I brought my son for lunch yesterday, the service was fast and friendly. I love the old fashioned diner vibe, complimentary peanuts you can scoop for your table at the entrance. The wait time was minimal, as I attempted to use the modern digital soda machine. My son had big cheeseburger, I had Lil cheeseburger, the difference being Big has two patties Lil has one. We split Lil fries which were not so Lil, more than plenty for two possibly more! I like how you can choose toppings upon ordering and customize your burger. Ordered: LBC all the way up +bbq sauce, large Cajun fries, salted caramel milk shake This was the first time trying their milkshakes and they do not disappoint!! They have so many options for flavors and ability to combine. My bf's mom ordered a chocolate malted one which she absolutely enjoyed since malt is her favorite. I was really looking forward to eating my food from Five Guys located on Rt 31. I ordered a jr. cheeseburger, fries, and a shake. The cheeseburger was great! It was very flavorful and prepared as ordered. This is the only thing I can recommend from my order that others should get. My fries were so soggy. I ended up eating just a little and threw the rest away because they were so bad. I know, they're made fresh there! I don't know what the issue was, but last night's fries were really bad. What a waste! This was the first and last time I'll order a shake from there. It's way overpriced. You get a very small shake (especially if you get no whipped cream which comes in an even smaller cup than if you get it). I ordered a chocolate, salted caramel shake; I could not taste any caramel at all, just tasted like a shake with a bunch of chocolate syrup. read more

Great custom burgers! I'm partial to a bacon cheeseburger with sautéed mushrooms and onions with steak sauce myself. Their Cajun fries are the best and I may be known for ordering them to share with my kids so that I can giggle at their reactions and claims that the fries are TOO spicy! They also have one of those custom soda fountains so you can create a drink based on your favorite brand with flavors such as cherry, etc. I went during a fairly busy lunch and out order was completed correctly and we didn't have to wait that long. read more

Five Guys is my absolute favorite chain burger restaurant for two main reasons. One, the food is great; and two, the consistency. I've been to this location a few times and it's top notch. The service is fast & friendly and the food is the amazing tasty quality you expect from Five Guys. If you've been to a Five Guys you know what to expect and you get it. Burgers here are always put together well and the fries are cooked perfectly. This location is also very well kept and clean inside. Bathrooms were spotless, which is one of those little things that's nice to see. Only minor complaint is that like all Five Guys I've been to, the music is a little too loud and the speaker always seems to be right over the cash register, which can make ordering a little bit of a chore. read more

Per the app, ordered curbside, 8 min expected. Got there in 9. Called to check in so they could start the fries, manager later confirmed fries take 3-4 minutes. 18 additional minutes later, and having gone into the store, I got our meal. The plan was to avoid public exposure due to current pandemic. Burgers were flattened, buns were overly greasy, and fries were not only cold, but did not fill the cup let alone the bottom of the bag as is there reputation. First attempt was back in April, early pandemic, we hoped they had learned how to do this. Apparently neither of us have learned. Will not be returning. Will not recommend. read more

Excellent food. Excellent atmosphere. All of the employees are positive and helpful. Will continue to go back. The food is quite pricey, but it is worth it considering the size of the portions and the amount of the fries they give you. Employees have also gone out of their way to wrap up things like containers of malt vinegar, so it would not spill onto my food or in my car. Companies like this, especially this location should project their model out into every fast food chain and restaurant chain. I don't like tomatoes usually but the burgers are so good here I get tomato on them because it just makes them that much better! Can't say that about many places to eat around here! read more

Had lunch here on a few occasions. The burgers are made to order on a grill. There are very fresh and taste great. They offer tons of different toppings as well. The fries are average and seem to be a little overcooked. We also tried a peanut butter milkshake. That was phenomenal. Best I've ever had. For those who have kids they do offer hotdogs. This place is pricey however. Just an FYI if you don't tell them , they automatically give you a double burger. Also one small fry was enough for my me my wife and son. read more

Let me just start this review by saying, I am a burger aficionado. If I had to pick one food I could not live without it would be burgers. Five guys makes a great burger! This location in particular is always very good in my experience. It's clean, service is friendly and fast and like all five guys, it's very reasonable for the quality of food you get. For roughly the same price as McDonald's or Burger King you're getting a much higher quality product. I love the fact that you can customize it exactly t he way you want, particularly the grilled onions. My standard order is the little burger, with double cheese and everything on it with the exception of the sautéed mushrooms. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give it a nine and I've had only a few 9.5's or tens in my life. The fries are also awesome, fresh cut,cooked right and the fact that they have malt vinegar for them, is awesome. Are usually get a side of mayo and a side of A1 to dip in as well.I also love that they have roasted peanuts. I always take a bag with me to go home with. If you've never had five guys, try it, if you've never been to this location, try it it's one of the better ones I've been to. Thanks five guys! read more

Ordered curbside pickup. Confirmation says to call upon arrival. I call person can't hear me. Puts me on hold then hangs up. I go inside and wait a few minutes for someone to ask the name on the order and send me back out to my car and they will bring my order out. A half hour later I'm still waiting, call again to get told they were busy and trying to get orders out as fast as they could. Finally another 15 minutes goes by and my order is brought to my car. Good thing I checked thy bag before leaving as part of it was missing. read more

We ordered online and it gave us a 10 minute pickup time. I arrived 10 minutes later and walked to the pickup counter like the online instructions said. I waited 10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me at which point I was informed that our food had been ready and we were just waiting on fries. Which I assume was what the other 5 or so groups were also waiting on. We got the wrong fry order anyway (2 Cajun instead of 1 Cajun and 1 regular) so half my family couldn't eat the spicy fries and since our food had sat so long all the burgers were soggy. In their defense it was pretty busy, but they had dozens of staff working. A little more organization would go a long way. I know this place is new so I'm hoping they sort it out. read more

Service is awful. Placed an order at 5:42 and didn't receive until 6:24. Called to check on status and was blown off. Received food was cold. multiple walk ins receive food faster. The store clearly does not care about a service they provide to make it safer for customers to still eat at their restaurant. read more
