Anyways, I like this location a lot more than the Kapolei location because it's bigger and it's not white light reflecting off white light, much easier on the eyes. I took off two stars because I ordered the same grilled cheese that I did the day before, had a great experience and it was night and day this time around. The one I had in Kapolei was able to melt the cheese, but this one didn't even seem like they tried...so I asked if they could make it again. Understandably, when I asked if they could make it again, they asked what was wrong and I told them the cheese wasn't melted, which sets my expectations for the next one. They made another one (begrudgingly) and I got the same results as far as the cheese. But at least this one was warm so more heat did hit the cheese, but just not enough to melt it per my request. Other than my sad grilled cheese (that wasn't grilled) the fries were great and my friends who got actual burgers were very happy with their food.

What is going on with this place? They make some of the largest hamburgers and it looks great! But…read morethe burgers themselves don't have any taste. Everything around the burger tastes good but the burger itself is not seasoned or something. The workers are working hard and you don't have to wait long. The burgers are big and look great but somehow, all you can taste is the stuff around the burger. Maybe I am not ordering it correctly? I need to check if there's a secret way to ask them to season the burger or another way to cook it. It's expensive and I keep trying it, and it always tastes the same so I guess that's the way it is. I need to go online and see if there's some secret way to order. The regular way is underwhelming.

Grilled thin sliced ribeye, breaded shrimp, 3pcs porkhash, char siu fried noodles, n' tuna Mac salad. This ono plate did not skip out on anything n' was quite hefty. The price is nice n' the amount you get is plenty!" SERVICE: fast n' friendly INTERIOR: n/a EXTERIOR: food truck WAIT TIME: 10 mins PARKING: free lot OVERALL COMMENTS: liked that they had all the food items for sale on display so that you could visually see what you'd be getting. What I received was made exactly how it was shown (I did request for the breaded shrimp to have the saucy drizzle, which the chef was happy to do. Thank you!). The weight of the plate was heavy. You get your moneys worth n' we even had leftovers. The shrimp was crispy n' delicious, the sliced ribeye was tasty n' had a good sweet sauce on it, the porkhash was moist n' flavorful (woulda been even more bomb if it came with the spicy shoyu sauce), the tuna mac with corn was a nice refreshing side, n' the char siu fried noodles complimented everything well. Definitely will be coming back again!

They also looked good for value for the money as you get a lot of food! I decided on the Nothing Mayjah plate that had teriyaki beef, mac salad, two shrimp tempura, 3 pork hash, and fried noodles which covered the whole bottom of the plate. The actual plate looked very similar to the sample ones they had on a table in front the truck. The teriyaki beef slices had good flavor but were a bit dry as they were cooked ahead of time. The Mac salad had tuna and corn in it which was different. The shrimp tempura didn't seem to have well defined pieces of shrimp inside, more like batter with bits of ground up and reformed shrimp. The pork hash were great with good flavor. The noodles covered the whole bottom of the plate (no rice) and had green onions, char siu, and kamaboko. Unfortunately the noodles were bland and could have used more seasoning. I still enjoyed the plate and you can't beat the amount of food you get for the price. If a few things were improved on they would get 5 stars! I'd be happy to try other plates from them and see if the quality varies.
