I had Panera cater a breakfast for my job. John, the catering manager, communicated very well with me and explained the different items thoroughly. My team loved the variety! The chocolate croissants were great and the muffin tops were also a big hit. I would recommend Panera catering from this location. read more

I ordered the spicy fiesta chicken which I believe is a newer item on Hot sandwiches menu. I was nervous it was going to have big chunks of onions or peppers, but it was just perfectly balanced. Service was friendly and fairly quick. I believe they made sandwich fresh. Chicken moist and Bread was warm and easy to bite into. $17 and change as a meal with chips and soda. This sandwich is a go to selection! I definetly would like to try some of the other new selections! read more

I usually go through the drive-thru to pick up a loaf of tomato basil bread, but this time I decided to go inside. The place was pretty busy, but there seemed to be plenty of seating. When I got to the counter, I asked the cashier if they had any fresh batches of tomato basil bread. She looked in the back, and I thought she said they did so I went ahead and paid for it but then I noticed her grabbing a loaf from the display and cutting it as I had requested. I was honestly surprised and a little disappointed. I thought I was getting a fresh loaf from the back, not one that had been sitting out in the open. I left feeling a bit let down by the miscommunication. read more

Food is always good at Penera Bread, alittle disappointed with the soup. I had broccoli cheddar and the broccoli seams to be missing. Service is good and your food is ready fast. I like the feel of the resentment. read more

I really do like Panera, the food tastes fresh with good flavors. I really like the soups and their bagels are tasty. My problem is with some of the portions. This Baja Bowl was very good tasting Rice and quinoa, black beans, corn, feta, pickled onions, avocado, sour cream and an avocado dressing. I really like quinoa, so I was disappointed it seemed like about 95% rice with just a little quinoa. And for $11.19 it just felt like there should be more food there. The service was very good and everyone was nice. I enjoyed my food but next time I'll order something different. read more

The young lady who took our order was patient and very sweet! She was accommodating as we were going back and forth with our orders. Plus the wait time wasn't long at all even being later in the afternoon. I appreciated that a server brought our food to us as well after calling the name for the order. This morning I asked to get cups first before placing rest of order. I was refused. No words were spoken- I did roll my eyes and huffed in irritation. After the coffee payment went through with no tip she told me she was the manager- she didn't like my attitude & I had to leave after I got my "product" or she'd call the police. I am 79 years old and under 5 feet tall. Kicked out because I wanted cups so my husband (87 yrs) didn't have to stand waiting. No longer a customer. read more

This is a standalone Panera. Does a brisk inside and drive thru business it seemed. I was here a few times - the sip club keeps me coming back - and service was fast and friendly. Easy parking. 3 stars for this large chain. I default chains to 3 stars as they must be A-OK to expand as they have. read more

! Took so long to get order they put hot drink up on counter right away got cold while waiting for simple toasted bagels . I asked for new one and got attitude while bagels finally get done they are sitting there getting cold . Then I asked repeatedly to get them she ignored me then I get them my butter wouldn't even spread on it cause it was cold. Granted busy but not fan ! read more

I was running late to work and decided to stop at Panera bread. I went through the drive through and ordered a sandwich with turkey, onions, lettuce, and mayo. Again I was running late so i assumed they did my order right, but I was wrong. They didn't put mayo on it and now i'm stuck with a turkey onion and lettuce sandwich for lunch and the only reason it's not dry is because on the turkey. All I know is that i'm never stopping here if i'm running late again. read more

Trustpilot reviews Review of Panera Bread Me 1 review US Rated 1 out of 5 stars 7 days ago Absolutely horrible experience Absolutely horrible experience with Panera Route 31 clay. I Ordered pick 2- Autumn squash soup and the chipotle chicken avocado sandwich. Girl- Michelle absolutely snotty attitude. Left me sitting waiting for 15 minutes. Another girl comes to window and has no clue Ive been sitting waiting. Michelle hiding to the side. Other girl ohh we are busy. IT WAS 7 PM NO one there. another 5 minutes hands me the bag. I said you sure you have correct order? Yes. NO apology for wait nothing. I get home open the sandwich it was WRONG sandwich. Grilled cheese looked like it was made by a second grader! It was melted to the bag! I wouldn't feed that to my dog. Called head quarters and sorry, Michelle should NOT be working with the public. Friendly staff and lots of seating, including outdoors. Odd layout though as I circled the eating area a few times to find the trash and gave up, only to find the only trash bins were at the ordering area at the entrance as I walked out. read more

Always a good choice for a quick lunch. I have probably orders food here more then 30x and the food had always been consistent. I like to order from the kiosk and then get the pager and sit down when eating in and if ordering to go I usually go through the app which is very convenient and fast. This time I chose to try the cinnamon crush Latte which was huge and really good. I usually order the BBQ chicken salad which is always very tasty, and I get the kettle chips which are really good. This location has outdoor seating where dogs are allowed and also has a drive through. read more

It doesn't take 40 minutes to package a sandwich, drink and soup. Wait was awful. when we went to the drive through to pick food up we were told they didn't even have the order yet. I had ordered thinking it was only gonna take about 15 minutes and once I got to the end it had said my only option is 3:40. On top of all that restaurant was basically empty so what is taking so long? read more

Turns out you can not call and talk to a real human at 7.45 pm. Not exactly the dinner hour.

Stand alone Panera Bread. Nothing outstanding about it. But no complaints either. Surprised at the amount of seating they had.

Really like this location for the fact that it has a drive-thru option!! I always order the creamy tomato soup however this time I tried their ten vegetable soup and their Baja grain bowls. Both were perfect. Also really love their everything but the kitchen sink cookie and their muffies!! read more

Despite an enthusiastic teen service staff, the food is meh (lukewarm, half filled bowl of veggie soup, which wouldn't have been bad had it been served hot); and the place has a strange odor. Despite this, it is the best Panera around. Go figure. read more

$40.00 for 2 sandwiches and 2 bowls of soup. 4 slices of ham on a foot long sub. Complete scam and total garbage.

The only reason they are getting 4 stars is due to Colby (otherwise it would be 1) I had an issue with a delivery and an item he gracefully took care of it over the phone. Panera is lucky to have him and he needs a raise because I know I was not the most pleasant to talk to. read more

I have been to Panera many times in different locales, so I knew what to expect for my first time at the Liverpool Panera. My experience was pretty standard: great selections with healthy options available (and if you aren't sure what constitutes a healthy option, just check the menu; they list the calories in all of their portions); good customer service; clean facilities; quick in and out. Price: if you have never been to a Panera before, expect to pay more than fast food fare prices, but it certainly won't break the bank. This particular location has a drive through, which I thought was a great idea, though I did not use it at this visit. I would say I am a fan of Panera, and my inaugural trip to this location has not changed my mind. read more

Anyone who has kids had been here a million times. My son loves, loves , loves the Mac and cheese. I like it too. Don't bother with their other variations of Mac and cheese those are gross. I pretty much tried everything here. I everything is pretty good. I normally get the pick two and get one of either soup and sandwich or salad and Mac and cheese. The Cuban is good. Don't be fooled by the steak and cheddar sandwich. It's roast beef and cheddar but is still decent. Having been here many times I must say it's overpriced. There are always long waits so pre-order from app. When you spend like 1000 bucks they give you a $5 reward or a cookie for having the app so that's cool. To be honest I would be shocked if anyone ever reads this but I did review Taco Bell and people did read it. Anything's possible, oh yeah green goddess salad is above average. read more

I have been going to panera on rt 31 liverpool for the past year. I always use the drive through. 4 out of 5 times my orders are missing items. This past visit I spent my whole hour of lunch driving back and forth to panera because they gave me the wrong sandwich. They are the most expensive place to order food from you would think they could get the order right for all the money they charge. VERY DISSATISFIED DON'T THINK I WILL BE BACK LOST MY BUSINESS! read more

Panera bread is one of my favorite restaurants in the world I used to always get the Mac and cheese we didn't go that often because we lived far from where Panera is but after awhile the Mac and cheese started to taste different and now I hate the Mac and cheese but then I started to get the grilled cheese with ether a bag of chips or the bread and I love it so overall I would give Panera bread 4 stars but I just wish the Mac and cheese tasted like it used to but I still love Panera and btw I love how you can order your food and it come's out really fast great service. read more

So after a few hours at the gym, my pregnant fiancé, brother, and myself decided to stop here for a late dinner. We all ordered using the electronic ordering devices near the entrance. We then sat down and awaited our meals. I was the first to get my food and this is where it went so wrong. A pretentious overweight unhappy, unkept, employee named Chuck brought me my food and simply dropped the plate onto the table and said "you have to be out in the next 20 mins" and left. Once he came back to drop off the other food I told him " I will sit here and eat my food until 10 when this place closes" he then said we'll kick you out and left. He returned to drop the last of the food off and o told him "I would love for someone to kick me out". He returned with "I'll call the cops" wow yeah that's a great way to talk to paying customers. Then I had the amazing experience speaking with the manager who seemed to speak in broken English, her name was gloria. I could already see the carelessness in her eyes through her black framed glasses. As I was explaining her employees misbehavior she turned around to look away and I had to remind her I was talking to her. I will never ever spend another dollar at a Panera bread and did file a complaint with head quarters. Karla and Chuck, may you two lose your jobs soon. read more

I love Panera and it's my "go to" place when I'm on the road and want healthy, consistent offerings. After yesterday's disappointing latte at Dunkin Donuts I thought I'd give Panera a shot. First of all, congratulations to Panera for putting calorie counts on the menu. It's great to have an idea if that soup that you thought was diet friendly is calorie friendly as well. I eat at Panera's a lot and and have a good idea about customer service and expectations which is why I was floored by the attitude of the woman who took my order. Not only did she look put out to be at the counter, she actually tapped her fingers on the counter while I was getting my money out! But was really suprising is that on the name badge it said she was an associate trainer. Bad choice, because even though my food was fine, I won't go back there because of her. read more

Had a craving for some soup. As soon as I ordered I had buyers remorse. $11 for a bowl of soup, 2" piece of bread, and a drink. It's the most ridiculously overpriced place around. The sad part is that I knew this before I went, but still felt disappointed and ripped off when I left. I'm not sure why I go back, but I do and always regret it. read more

This place is always packed. The vehicles at the drive thru was wrapped around the building. There was many customers huddled around the little touch screen kiosks an no one in line to talk to an actual human. Now I know why. By the time I got back to work with my food, I found out that I did not get what I ordered. Yet, after looking at the reciept, the human took my order wrong! The only good thing is that, thankfully I did get what I payed for. Unfortunately, not what I asked for. At least the French Onion Soup in a Sourdough Bread Bowl is back. Hopefully I will actually get it next time I order it. read more

My 4 cheese grilled cheese ... not exactly what I had in mind. I was hoping to let the pictures make my point but I hadn't written enough to qualify as a review and the powers that be identified my original statement as a tip. Perhaps I was unlucky with my choice tonight. Maybe by 9:30pm all of the cheese was gone. With luck this is enough babble to finally qualify my comment as a review and serve to caution readers to ensure there is a bit more cheese on their sandwiches. read more

1st time here in a while, not sure what to get. Ordered the pick 2, turkey avocado blt with French onion soup. The counter girl never told me that they bring the food to your table now, that was confusing but fine. The gentleman who runs the food was very nice, looks like he runs the dining room well. The soup and baguette were very tasty. The sandwich had very nice ingredients on it but big holes in the bread causing mayonnaise to get all over my hands on the first bite. After that, it basically fell apart so I just ate it with a knife and fork. Tasted good and did not want to complain. Would definitely try it again. read more
