The super greens didn't have the sauce that they are supposed to have. Really bland dinner.

Good, deep flavor with a touch of garlic taste. Portion was fair. I also got to try the crispy gau gee, which I don't usually eat. The one from this restaurant impressed me though. Not the size, but it wasn't oily and the crunch was light and crispy. I'd definitely order the crispy gau gee again. Everyone liked it too. All in all, Grand Chinese Restaurant was a good choice for Chinese food.

Sometimes there's no taste, sometimes it's a surprise dish, receiving a different dish from what you ordered. Yes, the cashier points at different boxes and reads off the receipt, but they have no clue what is inside. Speaking of the cashier, there is a young Chinese girl with tattoos on her arm, who must think she's doing me a favor ordering food from there. She never smiles and is definitely not a people-person. And heaven forbid that you ask for chopsticks and an extra watered-down hot mustard. I spend at least $120 per order and the look she gives you, I feel like slapping it to knock some sense into her! Their business depends on us customers!

My family was in the area to shop over at Crafts Way and I found Fooki on Yelp as a nearby food option. It had something for everyone in our group of seven: 2 vegetarians, 1 vegan and 4 meat eaters. The service was very friendly and the server was incredibly knowledgable about their menu and how what made some of their dishes stand out from what's expected. First, the price was pretty high compared to the amount of food they served and the flavor of their menu. The pork rice bowl had way too much rice compared to the pork, and I think I only had half of the rice to eat with the pork on top. All the foods we ordered wasn't very flavorful either and they charged 3% for credit cards. The economy is tough right now so that may explain the card charge and the portion size but I don't think I'll be going to this place again. It was good to try but wasn't impressionable!

All of the tables and chairs are clean ,bright and inviting ! I ordered simple and conservative just to taste the new beginning. There's a lot of parking in front or just down the slight hill which opens to a bigger parking lot. The dining room looked brightly lit, clean and inviting. No other customers were there & the rest of our party didn't come yet either. Our table could seat possibly 8 people but there was only 6 of us so we removed some of the chairs so everyone could sit comfortably. We ordered the following: * Char sui fried rice - nice taste with the char sui mixed within the fried rice. * Peppered beef w veggies - good taste, the veggies consisted of bell peppers and onions. * Walnut shrimp - nice shrimp pieces fully covered w the cream/sauce served w walnuts on the side. Nothing fancy; tasted like others that I've tasted before. * Oyster sauce chicken over cake noodles - wish there was better chicken pieces and more sauce for the cake noodles. I had to scrape up whatever sauce was on the serving dish to top off the cake noodles. * Pork chops - this was one of my favorites as it was cooked perfectly and tasted great. There was this green onion & jalapeño mix on it but I don't like spicy so I stayed away from the jalapeños. Crispy gau gee - it was small and it tasted ok. Have seen bigger, filled gau gee. Service - the ladies came around frequently to refill our water glasses. We were given take out boxes to bring home the leftovers. Their sweet and sour sauce was good. I spooned that over everything. Prices - seemed reasonable enough Would we return? Maybe but if we really wanted to eat Chinese food, we probably would go somewhere else. Would we recommend this place? Sure, as everyone has their own taste. I understand this is the 3rd owner and I wouldn't want them to close up because of my review. You'll just have to go & try it...select what you like to eat and see for yourself. This review is just my own opinion. Good luck to Golden Wheel.

Wong Kung Chinese restaurant it was for the lunch plate that had almost everything that I thought I love in Chinese food! So I go there and order that and another favorite egg foo young! Food comes out and I notice the color on the Kau yuk didn't look correct color or smell like Kau yuk. I was like ok! Maybe it's fresh! I take a bite of the kau yuk which, I know and love, and I spit it back out. No joke. I don't know how to explain it. But it tasted like bad (spoiled) meat in some kind of red sauce! The Usual kau yuk flavor was not there and definitely not tender. Not this one! It was like old meat that tasted somewhat rotten! I picked up every meat and smelt it and stupidly even bit it! Wong Kung Chinese Restaurant is located in a small strip mall a few doors down from the FAMOUS Elena's Filipino Foods restaurant. Wong Kung Chinese Restaurant looks a bit dated, but since I'm a fan of old skool eateries, I figured I'd give a try. Upon looking over the menu, I decided to order the "Menu for Five" which the price was listed at $99.99, and the following items were on this menu - 1. Scallop Soup 2. Mix Seafood with Vegetables 3. Fried Fish Cube 4. Char Siu Fried Rice 5. Roast Duck (1/2 order) 6. Sweet Sour Spareribs 7. Beef Broccoli 8. Sam See Mein What can I say about the grub??? Overall, most of the food items were pretty good, with the exception of the Scallop Soup which my dad & I found to be a wee bit too salty. I also found that the Roast Duck appeared to be kinda dried out. As for the rest of the menu items, it was pretty good! Some of the outstanding items were the Fried Fish Cubes, as it was nicely deep fried & although a dipping sauce was given, it was not necessarily needed. The stir-fried items like the Seafood w/Vegetables and Beef Broccoli are hard to mess up, and those dishes were good. The Sam See Mein was also delicious, and I would easily come back here for their noodles. Service here was on point, fast friendly service. When I paid for the meal, I'm not sure if they automatically added on the tip? The bill came out to $119.70 (not including tax) when on the menu, it said $99.99. To top it off, there was another 3% charge if you pay via credit card. I think the business needs to update the menu, if you're not going to stick to the prices as listed on the menu.
