    Spicy ginger steak green bowl
    Amanda F.

I've only in the area for less than a day and needed something healthy that could meet my dietary needs of gluten free and dairy free. Of course Yelp led me to Corelife. The location is super easy to find and tons of parking since it shares a parking lot with a grocery store among other stores. I had done my research online on what I wanted to get before I stopped here. This was helpful so I didn't stand around super clueless at the entrance figuring out my order. I ordered the spicy ginger steak green bowl. This includes a kale arugula mix, grass fed steak, green and red peppers, ginger, and sriracha. I didn't use the suggested dressing of miso sesame ginger but instead I asked for lime cilantro jalapeño vingeratte. I love spicy!!! Overall the salad was fresh and tasty. I thought the volume of the salad was on the smaller side compared to similar places I have been to like Sweetgreen in DC and Mad Greens in TX. I ate my salad and left still a little hungry. Please note they serve bread with the salad but I didn't get since not gluten free. From what I have seen of the local area, I think that this place is an excellent addition. I would come back here if I was in the area again.

Happy to find another healthy eating place! Love the decor, the freshness of the food, the variety of choices. They have all kinds of vegetables, fruits, dressings, choices, juices, etc More branches are opening up statewide... How I wish they had a shop in Maui too!

I finally got to try this place. It didn't disappoint! There are SO many options you can choose from. Green bowls, grain bowls, broth bowls, or you can make your own bowl! I had no idea what to get, thankfully all of the employees are super friendly, helpful (and most of all patient lolll). There are unlimited fresh veggies, meats, and anything under the sun. I got a grain bowl with tons of fresh veggies and delicious chicken on top. Even their salad dressings are delicious.. and again SO MANY OPTIONS! It was so filling I had leftovers to bring home. They also have delicious low cal/low sugar drinks. Once again, it's hard to choose!! I highly recommend this place, and I will be back! Enjoy fellow yelpers!

Gross dirt and dust above silverware and sauce

The old staff was soooo diligent but there is an all-new staff that doesn't work nearly as hard. We went at noon today, with plenty of time for them to have everything prepared. The staff was loudly gossiping and not paying attention. I had stale bread, cilantro they found in a bag in the back (was it even washed?) because all the herbs were crusty and gross in the container up front, a mysterious white chunk in my sauce, and dirt and dust covering where I'm supposed to get my silverware and sauce. Usually come here once a week because it's the only healthy option around but we are taking a break until they figure their staff out.

I travel to Utica/NH every few months and it's difficult to find a modern, new, healthy place to dine. But the new addition of CoreLife offers just that. Love the ambiance, its nice and big inside and has a very zen feel. They offer a wide variety of salads, soups and broth, and you customize it anyway you want. My husband loves the Tuna Poke bowl. Serving sizes are huge, I wasn't able to finish mine. The broth can be a little bland, but nothing a little salt and siracha can't fix. You should also try their lemonades if you can, the beet lemonade had a very earthy, refreshing taste.

A healthy fast place. My soup was bland, I had to add salt, which was very unusual to me. I had the ginger steak soup. All soup are kind warm, not hot. So very good for immediate consumption. But during winter, it gets cold sooner. I asked my coworkers who ordered broccoli cheddar soup. Safe feel, and they were not impressed as well. Service was fast and servers (I mean the girls inside the counter helping you order) were nice. Similar to the concept of chipotle. Quick healthy workday lunch, probably yes. But that's it.

I ordered extra spicy Thai steak. All I got was steak.

There is a counter to the left as you come in, followed by an unattractive cooler case with signs on it. In between is a bakery case that is small but had a nice selection when I was there. I ordered a cup of decaf and a small chocolate almond cupcake, for a price of $8. I declined the plastic box and sat down with the cupcake in an upholstered chair opposite the counter. I thought my coffee would be right up but it took many minutes. I almost left. The cupcake was small but good (fluffy cake, sugary frosting). Then I noticed the sign that said everything was gluten and dairy-free. Surprise! When the coffee was ready, the cream was put in for me. I guess it was nondairy. The coffee was warm like a keurig makes. I had noticed Lunch menus in a wall pocket and Brunch menus behind the counter. So this place is actually full restaurant for people with gluten and dairy allergies. The lunches all seemed to cost ~$18 and seemed inventive. Fries were available as a specialty. There were a lot of tables in the long, cool, dark room. It seemed like a decent place to have an undisturbed meal while talking with friends.

We visited over the weekend with friends who had dined there previously. Our 6:30 reservation was honored promptly upon arrival. The village setting is quaint, and the restaurant itself is warmly decorated--upscale enough to feel special but still relaxed and approachable. After being seated, our server presented the drink menu and specials. Our friends ordered the fried green tomatoes as an appetizer, along with the Steak Nicholas and the double smash burger. My wife selected the seafood special--a blackened salmon with lobster salad--while I opted for the Steak Nicholas as well. The food arrived in a timely manner and was everything was very good. My steak was perfectly cooked, complemented by the house Worcestershire sauce and compound butter. The fried green tomatoes were also well-prepared. The only disappointment at the table was the brown butter cake our friends ordered for dessert, which they found dry and lacking freshness. Where the experience fell short, however, was service. While our server was polite, she was difficult to find at times, leading to long waits for assistance. There was also some confusion when boxing up leftovers. The most significant issue arose when it was time to settle the bill. Our total came to $260, and we requested separate checks. Unfortunately, our server seemed very flustered and unsure of how to split the bill, and after some back-and-forth, she suggested dividing it evenly. We agreed simply to avoid further delay. However, when processing payment, the card charge came to $153 before tip--well above the correct half of the bill (approximately $130). Combined with our friends' $200 cash payment, the total ended up being $380, which inadvertently resulted in a very large gratuity - something we didn't realize until we had left the restaurant, as the confusion surrounding how to split the bill was frustrating and we simply wanted to head out. While we take responsibility for not carefully resolving the issue before leaving, the confusion around the bill frustrated us in the moment and left a negative final impression on an otherwise enjoyable meal. Overall: The food was excellent and worth trying, particularly the Steak Nicholas and seafood offerings. That said, service and billing procedures could benefit from improvement to ensure a smoother dining experience.

We arrived just as a local band was getting ready for a three hour set (4-7pm) on a Sunday afternoon. Cover charge was $5.00 each. There were quite a few people there, but there was still room to sit in the spacious outdoor deck/stage area. There's also an outside bar area to grab a drink, instead of having to run inside to the regular bar. Food was available, but we did not try anything. The indoor vathrooms were pretty small, but served the purpose. The music was very good, the sound was loud enough, without blaring out of the speakers. There's a roof over the outside deck, but it's in different sections, so the sun does shine though in areas, making it a little hot when it's hitting you. Our only complaint would be the amount of people that were smoking. There is no way to get away from the cigarette smoke wafting in your face. Other than that, it seems like a great venue to enjoy some live music, a drink and a bite to eat. We definitely plan on going back.
