30 min drive thru line.. still waiting. Is this the normal wait time for this location these days??! How many people are even working right now? This wait is RIDICULOUS. Never coming back! read more

Long wait time. They do not prioritize based on when your order was ordered. There was a doordash order that needed to be picked up by 6:39, it is now 7:39. An entire hour because they prioritized a "big order." read more

Manager was rude. Some old guy. Ordered on app and they seem to not make the order until you get there. Doesn't make sense cause you can just go there and order it and it's faster. Weird way to do it. McDonald's orders on app are made as if you were in line when u make the order on the app not Taco Bell. Never using the app for Taco Bell again. Dumb read more

Went to the drive-thru. There was a staff member outside before the speaker taking orders. I told him the meal number. He asked how many sauces and my initials for the order. I told him 5 diablo packets and my initials. I pull up to the window. The lady there started handing me a fork and napkins (which I didn't think much of until after the fact) she then pulled it out of my hand and asked me if I was (insert MY initials)... I told her yes and then she proceeded to put the fork and napkins in the bag. Fast forward to me driving away. I check the bag and it was the wrong order. I was too far away to turn back and I didn't mind since the order I had equaled the price I paid anyway. BUT TO EMPHASIZE: the lady asked me for my initials AND gave me the order in confidence... plus, she never give any sauce. So... moral of the story: double-check your order before driving away from the window or go to another Taco Bell. read more

Soooooooo, I thought the reason for ordering online was for convenience. DEFINITELY NOT when it comes to Taco Bell. We ordered online on the way there, maybe 10 min out. We choose drive-thru for pick up but when we got there the drive-thru was ridiculous so I decided to go inside to tell them I was there. I waited for an HOUR for my food. I sat inside the restaurant watching the drive-thru clear out, several times!! WTF!??!? I had asked the cashier couple times about my order and all her answer was is that the orders go in as they come in...like huh?!?!?! I just saw cars drive in and drive out and I had customers order as walk-ins get their food before me. Lesson learned: for Twco Bell, don't order on the app and just drive through. Taco Bell - Their new cheese fries with steak. Very disappointing. - Fast Food Near Me - Mililani, Hawaii

TL;DR - Unbelievably Slow Service - Never Again I am honestly shocked by how poorly this location handles orders. I placed a simple mobile order for two 5-piece chicken nuggets, expecting a quick pickup. Instead, I waited nearly an HOUR inside (granted, the AC felt wonderful). Even after asking about my order at the counter, I was told to wait (this took another 10 minutes). The staff seemed completely overwhelmed and just kept staring at the screen, processing orders in the exact order received, regardless of how long people had been waiting. There was no sense of urgency. It's unacceptable to wait this long for such a basic order, especially when you've already paid through the app. I would have asked for a refund, but I doubt the staff would have been able to help since it was through the app. Bottom line: this Taco Bell cannot handle even moderate customer volume and has no system in place to prioritize orders or resolve issues. I won't be returning, and I suggest you save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere. read more

I can't believe how expensive Taco Bell is now and how small the burritos are. Over $10 for a chicken soft taco supreme and a Burrito supreme which was about the size of a grocery store frozen burrito. Literally half the size the burrito supreme used to be. This is my go to Taco Bell since it's in my community. Today, I experienced the most rude worker taking my order at the drive thru. It's never in my nature to complain but when I got to the window I told the worker that who ever was taking the order was extremely rude. Short, abrasive and impatient. Didn't even ask if I wanted sauce. Got home and my burrito was burned. Good one. Please don't work in customer service if you can't stand people! read more

If you like stale taco shells this is the place to go. Otherwise avoid it completely. I asked to have them add pico and beef to a cheesy rollup and we said it (to confirm) three separate times and yet, the dipstick order taker only added beef, no pico. Taco Bell's in Wahiawa and Laie are sooooooo much better. Won't be going back to this location. So sad. Such simple things and it's just that management is complete ignoranus'. read more

Today the food was really oily. My husband's taco was dripping oil. My Mexican pizza had mostly beans and little meat and was oily too. Also they need to put shades on the windows. I came to Taco Bell today for lunch. I usually either from the app or the kiosk. I had decided to order from the kiosk, but upon me entering, there was a sign stating that the kiosk was down. It was refreshing to order from the person at the register. She was friendly and truly gave service with a smile. I wish I could remember her name. I did not have to wait long for my food. It was warm and you could tell that it was made to order. I really enjoyed my meal. The store was clean, and there was plenty of seating available. I will definitely be back! read more

I have been loving the new Chicken Cantina menu, and always get the Crispy Chicken Cantina tacos. But today, I am very disappointed in the food I received. As you can see, there's barely any chicken in the taco and there's no cheese on the outside of the taco shell either. They also forgot to give me my avocado verde sauce (which I think is so yummy!). I was told that everything was in my order, so when I hear that, I'm thinking I don't need to hold up the line to double check. But I was missing food from my order as well. I usually don't have any complaints. But today, my taco was disappointing and I was annoyed that I paid for food that I never received. Needless to say, I'll be checking my order from now on. And maybe I won't be ordering these tacos again, which is a bummer because I like 'em... read more

Today's visit actually wasn't bad, it went well the cashier was really nice. We ordered on the kiosk and it was simple and convenient. Tried the Caliente cantina chicken nacho fries. That wasn't for me, it's not that I didn't like it, it just was a lot and different for me. I rather just have regular nacho fries. It's a bed of fries, chicken, fiesta strips different sauces and cheese. I think I would've enjoyed it better if it was separate from each other lol. But other than that the rest of our food was good and we'll always be back read more

Five stars to the manager for her service! I ordered a burrito thru their app; and chose to pick it up in the store. But when I got their, the door was locked with a sign that indicated drive thru only due to staffing shortage. There was a looong line for the drive thru & there was no way I was going thru that line. I thought about just going up to the drive thru window in between cars, but called them instead first. She told me to park in front of the store & she would meet me at the front door. Awesome service! read more

This review is about a month overdue, but I wanted to acknowledge the very kind service I received from ALTON and MARY (I hope I spelled their name correctly). Usually, the workers at this Taco Bell are mediocre, but my last visit in the drive-thru was a pleasant one because Alton and Mary displayed such great customer service skills and manners. I hope corporate reads this review and gives them a raise. They truly deserve it because I was actually going to give a bad review of this Taco Bell sometime ago, but because of my most recent visit and coming across the 2 workers that I mentioned, I gave this place 5 stars. read more

Breakfast is served until 11a. My hubby rushed there by 10:45 and got in the drive-thru to order. They told him they were out of eggs and that breakfast is over. He replied breakfast ends at 11a and they just didn't respond. He ended up driving through the drive thru ha ha. A few weeks ago they had my fave item back on the menu - the double decker taco supreme. I ordered it and they gave it to me with meat and beans on the outside of the hard shell in between the flour tortilla! It's supposed to only have beans. The sour cream and tomatoes were missing too. I had to park and go back in for the order to be fixed. Two stars though bc the staff is friendly. read more

Ordered our food through their mobile app. Drove over there to pick it up. I was pleasantly surprised to see that our food was ready so I took the bag and went home. When I got home, one of the items was missing. I drive back and go in the drive through. The girl taking the order was alright and the girl who gave me the burrito apologized and it seemed genuine. As my daughter is eating her food, she notices that it is missing the potatoes that she ordered and paid for. So, not only do they forget to put items in the bag, they forget to put special add ons in their food. I guess when I go there, I have to check the bag for the correct items but also ask them if they put the add ons in it. I mean, how hard is it to get it right? Gotta hire better workers but I guess it's hard to find any workers so this is the service that the consumers are stuck with. read more

Do not go here. They focus on drive through only and treat dine in customers like dogs. Waited 15 minutes today for 3 tacos after watching 10 cars drive past me in the drive through. Let's catch up on some long overdue reviews while we're quarantined shall we. Taco Bell was included in my weekly routine. Sometimes I would come 3 times a week! That's just how much I craved a bean burrito no onions dipped in a side of nacho cheese sauce, mild sauce, and breadsticks. Now, it's super inconvenient to go to Pizza Hut to complete my cravings. I'd say 94% of the time they get my order correct, bean burrito HOLD the onions. Nada no a'ole onions, yuck! However occasionally I'd be surprised when chomping into my burrito and chewing a chunk of mixed beans and onions. What if I was allergic! I never had the courage to call and complain so I'd tediously open my burrito and pick out every single onion..... Total waste of my time during my lunch break. Most of the time my burrito would be wrapped well with nothing oozing out the bottom. I never like to eat indoors, so drive thru is my way too go. But when the line wraps around and blocks others, I'll walk in and order.. Cashiers are usually friendly or meh, but nothing to complain about. Keep up the good work, essential workers! We need you and our TB fix! read more

Taco Bell - Yummy summah time refresher: Watermelon freeze & the seeds are candy! - Fast Food Near Me - Mililani, Hawaii

Parking spaces were full so slipped into the drive through line. Decided to live it up and instead of a fiesta salad chose a Number 6 combo: 2 chicken chalupas, 1 beef taco and a drink. The voice over the ordering speaker was so pleasant sounding. When I got to the window I was cheerily greeted so I asked the woman if she took my order. She pointed to the younger lady to the right and back of her. I said she had a sweet voice so she repeats it to the order taker who smiled. The first woman says to me, I have a sweet voice too. I reply, Yes you do. We both giggle. We wished each other a good day. The chalupas tasted delicious. The outer breadish layer seemed extra good but I noticed my fingers were quite greasy when I held it. Couldn't eat the taco so gave it to hubs. My pup enjoyed the shredded cheese topping. read more

I came in around 10:20 I was ordering my food, he had a very rude attitude for some reason, while he was handing out food he was harsh with the bag. This Taco Bell sucks. Everything is so overpriced, skimpy and usually made wrong. Taco Bell items in Hawaii are nearly double in price compared to California. I remember the burrito Supreme used to be huge, nearly as big as my forearm, and stuffed full. Now it's about 1/3 it's size and more than double the price. The $5 box deals on the mainland are nearly $10 here. We got this tiny $8.59 Kahlua pork nachos bell grande that was only about 12-15 chips, about 2 tablespoons of pork, barely any cheese or sour creme and no refried beans. Also, the underneath layer was bare. What a ripoff for nearly $9 (7-11 nachos are only about $3 and you get way more). When I tried to call a manager, no one answers the phone. read more

Don't you dare tell me that Taco Bell isn't authenico lmao. Ok, I know, but really... I'm Asian, why can't I love fake Mexican food? When it comes to Taco Bell, I love everything. The new stuff, the old stuff, the new new stuff, and even the stuff that hasn't come out yet... I'll love that too. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner, I could get anything from Taco Bell and be satisfied. Located in the Mililani Town Center right near the entrance across the library, there's a drive through for convenience. And lots of parking right in front, well if you cross the street... there's a bathroom inside and lots of seating. I believe they're open pretty late too for those late night snack attacks. The staff is, meh. Ok well just a couple of the employees are kinda "durr" but besides that, I still get my foods (had a couple of awkward visits) lol. I just like the fact that most items are like finger foods or hand held types, and very affordable. They also have sweets, and cool seasonal slushies. If anyone knows me, you'll know I always want to love Mexican food but I never do. Something about flour/corn tortilla, with corn, plus rice, and beans, and cheese just makes you wanna explode. I mean seriously how much starches and extras can you fit into ones belly? But good ol Taco bell isn't like the other guys. Here you're good with taco shell and meats! Lol. I don't get it. They put a person to take orders in the beginning of the drive thru and the traffic just gets worse getting into the shopping center. Why do they do that? Some of the workers need to be trained better on customer service. Once I tried to order some Nacho fries & they were out.. He let me know they were out but was very robotic. I laughed and he just stared at me with a blank expression & no mask lol super awkward. I've been there more than once & it's the same worker.. I tried to give them benefit of the doubt since they're young & learning. But they forgot my sauce & got my order wrong more than once. You got me wasting gas for some hot sauce. lol The worker was also coughing with no mask when giving me back my money. & one time they put a big pack of Hiring flyers in my order's bag.
