The two ontama (soft-boiled) eggs on top were the perfect addition--their creamy yolks mixed beautifully with the beef and rice, creating a rich, luscious sauce for the entire bowl. I went on a Monday before the lunch crowd. My goal was to pick up my Instagram prize. There wasn't much traffic! The parking lot was spacious! The outside had some construction going on.
