He was very helpful, had great communication, and delivered the order a few minutes early. We ordered 1/2 pans of fruit salad (great premium fruits like black raspberries), potato salad, and Greek pasta salad. We also ordered veggie, cheeseburger, steak, and chicken bacon wraps. I personally ate the cheeseburger wrap which was full of flavor. The steak wrap was also excellent with pepper inside. The pasta and potato salad were also excellent. I ordered because I had school, then work until 7pm, then my dad needed my help, so i was out all day until 10pm. I wanted a quick easy order just to get home, i spent 50 minutes in total. 30 of those minutes were just to get my order taken, even when there were only three cars ahead of me. Again, I understand the impact of being understaffed, there is a point where, any other manager or franchise owner who is in connection with this location also needs some accountability for allowing their employees in that situation.

Unfortunately, this visit resulted in one of the most distressing customer service experiences I have ever had. An attendant named Tracy, who identified herself as the manager, spoke to me with extreme rudeness and openly raised her voice when I calmly asked to speak with a manager. Her behavior was so aggressive and unprofessional that I ended up in tears in front of my children. As a mother, this was deeply upsetting and completely unacceptable. This is the first time in my life that I have ever felt compelled to leave a negative review for any business. I value professionalism, respect, and basic courtesy--especially in a family-oriented establishment. If there are cameras in the dining area or service counter, I sincerely hope corporate leadership reviews the footage from this timeframe. No customer should ever be subjected to this type of mistreatment, and certainly not in front of their children. I hope the real management addresses this issue appropriately to ensure no one else experiences what we went through today.

I ordered online and waited over 30 minutes past the scheduled pickup time along with about 12 other customers waiting on mobile orders for over 30 minutes. Meanwhile, walk-in customers were able to order, eat, and leave before I even received my bowl and kids quesadilla. What concerned me most was watching an employee sweep the dining area floor while wearing gloves worn while just preparing food, go into the back room, then return directly to the food prep line. I'm hoping gloves were changed in the back, but from a customer perspective it did not appear sanitary or reassuring. The food itself was good, but the poor service and lack of visible food handling practices made this a less than desirable experience.

There is absolutely zero reason to order from Dave's given the shear number of other chicken places in the area.
