The only thing I don't like about this place is sometimes the service isn't really friendly or attentive to the costumers. This review covers two separate times I've visited this location. First visit, I waited for 30-45 minutes for 3 orders. When I asked about my order, they said someone already took it. They ran out to chase the costumer that had already opened and started eating some of my order. So I had to wait for another 20 minutes until my order was ready. Second visit I ordered a flaming potato with half cheese and half hot dog. When it came to the hot dog part, something tasted spoiled or rotten and I assumed it was a rotten potato. Had my husband try a brown piece of potato and was fine. Then realized it must be the hot dog. Tried the hot dog by itself and had to spit it out. I ordered the fried potato and the Flaming Cheetah. It takes a little bit to cook the food but it comes out crispy and fresh. The outer layers give it a unique flavor and the hotdog inside is juicy. Overall a nice quick bit stop at the outlet mall. Can be a little messy, but messy is ok when it's some tasty food. read more

Korean Corndogs are my absolute favorite now! I am huge fan of these gourmet hotdogs. In all honesty, I have an obsessive personality and have fallen in love with their "Flaming Cheetah". It's absolutely delicious. I prefer to order it with full Mozzarella cheese and it turns out extremely delicious. You can find their location on the northern, middle strip in the Waikele Premium Outlets. They share a building with Dippin' Dots. They have a shaded seating area filled with tables and chairs for you to sit-down and enjoy. Want to keep the action going? The corndogs come with a stick and container where you can place your food while you walk and shop. The staff was fairly young, but direct. They wear face masks and use a clear, plastic sheet to separate you from their staff. It's "COVID" friendly, but does make it difficult to hear and speak. If you are visiting from the mainland USA - I highly encourage to give these a try. It's definitely worth it. read more

Considering that I've been a hot dog for Halloween for the past 5 years, I thought it was only fitting to try one of these new corn dog places & found in waikele at the outlet mall. You can choose if you want hot dog or cheese on the inside, or half/half! & you get to pick mozzarella or cheddar. & then you pick what you want on the outside: fried potato, sweet potato, fruity pebbles, hot cheetos + spicy mayo, spaghetti sauce...& there's even a caramel one with puff cereal on the outside! I got the half mozz half hot dog one with potato on the outside & they dust some sugar over it. Also got to choose a dipping sauce so I got the sweet chili! I asked a guy at the chocolate shop what his fave is and he said to get the spaghetti one with the sauce on the side so that's the one with Parmesan cheese on it. Myungrang, Holy Cow, Mr Cow whatever this franchise is called, changed their name so often like pick a name and stick with it. I feel like the quality and consistency and gone down since opening. This place is related to the same one in Pearl ridge and Ewa Beach right? so why isn't it just consistent with its recipe or however they make their dogs. The flaming cheetah or the spicy dog from what i remembered used to be the most delicious Korean corn dog i've ever had in my life, they used to put so much effort with the sauce and the cheeto dust but now it's just little to no sauce and just straight cheeto dust that immediately falls off. Comparing my two photos of the spicy cheeto hot dog, there's a huge difference with look and flavor. However they make it now is just not worth the money and taste. Taste has gone down, quality has gone down, nothing is consistent. Also the size of it is skinnier than what it used to be. I remember eating the corn dog back then and it was so thick i had to open my mouth wide for it, now it's just like less. Because of her, we frequent the Holy Cow Hot Dog in the Ala Moana food court, so she decided to see if this particular franchise was worth a peek. Located next to Dippin' Dots in the courtyard fronting Coach Men's Factory, it's a tiny spot just to order and take out. However, there are seats outside and available on a first come first serve basis. Same concept as any other store: chewy corndogs filled with your option of choice. Selected the Yam Yam. A conventional corndog wrapped with bite size sweet potato fries. Then of course, we went with mozzarella for the "cheese pull"! Also, if you can't choose between cheese or the typical hot dog center, you can do both. Half and half. Additionally, we ordered a Fruity Pop, which is wrapped with crunchy fruity rice puffs. I always wondered what Mr Cow was, what it served, even looking at the pictures on the window, so I finally had some time to go check it out, as soon as they opened up. It's probably the best time to go because I do see lines here sometimes. I got the Flaming Cheetos flavored (hotdog/cheese) combination. Sadly, the hot dog was just a very small piece. The good thing is it tasted really good just with the mozzarella cheese too! The spicy Mayo and the flaming Cheetos had a nice spicy flavor. They make your food to order so you have to wait. Went here yesterday with my family and I actually have not had Mr Cow before the kids have. They ordered the original, the flaming cheetah recently I decided to cut down on red meat so I ordered the Flaming Cheetah Potato with mozzarella instead of a hotdog which is a great option on the menu if you don't eat hotdogs/ meat it is an extra $1 charge for just a mozzarella filling instead. We all enjoyed it. They were packed with flaming dust. The spice worked really well it wasn't over powering. My 10 yr old who is a picky eater liked his and wanted another can't really go wrong with a good corn dog. The staff in front was nice there wasn't a long wait time and they also have a bunch of sauces you can put in little to go containers. Ketchup, Mustard, Honey Mustard, Sweet chili sauce, Spicy mayo I believe. They also have sweet options we didn't get any of those but who knows maybe next time we will. read more

I did not want to make a malicious review but this place is gone wrong since the company has been sued by the original company due to copying the concept and all their menus. This location specifically, the employees are not trained properly making the food (see the picture). When in food business, I look for 3 things for me to go back to the restaurant. 1. This review in general is about the Waikele Outlets location. The store is clean and brightly colored. The hot dogs are so so delicious. My recommendation is the one cover in potato squares. Really ono. Substituting the cheese for hot dogs is yummy too. I have no true complaints but I do wish they opened earlier on the weekends particularly Sunday. I realize however we are coming out of a pandemic where staffing and customers may be short. That's my only suggestion. Longer hours. read more
