Service from the beginning was not so great, but the server that served us was good. The host was pretty rude from the start, while checking in she asked if the whole party was here and I said they are in the parking lot making their way in. Then she replied, "well they need to be all in here!", as soon as she said that my whole party was outside waiting, I then told her we are all here, she looked at me rudely and said, " well you have to wait, we are still getting your table ready!!" If you're the first person the customer sees you need to work on the way you talk to them and you need to work on your attitude. Our server on the other hand was very attentive and made sure our drinks were filled. Our orders were taken in a timely matter and food came out faster than usual. Food was good and I enjoyed the rack of ribs. The ribeye steak was also good and also enjoyed the loaded potato soup (pricey for the cup of soup). All in all at the end of the night we left full and content but the experience we had from the beginning was so unpleasant.

Met up with a friend who chose this restaurant. Service and food were okay. 15 photos should be included with this review.

Experienced an issue with pick up order but, Chanel took care of it and fixed the situation. The food tasted good and was well prepared.

Came on a Thursday night and the place was packed! There were plenty of people waiting for tables, but the host told us that the wait would be about 20-25 minutes, so we decided to wait. When we got on the waitlist, it was through Yelp! I didn't realize I could've done it before we even left home! But it's okay because we only waited around 15 minutes before getting seated at the high tables. Our server, Jayson, was nice and friendly and super attentive especially for how busy it was. We got our water right away and didn't wait long for our pupus. We ordered the bottomless chips and the 8 piece wings. my husband got the Nashville hot, and I got the sweet chili. Both flavours were 10/10! I could've easily eaten a dozen myself. For our mains, my husband went with his usual Triple Dipper. His fried mozzarella didn't have that cheese pull this time, but he still loved it. I had the margarita grilled chicken with Mexican rice and subbed the beans for broccoli. I was worried the chicken would be dry, but it was actually super juicy! The broccoli was a bit softer than how I'd normally cook it. But it's okay. All in all, we had a good meal, great service, and awesome time. We'll definitely be back and next time, we're getting on that waitlist early! Also bring a sweater, it was kinda cold!

For being such a busy night, the resturant wasn't that loud. Our waiter was on point. We sat down, got our drinks and our chips. In about 15-minutes, our meals were served to us. The food was on point. We really enjoyed our meal.

I would like to provide an update since my last review. After my last review reflecting my last experience that wasn't positive, Chanel, who I believe is their public relations manager reached out to me to get more information on my experience. After our conversation, I agreed to give Chili's another chance. My family and I stopped in earlier this month after my sister's Hula performance. My experience was a lot better. Upon being seated, our waitress greeted us right away and took our drink orders. It was a busy Saturday night. She came back and took our orders. I had shared with her a card that I had created that listed my food allergies for her to share with the chef. My order came out perfectly and it was delicious! I want to thank Chanel and the staff for making my experience a lot better.

Two choice; chicken tostada and chicken quesadilla.

Also, why isn't the outside seating open?? Especially on a nice day, we gotta be able to sit outside and enjoy Hawaii weather!! Short staffed? Hire more! Part-time? Seasonal? Food: gotta bring back the free chips and salsa with a Yelp check-in!!!! The people will come!!

stopped by Chili's in Mililani Towne Center for lunch, and it was exactly the kind of experience you hope for when you revisit a place after years away. The food delivers everything you expect from Chili's -- bold flavors, comforting classics, and sauces that absolutely hit the mark. Their ranch, queso, avocado, and mozzarella sauces were all on point and really elevated everything I ordered. The menu has definitely changed since the last time I was here, but in a good way. Plenty of options, and everything felt fresh and familiar at the same time. Around 1:00 pm the restaurant was surprisingly quiet, which made for a relaxing lunch. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. A special shoutout to my server, Daphne. Even though she's still in training, she was completely on top of things -- attentive, friendly, and confident. She made the whole experience even better. Overall, a great choice for lunch and a solid reminder of why Chili's remains a go‑to spot for casual dining. Marie

Chips and Salsa, Hatch Queso didn't come out yet. Poke containers for salsa?

Technically should be a 3.5 star review. There were 2 hosts for once and they were kind and prompt with service. Sat at the bar booth with 2 others. Bartender was friendly and prompt, service was great and the wait wasn't bad. Lost 1 star by using a plastic 8oz cup for the salsa that we ordered. Odd because that's usually a back of house or takeout thing. It's the ones we get when purchasing 1/2 lb poke. Looks like there was enough bowls another dishes to make it a little nicer. Kudos to the lady working Expo in the kitchen, she had them rolling with food coming out, even asking for runners. Timing on plates were great (for once). Lost a 1/2 star there, there was no music or TV playing, so you could hear EVERYTHING from the kitchen. Not that anything bad was heard, just customers don't want to hear someone yelling...RUNNER! Overall pretty good considering.

The new menu must have been part a f an upgrade to the service as well. The host was attentive and efficient. The wait staff made the experience like if was for football games. I don't mind paying more for good food with portions to match. I have had three excellent meals with my family and can say they are back.

Shark attack margarita

Food was good, Chillis always has very generous portions sizes. We really enjoyed the honey chipotle mozzarella sticks. The shark attack margarita was great, very sweet but also huge. The restaurant itself is clean, bathrooms were clean, our daughter liked all the pretty glasses. Service was where they excelled, our server Emilio was a sweetheart. Answered all our questions and checked on us often. Left very full

Love the vibe, traditional, colorful decor, music that transcends in time to various areas of Mexico travels. Six tables of four for dine in. Free to sit anywhere with open seating. Max seating capacity fits 24 people. Tapatio sauce, black pepper, and salt available. Complimentary, on the house, first round of free, semi hot to warm, fresh, homemade tortilla chips and salsa. Deliciosa! One of the best I've consumed in a long time. If you desire more fresh chips and homemade salsa, must pay for second and consecutive orders. I chose one of their star entrees, Chimichangas, with choice of either ground beef, shredded beef, pork, or steak. My entire entree from rice, beans, shredded beef chimichangas remained heat hot from start to end. Beans, veggies and rice complemented the chimichangas. Loved the tender shredded beef with oozing of melted Mexican style shredded cheese plus crispy. Worth the price, quantity and dining experience. Muy deliciosa! There's a one person restroom available with a working toilet, sink to wash hands, and soap. There were people choosing to dine in by twos along with single called in advance, to go orders. Free parking options: Mini parking lot fits six vehicles, street parking from north to south direction on Kamehameha Hwy, or across the street in a larger lot. Definitely worth visiting.

That aside today- Checked In & advised at least 1/2 the party was just in the parking lot. Was told by front hostess that we just had to have at least 1/2 there to be seated since the tables are ready. Great! So the 1/2 party gets inside within 5 mins. But we were told just gotta wait for the waitress bc she's helping another table. Okay fine. Several grps come, check in, get seated all before us. While we can see the front hostess & other employees take other grps to their seats. Front hostess even asked a door greeter if they wanted to seat us, while we can hear within earshot distance, & she said no. We ended up waiting about 15-20 mins, I'd say. They did apologize for the wait but it was miscommunication from the front hostess. All that aside.. Service itself didn't make sense. 1 main waitress for such a large grp besides other servers only bringing out food (not helping with refills) doesn't make sense. & I didn't hear until after the dinner ended about how food took long for 1 of the keiki meals (this was after Apps, Drinks, Mains And Desserts served in intervals), it was communicated to the main waitress to just cancel the food, she said "Okay she'll take it off" but she didn't and by the time we noticed- bill was already paid. The other issue was that it was clear she knew our food would be delivered cold bc of how quick she was giving takeout boxes, containers and how many times she came by for the check. She also made some side comments but really- we called since yesterday & some guy took my info down but the restaurant mgmt didn't think to make sure at least 2 ppl had teamed up for the grp? We were there for about 3hrs roughly & got 1 refill round for soda & water. My sister said she ended up with some stale fries & cold burgers right as it came, but they couldn't get the main waitress' attention. We tried to avoid making multiple checks, but looks like we will have to do that next time. We'll just ask to have smaller grps in same area.

I'll be honest and say that I'm not well versed in the names of Mexican food, but anytime I try something, I usually love it. The food here was great! Tasty and filling, which makes sense because the owner of Barrio is also the same owner of our favorite Mexican place, El Palenque! I would say that the food here is a more refined and cultivated style of Mexican food. Definitely need both restaurants to stay for a long time though because I need to have both experiences in my life. Now I need to say that if you visit, it is a MUST to order their Churro French Toast. I'm not exaggerating when I say that it is the absolute best French toast I've ever had in my life. It was HUGE especially for the price it is. I thought it would be small and ordered a burrito, but I was wrong. I couldn't even touch my burrito afterwards. The rice here is THE BEST. I've never had Mexican rice that had soooo much flavor and has the perfect, non-mushy texture. I would be happy just eating this rice for an entire meal. The place is pretty small, but big enough for a sit down meal. It was really cute and unique with the story of the founder/head chef on the back of the menu, the clay pots behind the counter, and all of the unique colorful decorations everywhere. I've never been to Mexico, but I felt like I could actually experience what it would be like in this restaurant. I really liked that most of our food came out in plates/wraps that we could take-out just in case we didn't finish our food. Although, I might be alone in that thought, as some people like to have their meals at sit-down-restaurants on plates. Okay, so the minor downsides; the water cups were in those tiny cups that you use to swish out the paste from your mouth at the dentist's. It's been a really hot summer and I felt bad when the server would keep filling up our 1-sip-cups. We eventually kept getting up to refill them ourselves since there was a water dispenser on the counter. But I really don't think it's fun to keep standing up during a meal. Maybe it's part of the theme? The one food item I didn't care for was the Steak & Eggs made into a burrito. I felt like it was more like a bean and eggs burrito. It didn't feel balanced to me and it felt like it was missing something to really give it that mmm taste. The last thing was that it was kind of confusing how we would pay. I'm so used to getting a check at the table or the server alerting us that we need to pay at the register. I don't mind either, but we kind of just sat there a little confused until we asked how to pay. That's super minor though, and could just be because our server was busy. I get it, I'm not that much of a stickler.
