I got in on the opening day of adult Grinch Meal! I treated myself to this fun holiday lunch. I ordered the ten piece McNugget and luckily only one was heated beyond consumption this order. But the huge fun grinch themed happy meal box was a pure holiday delight! Packed with nuggets, fries with grinch holiday shake bag and seasoning! So fun with kiddos or friends! Tasty fresh pickle seasoning as long as you are not hypertensive on low sodium diet! Medium bubbly Diet Coke, and scored the red grinch socks! Loved it! I rate this a Zero, Placed an online order, arrived 10 minutes after I ordered ..order was not ready. Told to pull up to the third window, waited another 15minutes. I ordered 1 iced coffee and a Frozen Mocha coffee. Basically they couldn't prepare 2 coffee's in 25 minutes. Hey they got my money, but never again read more

I made the mistake of eating here. First, they got the order wrong. The chicken was burnt and there was no lettuce and tomatoes. I brought the sandwich back to the counter, told them what was missing and that the chicken was burnt. The manager said he would fix it. When the "fixed" sandwich arrived it had lettuce (wilted) and tomatoes (two very small round slices). It also had the same burnt piece as before. Do yourself a favor and don't eat here. This is bar none the worst run McDonald's I've ever been to and I've been to plenty across the country over 40 years.' Told to pull up to the second window and wait 15 minutes with no food and have to go into the store to get an attitude from the person at the front handing out food. I ordered a very simple double quarter pounder with bacon and cheese meal, an extra Large Fries, and an oreo mcflurry. I was on my lunch break at work so i was kind of in a rush. But i looked in the bag and noticed they forgot the second Large Fries. So I told them, and they gave me my order of Fries. Then i get back to work and i open my food all up... my burger patties were literally torn up and i had no ketchup or mustard. Also, i had NO BACON on it. So, i paid $1.99 for something i didnt get. Lastly, the fries were cold and had ZERO salt on them. This was a horrible experience, even by fast food/McDonald's standards. I will not ever eat at this McDonald's location again. Even though its right down the street from my job... i will go further down the road, just for the BK, or Wendys. They are much better anyways. read more

Customer next to me received wrong order and person brought out more food to him no less than 2 times(still wrong food). Slow service. Surly workers. Ice cream machine is always broke. Food is not great to begin with, but this place manages to make it worse.

My boyfriend and I went through the drive through a couple days ago, and the girl who took our order worked with us super nicely and gave us no trouble at all. When we got to the window for our food, they gave us the wrong order, and my boyfriend asked politely for ranch, and the boy who gave us our food chucked the ranch into my car, leaving a mess IN MY CAR, and also spilling the ranch packets on my boyfriend. Neither of us know the kid, so he just did it just because. Learn better service read more

So as usual for fast food, I want to preface that their rating is based on their type of service. When it comes to good food and fast service, I would say that the Mcdonalds on 57 is probably one of the best ones in the city. They have a dual drive through so that the line moves fast and even if they have a giant line, most of the time they are able to get you in and out quick. The food is usually pretty fresh, but I have had some older quarter pounder patties in the past. The normal patties are always fresh though. I used to love coming here 10 years ago when Game cube was a pretty hot system. They used to have 4 video game consoles set up for people to play for free. They were the only ones who did that and I loved it. If you are aching for some Micky D's, this is the best one to go to. read more

i come to this mcdonald's all the time, me and my boyfriend eat out quite often and go to quite a few mcdoanlds around the liverpool/syracuse area. i understand we are all human and it's hard to give 100% amazing customer service all the time but hands down i get the worst service at this location. the lines always take a long time and you almost always wait, half the time whoever checks me out never even tells me to have a nice day or even my total for that matter. their icecream machine is constantly broken much more often then other locations and the food is not often hot. it states on google maps and various other map apps that this establishment is open 24 hours and after waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru while listening to a recording play on repeat we had someone come out and tell us they close at 12 and we could not be served even tho we got to the drive thru before 12 and the person in front of us got served not even seconds prior to us entering the drive thru. i am very unhappy with my service. read more

I went there today to pick up an Uber eats order and waited at least 15 minutes in the drive thru. When I finally get to the window I was greeted by an older lady who I told the code to and she said they didn't have it. So I pulled forward to a very rude woman who tried to find it and told me they didn't have it. When I asked her what I should do from here she screamed at me and said "I don't know cancel it what else is there to do!" And then she told me to drive off because I was holding up the drive thru. I have been to this McDonalds many times over the years and it has in the past, been one of the better McDonalds, was usually clean, and with kind staff. Sadly, today's experience was so bad, I am not sure I will return. When I arrived, I knew what I wanted. The little blonde cashier was fine. Not too friendly but not horrible. I sat at the cleanest table I could find, and it was pretty dirty as though it had not been washed in a few days. Once my food came, I was thankful. (I was pretty hungry). The first bite of my big Mac was so salty it burned my taste buds (and I normally love salt). I thought maybe a fluke, maybe it's me.. Second bite, nope, so salty I thought I was going to vomit. I brought the tray with my half-eaten inedible big Mac and my large fries (hardly touched because of the salt levels in my mouth being on fire) to the cashier. I attempted to explain that the burger tasted as though may be there was a salt accident in the kitchen, this little girl laughed at me, said sorry, and walked away. No conflict resolution, no offer to speak to a manager, this little girl refused to do her job and walked away. Thank goodness for iced tea, 2 glasses helped but my tongue is still on fire from the chemical burn of all that salt. I recommend going to 31 if you need McDonalds. Worst experience of food and cold rude customer service, and dirty restaurant. read more

Twice I have been treated with complete abuse by two different people who work at the drive through window where you pick up your food. They were extremely angry and aggressive. In case you have had the same experience, one was a black woman and the other time a black man. If you have had the same problem, the management should know that the same people are abusive to customers. Thank you. read more

This is what happens when you pay $10.00 plus an hour to people not worth $7. How can you screw up a sandwich like they do. Order a Bic Mac meal with NO lettuce on the burger. It gets repeated by the drive through order taker two times, only to get home and find lettuce everywhere but no pickle or onions. These people would screw up a one car funeral if they're allowed to drive. read more

we went on a Sunday at lunchtime. when we entered the store, there were three other people waiting to order. we were in there for over 5 minutes and the three other people were still waiting to order. at no time did any employees approach the counter or acknowledge the guests in line. the entire staff was worried about the drive thru and they ignored those of us in the place. there was absolutely no reason to stay so we left and went to Wendy's. deleted the McDonald's app, done with them. read more
