Wow. Don't come here if you want food semi fast. It's like sitting down at a restaurant with a long wait. Only 1 person running the front and one guy refilling the food. Another guy in the back hiding. Never been to a chipotle this slow in my life. read more

Food was good, but the overall experience was very disappointing. My child's milk was served room temperature, and the service was extremely slow and disorganized. I ordered online and waited over 30 minutes past the scheduled pickup time along with about 12 other customers waiting on mobile orders for over 30 minutes. Meanwhile, walk-in customers were able to order, eat, and leave before I even received my bowl and kids quesadilla. What concerned me most was watching an employee sweep the dining area floor while wearing gloves worn while just preparing food, go into the back room, then return directly to the food prep line. I'm hoping gloves were changed in the back, but from a customer perspective it did not appear sanitary or reassuring. The food itself was good, but the poor service and lack of visible food handling practices made this a less than desirable experience. read more

The kid who started my bowl had a punchable face. There was a girl crying in the back. Out of everything at 7pm on a Wednesday. Other than that pretty good. read more

Awful service, beyond rude for waiting patiently while they condescendingly ignore you. Filthy all the way around, film on everything from the door to the drink dispenser. I'll never return and will share my experience whenever possible. read more

This was a good Chipotle experience!! This Chipotle is located off State Route 31 in Liverpool, NY, and it hit the spot!! Came in here, the line moved pretty quickly. I ordered a bowl, no meat just everything else. They were super generous with everything, especially the guacamole!! I wish everyone was as generous with the guacamole as they were!! That bowl was so stacked, I could barely finish it!! I had a good experience here!! read more

Food was so nasty hardly any toppings or lettuce! Never ordering at this location again. I work at Amazon and made sure to show everyone.... The cost of our food 5 is it was 89.00 seriously give us our moneys worth. Next time it's Moe's where we get FREE chips n salsa read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Mexican Near Me - Liverpool, New York

This was my first time having Chipotle. The food was delicious and very filling, everything tasted fresh, chicken was flavored well. But.... The service at this location and the cleanliness of this location left something to be desired. There was a clocked out employee chatting up some customers in line, holding up the whole process, all the employees behind the counter were getting involved in these convos and we felt very ignored. Food all over the floors and most of the table tops. I'll eat chipotle again just not at this location. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Burrito bowl - Mexican Near Me - Liverpool, New York

Awful waste of money. Rice was hard and overcooked. They barely put any salsa on and forgot peppers. Also forgot utensils.

Food itself was what you'd expect from Chipotle but the service is consistently sub par. It seems like they are consistently short staffed with just one person making the food and running the register when there's a line to/out the door. Last time I went I waited 40 minutes to get my food. read more

I have been to many chipotle locations, but I rarely come to this location. Today i decided to come to this location and the woman working the line was very snarky not only to customers but towards other staff. I did not appreciate it and I'm sure her coworkers don't either. Customer service definitely needs some improvement. I don't typically complain about the actual food but my chicken was barely cut up I had to cut it up myself the pieces were way too big. When I went to cut it up there were no utensils on the floor. I'm overall pretty disappointed I've never had this experience. read more

Always out of food, employees are clueless and rude, location is always dirty and the chips are ALWAYS stale. Waste of time and money.

Chipotle just hit one out of the park again! I had two bowls and chips to pick up and I was in and out in less than 7 minutes! Caleb was especially helpful in putting together a chicken bowl for my wife that had limitations due to her dietary needs. He piled on the few ingredients that she is allowed to make for a great dinner (and lunch later!). What really struck me about Caleb was his upbeat, can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile, or in this case to the back room. Understanding that my wife is gluten free, Caleb went to the back to get fresher salad to insure there would be no problem! He then explained that his mom is gluten free also. Sorry to sound like a broken record but this place kills it every time! Jaedyn was super efficient at the checkout! Amy and other managers: I don't know your hiring procedures or training protocols but you sure got it right with the Route 31 Clay Crew! read more

i came and ordered my food without and issue, i got to the checkout and was instantly disappointed with the customer service. Kerrigan was very short and snotty with me, i told her to keep my change and she did not listen, and then i waited for my chips and drink and she walked away without a word. i left and came back to make sure i didn't mess up the order and i came to ask for my things and she said "ugh, im not an idiot." I came with my siblings and she tried serving us chips that had been previously on the floor. read more

Not sure why this is the case. In the past the portions of the food have been decent for whatever reason when we went in there recently the portions were really small maybe half a scoop for the meat and even less so for the rice. The rice barely covered the bottom of the bowl. It was busy there were a lot of people in line but to give less food just because it's busy is not a valid way to run. I paid about 40 dollars for 20 dollars of portioned food. read more

I ordered my food for 6:40 because I wanted to pick it up by then and still have it hot and they made it before that time so by the time I got home with it (a 10 minute drive so not much) it was room temp. If I can make it from chick fil a to my house with hot food in a simple box this should have been even slightly warm. They jumped the gun and made the order early then they marked it as done, didn't have it on the shelf, and we had to wait for someone to come bring us our order from the back where it was clearly sitting for awhile. The chips are also insanely stale, honestly it's the worst chipotle I've been to and I've waited an hour for my order at the Ithaca location before. The bean portion was bad, meat portion was bad, rice portion bad, everything about it was bad aside from the normal chipotle taste which is hard to ruin. I'm beyond mad that I spent an hour of my wages on this read more

Every time I make an online order it is never ready even remotely close to when it is supposed to be. They have a line to the door and a handful of people waiting on mobile orders every time. Each person waiting is pissed off because this always happens! Also, as I sit and wait currently... not one employee literally knows what's going on when you ask. read more

Disgusting all the way around. Line was ridiculously long/ employees were slow, rude, completely unprofessional.. and worst of all DIRTY. The food was everywhere- not one employee takes pride in anything they do. No smiling, no communication. Nothing. Then one worker starts wiping the mess on the counter with a gross rag, AROUND MY FOOD BEING MADE BY ANOTHER EMPLOYEE. The beans were literally black soup- and the worker didn't even attempt to drain them. My son got a rice bowl with chicken- she gave the last half a scoop of dry crusted chicken from the bottom of the pan, after acknowledging there's all fresh chicken cooking that was almost done.. then proceeds to serve us that. $45 for my 3 kids to get a bunch of nasty food with even more gross attitudes! Also it was freezing rain last night and we watched 3 people slip and fall right outside the entrance. Customers informed workers and not once did they go out and try to spread salt or remedy the situation. We will never go back. read more

One of the worst restaurants and service in Sumter. One scoop of meat for my bowl. I asked the guy if they had anymore he says "idk" so we are just standing there looking at each other until I canceled the order. read more

I like chipotle but this location sucks. They rarely allow mobile ordering and are usually out of menu items. They sometimes don't even have their parking lots lights on, making it look like they're not open. Idk if they are just eternally short staffed or if they are lazy or if the manager simply doesn't know wtf they are doing. read more

Just left this Chipotle 20 minutes before they close and I have never had a better experience anywhere in my life ever. Charles, Alaina, Zach, and Carter were the most genuine people I've ever met in my life. It absolutely made my entire week to talk to them for 10 minutes with so many laughs. The service was absolutely incredible and they are so kind. If you're questioning whether or not this Chipotle is the right choice for you, IT IS. Never going to a different location ever again. The food was amazing too. Love the atmosphere! read more

I'm so sick and tired of coming to this restaurant. I like Chipotle. I go to it in Naperville never have any issues but this one is constantly exact change or card only. I mean come on. Are we living in America or communist Russia step up your game Chipotle and get with it either that or teach the kids that are running it. How to count change out. I'll never come to this place again read more

I am a wee bit NOT satisfied my tortilla chips were EXTREMELY chewy, very soggy. I am yet to see the rest of my meal but it's not off to a good start. Went to rt 31 location for a door dash. Stood there 5-7 mins. Customer had gone there and didn't receive 2 bags of chips with her dinner. A great chipotle location! What makes this location so great is the customer service here. We have catered an event with them and when we checked out, they offered us a coupon deal that they knew of, so we saved $50! Last time I went, a member of my party requested rice without cilantro, and they made a fresh batch with a choice of white or brown. The employees seem to really care, and are always pleasant at checkout. The lines move quick and the place is very clean, if you are looking for a quick burrito in the area, this is the place to go! read more

Why did they charge me 25.40 for a bowl half and half and chips with guac so the 5.40 is a tip?

Every burrito I order online is not mixed up at all. It's a pile of rice with the ingredients stacked on top. There aren't many restaurants around who use good ingredients. I payed 15 dollars for my burrito. To whoever made it please take some more pride in you work. Thankyou. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Mexican Near Me - Liverpool, New York

This was previously my favorite place to eat lunch, but not so much anymore. It's to the point now that they don't open for lunch (due to staff shortages), they don't accept cash most of the time (claiming it's due to the coin shortage that doesn't exist) and at one point they didn't have CHIPS for over a month. None of the changes are announced on the app or website. In fact, sometimes they change that days hours at the time they should be opening, so I'll drive there to find it's closed. This is unacceptable!!!! I've concluded that customers don't matter to this company and they take for granted the fact that people will keep coming back. I personally am done and Chipotle will never get another dollar of my money. If you have issues with staffing, coinage or anything for that matter, then you should communicate it on your app or website. Otherwise, suck it up and do what's right. Good riddance!!! read more

gave me 6 pieces of chicken on my burrito also half my burrito is cheese not enough rice

Absolutely horrible, made me never want to ever visit another chipotle again. I asked the employee how long has the chicken been sitting there because it clearly looked as dry as the desert and she said "not too long" so I said whatever I needed something to eat I was in a rush. Worst mistake ever 2 hours later worst diarrhea ever and the chicken tasted as if it was from yesterday. Small portions and old food. Throw something out if it doesn't look fresh it's common sense.... read more

I Will never go back to the chipotle on route 31 in Johnsburg. Rude employees, small portions, I want to ask them a question they didn't even answer, they just smirked. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

Food is always pretty good, consistent with taste. Completely the opposite with portions. I'm not sure who the people who work there think they are, charging an arm and a leg for certain additions to your meal (Guac, Queso, Double meat, etc.), and then proceeding to give you less than half of a normal serving. The portion sizes they use are an absolute joke, and it never changes. When you ask for more to get what you pay for, they are rude and act like your the bad guy. If your going to charge me a ridiculous price for add ons, give the customer wtf they pay for and don't cheat them. I'm a 240 pound grown man and If i want extra meat, then give me a full portion, of what I pay for and not some little baby ass scoop to try and make less work for yourself by having to eventually make more. Good food, Terrible Portions, and Very below average service. I don't come back nearly as much as I used to. read more

Ordered a ground beef rice bowl and only got rice with no ground beef... Very disappointed because I go to this location a lot.

Solid food, clean, fast service. I love the iced tea & unfortunately only half the time I go (often just for an iced tea) they don't have lemons ready. Today there were no lemons but I ate at the restaurant. A few minutes later they brought me lemons! Very pleased about that! read more

Over the summer, a coworker suggested we go there for lunch. This was my first time. This Chipotle was at a bad location. It was hard to find and the parking leaves much to be desired. The menu was confusing. There was these unusual names, that lacked some much needed descriptions. I really did not appreciate that they charged extra for a tiny bag of tortilla chips, or that they charged so much for a dollop of guacamole. It was really expensive for just a pile of stuff just thrown into a cardboard bowl. The best thing about the place, was the plastic utensils are really solid and probably dishwasher safe. (You betcha, that I threw a handful of forks and spoons in my bag on the way out.) With that being said, it did like the food. I will probably go back at some point, but not too soon. Great flavor just like the rest of the chipotles out there. However, the portions are supper small. Also the little bit of guacamole they add to the burrito bowl is $2.05 extra. That makes for a $10.00 bowl. read more
