The service was quite slow from the beginning, as I waited over 10 minutes for my initial drink and also experienced a long delay when asking for a refill.When the meal arrived, there were a few issues:The bread was cold and did not arrive ahead of the meal.The portion sizes felt small for the price point.The grilled shrimp were unfortunately burnt.The coconut shrimp were overcooked and dry.The most disappointing part was how the issue was handled. Because the waiter didn't check back on the table until I had already finished the rest of my meal, I asked to have the burnt grilled shrimp removed from the bill. Even though the dish cost $25, the waiter informed me they could only offer a $2.50 credit.While the staff was polite, offering such a small credit for an un-eatable main dish didn't feel right. I hope management can work on better quality control in the kitchen and more flexible service policies in the future.
