Service from the beginning was not so great, but the server that served us was good. The host was pretty rude from the start, while checking in she asked if the whole party was here and I said they are in the parking lot making their way in. Then she replied, "well they need to be all in here!", as soon as she said that my whole party was outside waiting, I then told her we are all here, she looked at me rudely and said, " well you have to wait, we are still getting your table ready!!" If you're the first person the customer sees you need to work on the way you talk to them and you need to work on your attitude. Our server on the other hand was very attentive and made sure our drinks were filled. Our orders were taken in a timely matter and food came out faster than usual. Food was good and I enjoyed the rack of ribs. The ribeye steak was also good and also enjoyed the loaded potato soup (pricey for the cup of soup). All in all at the end of the night we left full and content but the experience we had from the beginning was so unpleasant.

Met up with a friend who chose this restaurant. Service and food were okay. 15 photos should be included with this review.

Experienced an issue with pick up order but, Chanel took care of it and fixed the situation. The food tasted good and was well prepared.

Came on a Thursday night and the place was packed! There were plenty of people waiting for tables, but the host told us that the wait would be about 20-25 minutes, so we decided to wait. When we got on the waitlist, it was through Yelp! I didn't realize I could've done it before we even left home! But it's okay because we only waited around 15 minutes before getting seated at the high tables. Our server, Jayson, was nice and friendly and super attentive especially for how busy it was. We got our water right away and didn't wait long for our pupus. We ordered the bottomless chips and the 8 piece wings. my husband got the Nashville hot, and I got the sweet chili. Both flavours were 10/10! I could've easily eaten a dozen myself. For our mains, my husband went with his usual Triple Dipper. His fried mozzarella didn't have that cheese pull this time, but he still loved it. I had the margarita grilled chicken with Mexican rice and subbed the beans for broccoli. I was worried the chicken would be dry, but it was actually super juicy! The broccoli was a bit softer than how I'd normally cook it. But it's okay. All in all, we had a good meal, great service, and awesome time. We'll definitely be back and next time, we're getting on that waitlist early! Also bring a sweater, it was kinda cold!

For being such a busy night, the resturant wasn't that loud. Our waiter was on point. We sat down, got our drinks and our chips. In about 15-minutes, our meals were served to us. The food was on point. We really enjoyed our meal.

I would like to provide an update since my last review. After my last review reflecting my last experience that wasn't positive, Chanel, who I believe is their public relations manager reached out to me to get more information on my experience. After our conversation, I agreed to give Chili's another chance. My family and I stopped in earlier this month after my sister's Hula performance. My experience was a lot better. Upon being seated, our waitress greeted us right away and took our drink orders. It was a busy Saturday night. She came back and took our orders. I had shared with her a card that I had created that listed my food allergies for her to share with the chef. My order came out perfectly and it was delicious! I want to thank Chanel and the staff for making my experience a lot better.

Two choice; chicken tostada and chicken quesadilla.

Also, why isn't the outside seating open?? Especially on a nice day, we gotta be able to sit outside and enjoy Hawaii weather!! Short staffed? Hire more! Part-time? Seasonal? Food: gotta bring back the free chips and salsa with a Yelp check-in!!!! The people will come!!

stopped by Chili's in Mililani Towne Center for lunch, and it was exactly the kind of experience you hope for when you revisit a place after years away. The food delivers everything you expect from Chili's -- bold flavors, comforting classics, and sauces that absolutely hit the mark. Their ranch, queso, avocado, and mozzarella sauces were all on point and really elevated everything I ordered. The menu has definitely changed since the last time I was here, but in a good way. Plenty of options, and everything felt fresh and familiar at the same time. Around 1:00 pm the restaurant was surprisingly quiet, which made for a relaxing lunch. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. A special shoutout to my server, Daphne. Even though she's still in training, she was completely on top of things -- attentive, friendly, and confident. She made the whole experience even better. Overall, a great choice for lunch and a solid reminder of why Chili's remains a go‑to spot for casual dining. Marie

Technically should be a 3.5 star review. There were 2 hosts for once and they were kind and prompt with service. Sat at the bar booth with 2 others. Bartender was friendly and prompt, service was great and the wait wasn't bad. Lost 1 star by using a plastic 8oz cup for the salsa that we ordered. Odd because that's usually a back of house or takeout thing. It's the ones we get when purchasing 1/2 lb poke. Looks like there was enough bowls another dishes to make it a little nicer. Kudos to the lady working Expo in the kitchen, she had them rolling with food coming out, even asking for runners. Timing on plates were great (for once). Lost a 1/2 star there, there was no music or TV playing, so you could hear EVERYTHING from the kitchen. Not that anything bad was heard, just customers don't want to hear someone yelling...RUNNER! Overall pretty good considering.

The new menu must have been part a f an upgrade to the service as well. The host was attentive and efficient. The wait staff made the experience like if was for football games. I don't mind paying more for good food with portions to match. I have had three excellent meals with my family and can say they are back.

Food was good, Chillis always has very generous portions sizes. We really enjoyed the honey chipotle mozzarella sticks. The shark attack margarita was great, very sweet but also huge. The restaurant itself is clean, bathrooms were clean, our daughter liked all the pretty glasses. Service was where they excelled, our server Emilio was a sweetheart. Answered all our questions and checked on us often. Left very full

The Shack - Mililani - Shack Double Cheeseburger with Portuguese sausage

The Shack - Mililani

The Shack Mililani: Still Serving Up One of My Favorite Burgers!…read more BLUF (Bottom Line Up Front): The Shack has been a favorite of mine for years, and I was happy to discover that the Mililani location is still going strong! My Shack Cheeseburger was every bit as good as I remembered, and the onion rings were fantastic. Unfortunately, my wife's Philly Cheesesteak was a greasy disappointment. Still, I'd absolutely return for that burger! The Details: Years ago, when I lived in Kailua, I used to walk over to The Shack fairly often to grab a good burger and a couple of cold beers. It was one of those neighborhood hangouts I really enjoyed, so I was disappointed to learn that the Kailua location had closed, along with the other Oahu locations. Thankfully, The Shack in Mililani is still around! The place has that familiar, laid-back island sports bar atmosphere. Lots of wood, a little tiki influence, TVs showing sports, and a casual, open-air setting. There's a small bar inside, but we chose to sit along the exterior where we could enjoy the island breeze. Much more my style! Service was friendly and they stopped by often to refill drinks and check to see if we needed anything. Naturally, I ordered my longtime favorite, the Shack Cheeseburger ($13.99). If you've never had one, imagine a big, juicy cheeseburger with all the fixings, topped with a split Portuguese sausage! Yes, a cheeseburger AND Portuguese sausage together! It might sound a little unusual, but trust me, it works! The smoky, slightly spicy sausage adds something special to an already delicious burger. I absolutely loved it, just as I remembered! We also shared an order of onion rings ($9.95), which were fantastic! Beautifully golden, crispy, and exactly what I want when ordering onion rings. I'd happily order those again, too. Unfortunately, my wife's Philly Cheesesteak ($13.99) was another story. Reading the menu description, it sounded wonderful. Grilled ribeye, sautéed mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, and melted cheese on a French roll. What's not to like? Well, unfortunately, the grease...!The meat and vegetables were so oily that she could barely eat her sandwich, and what little she did eat ended up upsetting her stomach. That's a real shame because it certainly looked promising when it arrived. So, we had two very different dining experiences at the same table. I thoroughly enjoyed my burger and onion rings, while my wife was understandably disappointed with her meal. Final Thoughts: Despite the disappointing Philly Cheesesteak, I'm giving The Shack four stars because my meal was excellent, and I still love the relaxed atmosphere. Would I come back? Absolutely! In fact, I'd make a special trip to Mililani just to enjoy another Shack Cheeseburger! If you're in Mililani Town and craving a good burger, give The Shack a try. And if you're feeling adventurous, get the one with the Portuguese sausage! Some things are just too good to forget, even after all these years! Aloha!

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this restaurant based on our experience…read more Service was extremely slow despite the restaurant not being very busy. We were never offered refills, and there were long periods when we didn't see our server. The food was okay overall; the jumbo buffalo wings were probably the highlight. The atmosphere initially seemed nice, but there was a strong unpleasant smell in certain areas that smelled like something rotten. More concerning, while sitting at our table, I personally saw what appeared to be mice repeatedly popping their heads out from an opening in the floor near the wooden post next to us. I took photos of the area immediately afterward and have included them with this review. Between the smell and seeing that while eating, it raised serious cleanliness concerns for me. What also bothered me was the way the credit-card charge and suggested gratuity were presented. The restaurant clearly discloses a 3.99% processing fee for credit-card transactions, so the surcharge itself wasn't a surprise. My issue is what happens afterward. As my receipt shows, our food subtotal was $59.95. After $3.00 in tax, the bill was $62.95, and a 3.99% credit-card processing fee was then added. The credit-card receipt shows a base amount of $65.47. It then suggests tips of $9.82 (15%), $11.78 (18%), $13.09 (20%), and $16.36 (25%). Those percentages are calculated from the entire $65.47 credit-card charge--meaning the suggested gratuity includes both the tax and the credit-card processing fee. What's especially strange is that the restaurant's itemized receipt calculates its suggested tips from the original $59.95 food subtotal, while the credit-card receipt calculates them from the higher $65.47 amount. I've included a photo of both receipts so customers can see the difference for themselves. I understand businesses may choose to pass credit-card processing costs on to customers when they're properly disclosed. However, I don't think customers should then be prompted to tip on the processing fee itself. A gratuity should be based on the food and service--not a fee charged for the method of payment. Overall, the slow service, no refills, unpleasant smell, seeing what appeared to be mice coming out from the floor near our table, and the way the credit-card tip suggestions are calculated made this a disappointing experience. I would not return.

You're overlooking the water and swans, and when the weather is nice, I imagine it is SUPER nice. It was drizzling when I was there, but it still felt good to be outside since it wasn't raining too hard. They have TVs and a pool table, and I saw some SERIOUS pool players when I was there, so that was a vibe too. The food is really good. The wings?? High, high, hiiiiigh. I don't know if chicken is imported to the island or what, but the price is CRAZY high.... I had the buffalo chicken wrap and it was actually really good, BUT that wrap was so small. Of course they cut it in half, but each half was tiny. There's no way that was even a full 6-inch wrap before they cut it. Still stuffed and flavorful, just disappointing on the portion size. The French fries though? Really really good. I had them with my wrap and I enjoyed them a lot. Didn't get a pickle though, and I didn't even realize it was supposed to come with one until I came back the next day... I wish I had gotten that. The bartender was nice--it was a guy. Not super friendly, but cool enough. Now the bathroom... ATROCIOUS. I hated it. Didn't even want to touch anything. Yikes. But other than that, I do like the place!
