Consistently great coffee in a warm and inviting. Service is friendly and staff is knowledgeable about menu choices

It's always a treat to come here, get my coffee or tea and enjoy this lovely cafe. It's very eclectic inside, and bright and clean. The service is great and the drinks are excellent. They have snacks and food for breakfast and lunch. I'm sipping on a perfectly made pumpkin spice latte!

I haven't been to Ink Cafe in quite a while, so it surprised me to see their expanded outdoor seating area and koi pond! The us such a nice feature! And how many eateries in the Syracuse area have a koi pond? BTW I always enjoy the food and service year. If you haven't been, check it out.

TL;DR: Hidden gem. Highly recommended! **Ambiance** Cozy ambiance with a very welcoming vibe. Clean floor space. Lots and lots of natural daylight (which I really loved). Free and fast wifi. Around five tables for indoor seating. **Staff & service** Staff was fiendly and welcoming. Service was fast. **Coffee** I had a medium roast ethiopian coffee. Plain black with nothing in it. It was delicious. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. will definitely repeat.

I met a group of ladies at this adorable little cafe, great spot for a meet up. I lived in Cicero for years and somehow missed the charming cafe! So many choices for hot beverages, smoothies, pastries, breakfast, and lunch items and more! The service was efficient, though not very enthusiastic. I had a Dragon fruit smoothie, cold and refreshing on a hot summer day. The shop has merchandise as well. I will definitely be back to try breakfast or lunch menu items!

Melted cup from hot liquid being poured in for supposed cold brew

Super disappointed. My family loves this place so I decided to visit and get some cold brew. Ordered 2 cold brews and an egg and cheese bagel. Total was around 20$. It took a while to get our coffee which is odd for cold brew since it's already made and you just pour it in a cup and serve it right away at most places. There was a sign saying they were short staffed and it may take longer so I didn't really think much of it. I saw her working behind the espresso machine and it was kinda worrying me, I didn't order iced coffee or iced espresso but I didn't want to be a nag. Got the coffee and noticed that it was watery. I went back and asked her to make sure that it was cold brew and she said yes it is. Nothing more I can really do at that point, not going to cause a scene but I know what I taste. And it was hot brewed coffee iced down in a cup that's made for cold drinks. Notice the hot melting plastic at the bottom? Pretty upset for wasting money on that, ended up tossing it. I talked to my family who has had cold brew there and they informed me it comes from a little machine up front with taps. The bagel sandwich was nothing extraordinary.

There's no denying the positives about this place, namely the ambiance, spaciousness, outdoor patio, clean bathrooms, etc. However, the most important factor is the taste and quantity of coffee. My oat milk latte with sugar free hazelnut tasted watery and my husband reported that his espresso wasn't so good. We got there well enough after opening hours that I shouldn't have had to wait for the espresso machine to warm up to have gotten my coffee made.

I can't wait for my friend to try this coffe!!

Saturday morning coffee continues after a short hiatus. Naomi and I ventured out to cicero/clay area to try out a new roaster/coffee shop that I saw while driving around at work. It's really hard to miss the giant banner stating coffee house if you're looking for it. This place upon entry is really oddly setup. The seating and decor sort of looks like someone went to a thrift store and picked out tables and chairs and just haphazardly set them out. They have racks of non coffee related T-shirt's and hats and things on one wall for sale as well as some mugs and pounds of coffee. And huge posters and wall art about coffee scattered about. The ordering area is clunky and covered with random pastries in baskets and a tiny area to place an order. And no real solid place for a line to form. They are relatively new from what I can figure and haven't really hammered this part down. We both got pour over coffees with a dark roast and I got a egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a English muffin. It was relatively slow this morning and the coffee came pretty quick which is good because a pour over can take some time on a busy day and we didn't have to wait long. And the sandwich was quick to make as well. I'll admit the muffin was good but huge in comparison to other ingredients so it was a lot of bread, And not pretty looking. The coffee was slightly acidic and had a flavor I couldn't pin down. Not offputting flavor. Just something weird. It was average to me. I was gonna give this place three stars, for just being an average place with an average score. But they have something special in this one kid with dreadlocks that works there that came out to us. He apparently does a lot of their roasting and is obviously passionate about what he is learning as a craft. He came out and talked to us for a while and his passion earned them an extra star and I want to come back after a little while to see if he improves. That experience alone improved today's experience to above average, go support an up and coming roaster in the area. They can only do better if people help them out.

Enjoyed the London Fog tea with their Tuna salad sandwitch. First time here after being boxed out of closed Toast in Cicero!

There are daily specials as well as a regular menu. I opted to go with a small spinach salad, you can choose larger small, as well as a cup of tomato basil soup. The salad was magnificent and beautifully arranged, and the soup was delicious. The atmosphere is really nice and in the warmer weather there are seats out in the back and on the front porch. The women running this establishment are lovely and aim to please. We ordered at the counter and they brought our food out all at the same time , no small feet since there were about 12 of us. Helpful and Friendly staff with delicious food to keep you coming back. We had a couple of sandwiches which were simply lovely. The respective breads for sandwiching were cooked to perfection and the sandwiches were both so very tasty. A nice variety of sides, we got Mac salad and the Orzo, both delightful and reminding us of summer during this tough winter. We brought some homemade cookies home and yeah, you need to get some of those too. Absolutely wonderful experience, absolutely adorable cafe and we are very excited to return soon! Enjoy!!
