Again, I understand the impact of being understaffed, there is a point where, any other manager or franchise owner who is in connection with this location also needs some accountability for allowing their employees in that situation.

Unfortunately, this visit resulted in one of the most distressing customer service experiences I have ever had. An attendant named Tracy, who identified herself as the manager, spoke to me with extreme rudeness and openly raised her voice when I calmly asked to speak with a manager. Her behavior was so aggressive and unprofessional that I ended up in tears in front of my children. As a mother, this was deeply upsetting and completely unacceptable. This is the first time in my life that I have ever felt compelled to leave a negative review for any business. I value professionalism, respect, and basic courtesy--especially in a family-oriented establishment. If there are cameras in the dining area or service counter, I sincerely hope corporate leadership reviews the footage from this timeframe. No customer should ever be subjected to this type of mistreatment, and certainly not in front of their children. I hope the real management addresses this issue appropriately to ensure no one else experiences what we went through today.
