The food was good, the service was kind, friendly, and overall was a great time. This place will be on my mind next time I go.

I was at Eastview Mall yesterday, January 20, 2026, with a friend and we decided to have lunch prior to continuing on with our shopping. Generally I would not eat at the Food Court but when I saw Pita Chik and their menu, I knew I had to try it. I was extremely thrilled that I did place my order and pleasantly surprised at how fresh and tasty my meal was. I order the California Salad with Falafal. and pita on the side. The lettuce was crisp and the ingredients all fresh and delicious...and plentiful! The falafal was as I remembered when I was in the Middle East many years ago and my years of ordering it in NYC where I worked. My friend ordered the Greek Gyro and it was packed fully with meat, tomatoes and onions. She left nothing on her plate. BTW, neither did I...my plate was totally cleaned of any salad, falafal and pita. The size was surprisingly large for the price. If you are at Eastview Mall and need some extra strength to continue shopping, you definetly need to stop by Pita Chik for a healthy, energy boosting meal. If you don't want to eat at the Mall, you can order takeout and bring it home. I am so happy that I decided to step up to the Pita Chik counter and happy to see a vegetarian menu for me and a menu that would accommodate my friend as well that likes meat. You won't be disappointed by the meal choices which are plentiful and the pricing surprisingly reasonable. Oh, one more thing, the gentleman that took our order was very sweet and patient with us since we were taking our time in figuring out what to order. One last thing, please leave a tip in the tip jar...all tips are donated. I will most definetly be returning! Just the thought of it is making my mouth water. Bon Appetit to all! read more

I went to the Eastview Mall and was surprised to see a Middle East stand in the food court! I was impressed by the menu and offerings, and greeted quickly at the front counter. Sadly the bowl took ten minutes as they were out of rice. I was also told while waiting that they were out of Onions as well.. ugh.. the vibe or the place was laid back and it add lots of character to the food court!! Generally speaking, I don't expect a lot out of mall food courts. Most times, I'm content with some Auntie Anne's pretzels, or some mall Chinese food (its own category) that I know I'll regret later. However, we needed a real meal, and we chose Pita Chik over the cheesesteak joint next to it. A tough decision, considering it's the #1 Cheesesteak in the WORLD. But I'm happy because: The chicken fingers were legitimately great. Not the same frozen commodity fingers you get everywhere, but hand-breaded big pieces of real chicken, fried well. We also rolled with a Greek salad with chicken added, and it was an enormous portion, and everything was honestly delicious. The Greek dressing was disappointingly just Ken's, but overall, outstanding. Also, the nice folks behind the counter gave us free carousel ride coupons, and crayons and coloring mats for my kids. Moussaka was nasty. The lettuce was old and wilty.While the rice was ok and edible I would not come back or chose to eat here again.

Okay the Greek fries are 5 STAR. But the chicken pita was disappointing. I expected the chicken to be a lot more flavorful. Especially for the price, it's pretty expensive for a lunch in the mall. I wish the chicken was a little tastier. But I would come back for those Greek fries!!! Service was great. They were super nice. I was very excited to try Pita Chik while working a shift at the mall. I was able to call ahead and place a pickup order, which was a big help. The person taking my call was so helpful and kind. They were happy to answers any questions I had about the menu. I was also given a mall employee discount which is greatly appreciated I ordered a chicken shawarma with fries combo. I was amazed by the portion size of my order. The pita was filled with meat, overflowing and falling out. The fries portion was generous as well. My food was delicious! Flavorful and fresh. We got the seasoned Greek fries which were good and fresh. But I had a hard time eating the pita. Or well the inside of the pita. There was so much salt that you could feel the coarseness of it while eating the pita. It's sad because the pita bread itself was really good. If they cut down on the salt content I would go back. But for now, I think I'm going to pass and go somewhere else while in the food court. read more

Looking for a quick, light dinner before the movies, and we stopped at the mall food court. What a great decision! We ordered half Greek salads, knowing that we'd be having popcorn and other bad stuff at the movies. For half salads they were huge! Excuse me while I RAVE about this place in the mall that had excellent service! You don't usually think of a mall food court place having great customer care but wow! I was here ordering with my 1 year old and they offered her crayons and paper to keep her busy. I spoke with two man behind the counter both were helpful and kind. When my food came out they saw my hands were a bit full and they brought it over to the table for me. Again, Just really good customer service here! Now let's talk about the food, I ordered the gyro platter, it came out hot and fresh. It's also so much food I was able to save more than half for the next day. The salad and dressing were great and their tzatziki is spot on delish. Not too sour like some places. I'll order extra next time because it comes in one small condiment cup. I have to say I was happy to have found this food. The food court is a wasteland in Eastview Mall. This was a little gem of a place that while not perfect was quite enjoyable. The Gyro pita for the first time had more meat than salad. The meat was grilled. A bit salty but still good. The tzatziki was very good. The food was spot on, service was fast, the workers are super friendly, the portions are bigger then most dishes in the food court, and prices are very reasonable. A unique food choice for the food court. I was very pleased with the food and the service. Pricing was very reasonable. I special ordered my Swarmi (sic) and the expeditor confirmed special order with chef as he began to cook it. It took an extra minute to get food but as wars explained everything is cooked to order. Unlike other reviewers I did not find the salt content high and I rarely use salt. The staff was friendly and answered all of my and other customer questions. very cute place! the workers were so sweet and kind, and provided a fast service. i ordered a greek gyro which contained lamb and beef, with some vegetables and what tasted like sour cream i believe. now, im very picky about what my meat looks like, and the meat here was a little questionable. it was thin and chunky, with great seasoning, don't get me wrong, but a very strange texture. my parents are from egypt, so i eat gyros there a lot when we visit family. i would eat at this place again, but i wouldn't order the meat. it's just my preference, but if your like me, take this review as a warning read more
