Having a Mr Cow... I was slightly hungry but didn't want to commit to a whole plate thought that Mr Cow would be a great support to my hangry status and decided to give this place a peek. Love how spacious this Town Center of Mililani location has with a bunch of seating and seeing that they had Dippin' Dots and Ramyun Noodle station as well is not what I expected. After much indecisiveness it was my usual of "Fried Potato" which has chunks of diced potato fried along with the stick that I chose half mozzarella/half hot dog which is $1 extra no problem and it's a short wait as it's made to order and came out nice and hot where you need a moment before the burn but as I grabbed my box was a bit annoyed with the greasy hand print left on it that I was grateful I didn't just toss in my tote. What you also need to be mindful is that they do have a condiment station with six different sauces that you can bougie up your bite is a very nice offering though I did enjoy my bite as is and it was cooked perfectly and definitely filled me up to satisfy me until dinner. Thank you!

Mr. Cow has expanded to Mililani! I first tried them out at Ala Moana and at a few of their other locations. They seem to be pretty consistent. I always get the #6 Yam-Yam $7 with half mozzarella & half hot dog $1.This concoction is so good it never disappoints. They fry it with mochiko flour. I love the crispy and chewy texture. The mozzarella is at the top. It's all gooey and stringy coming straight out of the fryer. The bottom half is the hot dog. They have different dipping sauces that you can choose from. I always get the sweet chili. It goes perfectly with the Yam-Yam. This has to be my favorite Mr. Cow location. Not only do they sell those Korean hot dogs, but they also sell Dippin' Dots and ramen that you can heat up yourself here. We got the small Cookies and Cream Dippin' Dots $5.99. I haven't had Dippin' Dots in a while and forgot how good they are. I sampled the Hawaiian Delight and that has to be my favorite flavor. It's a mix of pineapple and coconut.

$1 extra charge for the 1/2 cheese 1/2 hotdog.

Beware that they charge you $1 more for the hotdog/cheese, so the posted price isn't what you end up paying. It cost me $8 plus tax for a supposedly $7 item. I just happened to look at my receipt and saw the $1 charge. Nowhere (that I saw) is it posted that you're going to be charged an extra $1 and the guy behind the counter didn't even say anything. I don't think the Pearlridge one does this. I'll just go to the PR one when/if I want a Mr. Cow hotdog. I'm in the area almost everyday anyway. Just wanted to go to this one because it was in Town Center (close to home), but won't be coming back here. I don't like being deceived.

The Staff is friendly and they do crank our orders pretty fast. It's a pretty small place inside and they don't offer much sitting space, so it's definitely a grab and go situation. It seems that they used to offer food but did away with it. I've been here over multiple times now and each time I leave feeling weird. A month ago I went in and I ordered a Matcha, the couple after me also ordered a matcha and when a matcha was called (my order) I was walking up to the counter but the couple grabbed the matcha and another drink they ordered. So I assumed maybe that was theirs and didn't want to correct them, (it shouldn't be the customers responsibility anyways) but then they realised that it was the wrong drink, after they already put a lid and a straw in it, and told the worker. I thought they would remake the drink... no she took the lid off and placed it right back on the counter and called the drink out again like nothing happened. I was actually so shocked but I didn't want to make a big deal about it so I left. Another time, I wanted to give them another chance, it was fairly busy which is no big deal but I came in with two other people and their drinks came out at a reasonable time. Where I was still waiting for about 20 minutes (I genuinely wish I was making it up) so I went to go ask about the status, and my drink was all mixed up and at the end of the line of everyone that was behind me. It also seemed like there was a new girl on the register because she did not know anything on the menu, I asked if they had soy milk (which I have ordered before) and she said super rudely "we don't have soy milk" and I was like "oh sorry I ordered it last time" and she was like "yea no we've never had soy milk"... okay I guess I was just imagining it. In all honesty, management needs to to seriously consider a name system or numbers, because to have this happen twice to me (Which I asked other people and the similar problems also occurred) it's just crazy, everyone lacks accountability and ownership entirely. All the workers seem like it's their first day on Earth. Whats happening to customer service these days... Trust me I understand and give a lot of grace as someone who's been in customer service jobs and a manager of a cafe. But it's very obvious the owners don't care.

Let's just say this place changed A LOT over the past years. Service: 3/5 Waited about 5 minutes to get my order taken. There was a couple in front of me and the worker was chatting with them only. I was not aware of what she was doing until I realized I was waiting for a bit so I looked for myself and saw she was making a waffle cone. Would have appreciated if she told me "Be right with you!" She at least said thank you for waiting. Service used to be a bit more efficient from what I remembered in the past. While we were inside and eating our ice cream, 2 parties came in. They were waiting for about 3 minutes and I saw one of them looking around for the worker who went to the back. All we did was just shake our heads at this moment... Food: 3/5 Holy, these scoops though too. My sister and I paid $11 total for these tiny kid looking scoops. Ice cream tasted good but tastes mediocre now. I wanted a fruity flavor so I got the honeydew flavor that tasted like a melona without the stick. My sister's peanut butter and strawberry one was pretty good. However, I remember when they used to have flavors that I could not get elsewhere but it feels pretty basic nowadays. They give bigger single scoops at Baskin Robbin's for the same price or even a couple cents more. Ambiance: 5/5 I say there's ample enough seating and it feels clean and comfortable. I like sitting near the window but I just don't like that their one and only trash can is right next to that table. Verdict: I am not sure if I will be coming back. I noticed their flavors don't change as much as they used to. I remember being excited to see what's new but after today it seems like they been keeping things the same for awhile now. Between the size of the scoops, service, and the flavors I am not sure if I want to come back.
