excellent meals with my family and can say they are back.
Technically should be a 3.5 star review. There were 2 hosts for once and they were kind and prompt with service. Sat at the bar booth with 2 others. Bartender was friendly and prompt, service was great and the wait wasn't bad. Lost 1 star by using a plastic 8oz cup for the salsa that we ordered. Odd because that's usually a back of house or takeout thing. It's the ones we get when purchasing 1/2 lb poke. Looks like there was enough bowls another dishes to make it a little nicer. Kudos to the lady working Expo in the kitchen, she had them rolling with food coming out, even asking for runners. Timing on plates were great (for once). Lost a 1/2 star there, there was no music or TV playing, so you could hear EVERYTHING from the kitchen. Not that anything bad was heard, just customers don't want to hear someone yelling...RUNNER! Overall pretty good considering.
Came in Sunday for a quick dinner and had such a great time. We were sat down immediately and our drinks came soon after. I ordered a margarita with a few modifications and it came out perfect! We mentioned sharing a burger to one another when ordering since we couldn't decide on our entrees, the server overheard and BOH brought out our burger and sides already split on two plates! It was such a kind and thoughtful touch. I've had nothing but great experience with the FOH staff here so far and it gives me nothing but reasons to come back. Also if you were the one serving my boyfriend and I, I'm sorry he can't count lol. Thank you for being kind and understanding. Thank you so much!
Food was good, Chillis always has very generous portions sizes. We really enjoyed the honey chipotle mozzarella sticks. The shark attack margarita was great, very sweet but also huge. The restaurant itself is clean, bathrooms were clean, our daughter liked all the pretty glasses. Service was where they excelled, our server Emilio was a sweetheart. Answered all our questions and checked on us often. Left very full
What an unfortunate, terrible experience I had tonight, unlike my many past experiences dining here. For reference, it's Valentines Day and my husband and I checked in a little after 6pm and were told our table would be ready by 7:25, which was cool. We walked to town center to kill time and came back to the host, who was terribly rude. She said they had a 10 minute grace period and basically to leave. I told her it was 7:22, 3 minutes before said time. I explained to her that we waited for 45 minutes. She basically shrugged us off and had a bad attitude stating that she took us off the waiting list. I walked out and her co-worker apologized to my husband and so did the manager, which I give props to, at least they tried to make up for their ignorant hostess. The manager said they had seating for us and she would serve us herself. It was too late and my appetite to eat there was gone. To that hostess that treated us poorly, thank you. We really enjoyed our Valentine's dinner at Black Angus and would highly recommend to anyone looking for friendly service and great food. :-)
Haven't been here for a couple of years! After Christmas shopping at Walmart decided to have lunch since c it was only a few feet away! Was greeted immediately! got a table for 7.. Our server was gracious and took our quickly, it took me awhile, maybe because I didn't see grilled shrimp salad, but they accommodated me! All in all it was a pleasant, enjoyable luncheon.
Stepped into Chili's today for a nice dinner. It was a pleasant experience. The wait staff did a great job at taking our orders and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. Chili's isn't one of our 'go-to' places typically but we might make it one soon, considering the great service and cleanliness. We shared the fajita trio and bottomless chips and salsa. Everything was great tasting. The only thing they can improve on with the fajita trio is maybe add more than just 4 tortillas. Especially if your sharing with your spouse or friend. Four tortillas doesn't really go very far with two people. Overall, great experience and very glad we stopped in. Looking forward to our next visit. :)

Delicious food as usual! Great customer service. Quick to be seated. Food: I got the chicken fried steak. Soooooo good! Perfectly seasoned creamy and peppery gravy. Crispy chicken, creamy mashed potatoes. Dessert I got the lava chocolate cake. Absolutely loved it! read more
Chili's in Mililani is a great place to have lunch and just hang. Service was absolutely amazing! We started out with chips and salsa with guacamole then hours later order the half rack of ribs with fries and coleslaw, then later coffee. Lunch was delicious! Service was so amazing that we went through 3 waitress and they were very polite that we were there for hours to just hang out! They even came by periodically to check if we wanted refill on our coffee...thank you Chili's for the wonderful service! Looking forward to our next luncheon! read more

Going to these type of restaurants you are expecting a uniform type of meal and ambiance. That's exactly what we got. Sometimes regular uniform things are just what you need! The drink was absolutely delicious and perfect alcohol to sweetness ratio margarita! The food was great and a huge portion ( enough for seconds to take home!). Ire, our server, was of great service and was able to efficiently get our orders right and on time. We had chips and salsa and queso (not pictured) and when the queso came out cold and not delectable looking, Ire immediately took it off the bill for us and it was no big deal. During this crazy time, I thought it'd be nice to order food to go. Support a business and not have to cook! I got there at my assigned time and ended up waiting in line for 10minutes before I could give the server my name. She said my order wasn't ready yet, gave me a recipe and I stood in the parking lot with many others. As I'm patiently waiting, I start noticing how all these people with huge orders keep getting their food no matter where they were in line. A man came up(a delivery service) went straight to the table said some number and Bam! Orders right away. More people are getting their orders...I'm still waiting. Then another delivery service, Bam! Instant orders. Still waiting...another delivery service arrives same thing. Even the lady next to me, whose order they lost, got her food. Are you kidding me?! Now it's dark, there are 4 people left in the parking lot and I've been waiting 45mins+ for my order. Went to the table to ask if they can just cancel it. She asks for my name for the third time and said they're just packing it up now. Finally it's given to me. I apologized that it was crazy for them then got a quick thanks for waiting and that was it! It's a huge problem when the customer is more empathic then the company. Nothing like getting home, after waiting an inexcusable amount of time, finding there are missing items and your food is barely warm. Lesson: 1- take the lazy route and use a delivery service. Apparently this company prioritizes them. 2- stick to home cooking 3- avoid this place. read more

went here for lunch and it didn't disappoint. the service was good and our waitress was very attentive as she checked on us what seemed to be maybe a dozen times. the explosion salad was delicious. didn't think i could finish but i did...every last bite read more
This is cont. from last review 3rd for 2018 UPDATE to my UPDATE: I am adding back one star for service because the food tonight was meh. The food... Our queso came out cold and had to be sent back and reheated. My husband's ribs also came out cold. They made a whole new dish and by the time it came back out we were all done with our food and he ended up packing it to go. My bar burgers were on the bland side and rather dry. Now for the service... Our waitress Christine was awesome! She kept up with my family of swillers (the 3 of them can each drink their own pitcher at dinner) making sure we always had a drink. She was very attentive even though it was a busy Saturday night. I really appreciated her upbeat and friendly attitude. The manager Janie made up for all the errors by comping my husband's meal and a dessert. She also came over and let me know that after discussing the call ahead situation with her gm they decided it would only apply to larger parties, so if your a family of 4 or less you can still call ahead for seating. The customer service here is why I will continue to come back. I'm sure Chili's will earn back that 5 star rating. read more

Mililani Chili's is alright. Been coming here for over the past 10 years. The service is great depending out your server. When we went this time for our annual birthday celebration, we checked in to yelp and got the chips and queso free. However heads up, they can only give you up one free offer. So I was unable to use my birthday dessert and now it is expired. Chili rewards are great to sign up for if you go often. To be an elite chili reward member and get exclusive deals, you must go once every 60 days. read more

Chili's Mililani just started to open up their bar on Sunday's for NFL and to serve breakfast. I know going in that this probably is not going to be the best breakfast considering Chili's is not known for breakfast. However, I figured how hard is to make breakfast, the easiest meal of the day. I entered the restaurant and there is no host like there usually is when you dine there. I patiently waited about 3 mins in the door way figuring some staff member would come up to me and say "sit anyway." Didn't happen and no SIGNS to tell you to sit anywhere. So I went ahead and sat myself. The bar had one female bartender (super nice and friendly girl - thus, the 2 stars) and one guy waiter for 8 tables. One table had about 7 guys to it. Needless to say, they were extremely busy. After about 5 mins the bartender came and took my drink order. I had to ask her for a menu. About 5 mins later she took my order. 20 minutes later I got my order, which I though was fast considering the large crowd. My scramble eggs was yellow, like it should be, and there was many pieces of black something in the eggs. Not sure if its pieces of black grease from bacon, etc...My TEXAS toast was a half slide of a thick white bread and not toasted. My country fried potatoes were tiny squares of potatoes, fried, and that's about it. The pieces were so small and hard. I ordered Portuguese sausage and got pork sausage instead. The bartender did apologize and got me some slightly cooked Portuguese sausage, but I was starving by now so I ate it.... You need to step up your game Chili's............ read more
The family and I went to Chili's in Mililani to celebrate my grandson's birthday (his choice of restaurant and a good one). Although we had a reservation, there was a small wait of 10 minutes at the front reception area. Once seated, we were greeted by our server, Caitlyn, who did an excellent job. She was very attentive to our needs, describing the various items on the menu and patiently taking our orders ( we had three children under 10 that were indecisive). Her pleasant demeanor made the dinner an enjoyable event. The food was plated beautifully and tasted even better. The rib eye, sirloin, and ribs were cooked perfectly, the salads were fresh, and the dessert was broke da mouth. Although, the crowd picked up and there was a waiting line to get in, we were not rushed or felt rushed. It was an enjoyable evening with family and good food. read more

Located in the Mililani Town Center, this is another good Chili's. They are open during COVID-19, just remember there are limited tables. The food tastes great and the price is affordable. I recommend you download the app as you get free food. Most of the time I get the chips and salsa. I'm sure if you eat here often enough you get better rewards. read more

Well now, this is our usual go to when the kid and his daddy is craving Chilis but tonight was a whole other experience because we decided to order some burgers instead of our usual triple dipper. And let me tell ya, what a great choice!!! The hamburger gods were surely on our side tonight because them burgers was delicious; the meat was perrrfect, well done but more like medium well because it was juicy, zero red or pink and, the hamburger it self was humongous, like seriously...HUGE!! This picture does no justice to what it actually looked like in person. In all seriousness, if you haven't tried their burgers, I do recommend the Southern Smokehouse Burger and the Boss Burger. read more

Not bad! If you check in, you get a free chips and salsa. We added guac cause who doesn't love guacamole?! It was very chunky, which I like. The chips were really salty by the way. However, our server was amazing! I can't remember his name, maybe Jason? He was a bald local looking guy. He was very attentive to our table. He let us sample the chili before bringing out a cup for us since he warned it could be salty. He was right. The chili was superrr salty. I appreciate the heads up cause we would've been very disappointed had we actually ordered it. The chips plus the chili was overkill on salt. We got a sunrise margarita and a Tito's punch to wash it down. Both were very fruity and sweet. They have a similar taste. I'd get them both again for sure! The kitchen was also VERY slow. Took over half an hour for our food to come out. They also didn't make all of our food. We got the smokehouse combo of ribs, sausage, and brisket quesadilla. They left out the sausage initially, but we got it by the end of our meal. It came with garlic toast, corn on the cob, and fries. The ribs were very tender with a great barbecue sauce on top. The other items were pretty good too, but nothing remarkable. The steak, shrimp, and chicken fajitas were also good. We got the combo of three proteins. It comes with guac, sour cream, cheese, Mexican rice, and black beans to go with your tortillas. They give four tortillas - more would've been better. You need at least 6 honestly. It was a lot of food altogether so we had plenty of leftovers. I'd come back for the service most definitely. Parking is easy in the shopping center lot. Try it out! read more
I love Chili's, I do. I love their chips and salsa, so crispy and fresh, love their margaritas, love their fajitas, pasta, burgers and country fried steak and my most favorite, their molten cake! Their emails/ rewards program is awesome. They send out frequent email deals and coupons BOGO's, $10 off $30 and free chips and salsa when dining in. Their country fried steak has been my go to lately, I used to be all about the Cajun chicken pasta then the burgers but lately I've been loving their country fried steak! So crispy and I love the gravy it comes with and the mashed potatoes. I always get the gravy on the side so it doesn't make my steak soggy (I like it crispy when it comes to the table) and I get my corn with no butter. They put a pepper seasoning on the corn which I don't mind, it gives it a kick. I do notice that sometimes it comes with garlic bread and sometimes it doesn't. So if you like the garlic bread it might be a good idea to ask or remind the waiter. I don't even know if it's apart of the meal or if it's not. read more

This is one of my regular lunch places to go to in Mililani Town Center. The food is always pretty good, and the customer service is great. We got a variety of margaritas during our lunch visit this time, and the Li Hing Mui margarita is probably my favorite. They have lunch specials during the week, which I love, because I never finish all of my food, and they have a lot of different options. This time we went for the Turkey Club sandwich and the Chicken Avocado sandwich, which both came with French fries. My club sandwich was very tasty, and they stuff it with so much turkey, so you definitely get you money's worth. The chicken avocado sandwich had a similar taste, but it came on a pretzel bun which was pretty yummy. Of course, I'll definitely be back again soon! read more
Service was pretty good, the waitress was pretty attentive. Good portions, not bad price. I have always loved the dry rub they have on the ribs, and once again it did not disappoint. Corn was a little soggy, although it did have fair amount of seasoning. May opt for different side next time, though. read more
We were in Mililani and decided to grab dinner at Chili's before heading home to Ewa. This location was crowded when we got there with live music in the lanai seating area. We were seated quickly inside since there was only 2 in our party. Our server was very attentive and kept our soft drinks filled. Our food came out quickly and tasted good! On this visit we ordered the Triple Dipper, Boss Burger, and then the chocolate chip cookie skillet for dessert. Though Chili's can get really loud inside, we were still able to carry on a conversation. read more
We returned for dinner and Chili's again they didn't fail. The service is usually great unless it's really busy. The restaurant was busy but service was still good. Our waitress was very attentive. We ordered chips and queso. We also receive salsa. I love Chili's chips very light, thin, and crispy. The salsa is good. The queso was good- warm with cheese, refried beans, and a little spicy. I ordered 1/2 rack of BBQ ribs, fries, and corn on the cob. My favorite is the street corn. The ribs was very good. Most of the ribs were soft, moist, and tasty. My bf ordered his favorite. Chicken wings and house green salad with balsamic dressing. I brought the other half of my half rack and enjoyed it for lunch. I'm sure we'll be back! read more

Chayton is a good bartender. Alexis is a wonderful host. I don't know who made my steak today at 430pm on this Tuesday May 25th but thank you to the cooks. Everything was a five star experience. Nothing was wrong. read more
I'm actually surprised that it wasn't as bad as I was expecting it to be. We were seated and able to order right away. Apparently, you get free chips and salsa or a free drink every single time you visit when you sign into your Chili's reward thing. (Idk. This was my first time to Chili's in like years, so I signed up for that thing and just found out.) The chips were fcking HUGE HUGE HUGE. I ordered the triple combo fajita, and that thing was fcking MASSIVE, too. There were literally like 10+ shrimps, a steak, and a chicken breast on the skillet with like an entire grilled onion, half a grilled bell pepper, a cup of black beans, guacamole, half a cup of cheese, sour cream, pico de gallo, 5 tortillas, and rice. I can't believe this is supposed to be for ONE person. This. Is. America! Anyway, the chicken was surprisingly tender, juicy, and flavorful. The rest of the meat was just okay. I walked out of there with more than half of my meal packed for the next day's lunch AND the server gave me a huge pillow of chips to take home. I might have to make another visit there if I'm seriously starving. Damn. read more
