I will start as I always do by saying that I don't give out five stars unless I am really blown away. This is a gem. I have to work out this way often and always thought I would have to drive a lot further to get food or eat out of the company vending machine. So this place is my saving grace when I am the area. I went to visit Waterloo from work and this location was recommended. It was great from start to finish. The customer service I received it was amazing, the girl at the cash register was really nice and able to answer all my questions. Plus even other customers behind me. Then food arrived and it was just beautiful and fresh, the amount was to feed more than one person. The taste of the gyro meat was so good, it wasn't very powering it was just right. The place was quite, but there were people coming in and out of the restaurant. Everyone seem to be enjoying the food and the ambiance of relaxation. I really like the space and the restaurant it was just amazing. Hope that I have the opportunity to come back. read more

Food is always excellent here. The Falafel pita is amazing. Dolmades are excellent, grape leaves filled with rice and spices. The chicken Pita is great. The only downside would be that there is no air conditioning in the summer, they leave the front doors open so if you are looking to cool down.. this isn't the place. This is the best thing at the Waterloo Outlets! We always get the gyros pitas to go. With every bite I am saying out loud, "This is sooooo good!". Too bad it's not in my neighborhood. It is the closest I can get to the flavors of the ones I ate in NYC. If you like tzatziki sauce, you might need to ask for extra. Not sure if it cost extra, but I'm one to just need a dollop. I liked the seating options and flat screen tv's for sports. The menu is not extensive, but it was sufficient. I got the greek salad with grilled chicken. I was very pleased with the salad. It looked a little light at first glance, but it was actually quite filling. The chicken was flavorful. The dressing was good, and they didn't skimp. There were tomatoes, kalamata olives, cucumber, green bell pepper, onions, and a generous sprinkling of feta cheese. I got a lemonade fountain drink which was tasty too. Well $9 doesn't go as far as it used to. I was a little disappointed in the Big Creek Grill. Gyro and a medium fountain drink for over $9. If it was truly unique I could understand but it wasn't filling and underwhelming on taste. The gyro meat and feta were solid but the tzatziki sauce was bland and they filled the pita with a gross lettuce. The gyro was so unfilling I had to get something else to eat an hour later. This place has 3 prices. The price online, the price at the door and the price they actually charge you. The actual price was almost double of that advertised. The lettuce was wilted and brown, I had about a tablespoon of oil roll out of the gyro. The young cashier was in a hurry to get back on her phone and not friendly at all. I love Greek food and this was a simply done chicken souvlaki pita but perfect proportioned and the tzatziki was on fleek. I hope to see the menu grow as well. I decided to give this place another chance after I had previously gotten very sick after eating there and again, was disappointed. Food was good but service was poor. We walked in at 6:25 and they closed at 7. We ordered one item and we're going to eat quick and go. They told us that it had to be to go because they closed at 7 even though it was only 6:30. The woman was very rude about it very adamant that the doors 6:45 and strongly pressured us not to eat in the restaurant that no one else was in. Good the gyro pita for lunch today (still eating as I write the review) and I have to say the quality of superb. Definitely will be back as the good is great, the service was pleasant, and the cleanliness was equally in point. They were really quick and efficient, which was an added bonus. Its nice when even though the place isn't super busy, the food is still very fresh tasting. The flavor of the good is just so stellar. The pita is super fresh and the tzatziki sauce is really, really good. Its reasonably priced as well--can't go wrong! Yay for an awesome lunch spot! Can't wait to try more items from the menu. I love this place! Back when they had the food truck across the way I would go there every time I came to the outlet. The food is great and the staff are very friendly and helpful. For a typical 2 person meal, philly cheese steak and a chicken philly combo which comes with fries and a drink, costs around $20. Stopped in for a quick meal while at the outlet mall which is where this place is located. My friend and I were both pleased with the quality and freshness of our food. My friend had the chicken souvlaki which she enjoyed. I ordered the appetizer platter and had enough left for a second meal to take home. The falafel and tzatsiki were very flavorful and were favorites from the appetizer platter. This restaurant is located in the Waterloo Outlet Mall food court. The food was decent but nothing special. The restaurant seating was clean but lacked character. One high chair was available. The bathrooms were not very clean. Overall, it does the job but I'm not ready to go back anytime soon. read more

This is a fairly new restaurant I discovered & decided to check out on a recent trip to "Waterloo Prime Outlets." I was not disappointed! I ordered the standard Gyro, it was terrific! Very yummy! You can not find decent Greek food anywhere in the Fingerlakes region, this resturaunt far exceeds "decent," the staff was helpful & pleasant, prices are fairly priced perhaps a tad bit higher then the norm, however it is in a mall so it was what I expected & I will happily pay it again for another amazing gyro like I had! The food was amazing!!! My husband and I both had the chicken souvlaki pita and my 4 year old had a cheeseburger. The chicken souvlaki was hands down amazing!! The chicken melted in your mouth, the veggies were fresh, the feta was tangy just like we like it, and the sauce was to die for.
