New Caesar snack wrap. I like this new option and now crispier chicken. Also the Caesar Chicken sandwich option. Snack wrap decent for the price and McDonald's continues to have the best price on large fountain drink! Snack wrap and large Diet rings up just under $5. Drive through usually moves pretty quickly. First Caesar snack wrap was rung up as ranch but they switched it out with a few minutes wait. Caesar dressing rich and creamy, the wrap could use a bit more dressing. read more

as a person in customer service, i get being understaffed to the point it reflects in the customer experience, however I am sorry, 50 minutes in the drive thru is more than ridiculous. I ordered because I had school, then work until 7pm, then my dad needed my help, so i was out all day until 10pm. I wanted a quick easy order just to get home, i spent 50 minutes in total. 30 of those minutes were just to get my order taken, even when there were only three cars ahead of me. Again, I understand the impact of being understaffed, there is a point where, any other manager or franchise owner who is in connection with this location also needs some accountability for allowing their employees in that situation. read more

For years this has been my favorite McDonalds restaurant, and I've eaten at hundreds. I stop here nearly ever morning for a grab-n-go breakfast from the drive thru. I don't know what happens to this place lately after the sun goes down, but I've had some horrible experiences with food quality, and the situation just seems to be going downhill. When they were offering the chicken Big Mac, they served me one that had one hamburger patty , empty bun on the other half and no chicken. The next nighttime problem we had was when we ordered a Mc Chicken w/ extra pickle, and a Mc Double. We got a plain Mc Chicken, and a Big Mac, and the order numbers didn't even match from the containers to the bag. They fixed it for us on the next visit. We ate for free. But tonight, the straw broke, poor camel. We ordered 2 Filet of Fish, and a medium French fries. When the order came to the table , the fries were stone cold, like they had been sitting around a long time. We were promised a fresh order to replace them. Great. When i opened the Filet-of- fish, the fish was a darker brown than the bun. Burnt is the word. The other one was just as bad. We took them up and the manager gave us attitude. She said that a lot of people were complaining about them and that the problem was the oil was dirty and needed to be changed. He kept complaining to us how she was too over worked and it wasn't her fault. After a lot of drama she finally refunded the meal. The last straw. But while I'm at it, how about some hair restraints? Women are walking around the serving area flopping waist long hair around the food, men with beards without beard restraints working around the food, and not hat or hairnets. When i questioned it, i was told managers don't have to wear hair restraints. Wait, what? Enough. The state needs to do a pop inspection of these places late in the day. They are very unkept. I went to this location on November 1st. I waited TWENTY minutes in the drive thru lane before I made it to the point where I could place my order. I ordered a $5.00 meal deal, which totalled $5.40 including the tax, according to the guy who took my order. When I got to the window to pay, he told me that my order total was $9.00 and change. I said "How is it $9.00, when you just told me it was $5:40 when I ordered it?" He said "There's an upcharge for the milkshake." I said "I DIDN'T order a milkshake, I ordered the $5.00 meal deal." After getting that straightened out, I handed him a McDonald's gift card that had $4.00+ left on it, along with $2.00 cash. He asked me if I wanted the gift card back, and I said "No thank you." He then says "You're all set." I said "NO, there should be some change coming back." He replied "Oh yeah, you're right.", and proceeds to hand me back the gift card and $1.00..... THEN, when I pull up to the pick up window, the girl there is trying to hand me a cup of coffee, which I didn't order. Out of all of the McDonald's I've been to, this one by a landslide is my favorite. The staff is attentive, it's always clean, orderly, quick, and the food is always hot regardless of the drive-thru or the dine-in experiences I've had over the past couple of years. The tables inside are very clean, it has been newly updated as well. This makes for a far better dining experience than before. The tables and chairs are adorable, the inside is very bright. There are televisions to watch as well. Inside, there are a couple of self-order/payment screens that one can go to directly if they don't want to to go a cashier-- I must say, this option is perfect for someone with anxiety and someone who wants to get a confusing and personalized order together perfectly, and of course there is the one-on-one cashier option as well. I typically go to a cashier, they are quite friendly. I also love ordering through the app, they can bring the food out to you to your car if you so choose. That is also a wonderful option if you don't feel like dealing with the drive-thru or the dine-in option. Just simply park in the designated space and order your food through the app and they will bring it out. I almost always do the surveys on the receipt, they are well worth the five stars every time. It is no wonder that there are always customers every time I stop over. read more

McDonald's was a horrible experience. I ordered a quarter pounder with bacon and cheese nothing else and fries. First of all it took two trips for the lady that delivered it to get to us then I look at the burger. Instead of nothing else there was everything else. And NO bacon. Staff was alert, friendly, and copident. The dining area and bathroom was clean. Sadly the fries were not fresh. Yet, I did like the Crispy Buttermilk Chicken. I am not a fan of fast food, but that chicken sandwich was actually good. read more
