Super tasty food, very filling. They make the best gluten free cookies and their ice teas are amazing. Great place for a quick bite to eat in downtown Skaneateles. There's seating inside as well.

My mother and I happened upon this place while out on a shopping day & looking for a place with something refreshing to drink. I was mainly looking for somewhere with bubble tea... but we arrived, looked at the menu, and opted to both grab something to eat too. We ended up both ordering taro blueberry bubble teas, then she ordered a 'Alex's Spring Roll Noodle Bowl' ($15), while I ordered a 'Antoun's Poke Bowl' ($15). I appreciate that GOOD Eats and Sips generally seems to cater to more healthy - especially vegan or gluten free diets - I just wasn't especially impressed. Upon receiving our bubble teas, it was clear that the non-dairy creamer used had separated at some point during the process of making our teas... so the top of the bubble tea was covered with curd-like bits. My mother thought the noodle bowl was good, and my poke bowl was okay. It was quite a small bowl for the $15 price point (I can usually get something at least 2x the size for that price - whether from one of my "go to" poke places, or from places I'll find while out and about). The salmon pieces were large chunks - 4 or 5 of them - which were somewhat difficult to get all mixed into the bowl and eat. It'd be nice if the salmon pieces were cut into smaller pieces so that they could be more manageable while eating. It's entirely possible I've been spoiled by having been to some really delicious, healthy spots that offer vegan or gluten free offerings (I don't have those dietary restrictions myself, but have plenty of friends that do - and so frequently enjoy those types of eateries), so maybe that's why GOOD Eats and Sips just doesn't stand out for me... I don't know. What I do know is that I was really quickly put off by the curdled looking non-dairy creamer on top of my bubble tea, and the rest of the experience just kinda fell in line as a bit disappointing. :-/ TL;DR Not on my list of eateries that I'm in a rush to return to, sorry.

Such a cute spot tucked into a tiny plaza in Skaneateles ACROSS from the lake! I got a tofu salad and the crispy tofu was perfection. The staff was friendly. They golden milk latte was very tasty. Some tables are quite close but there are roomy spots in the bac. Kid friendly to!

Boba milk tea!

What a cute place across from the park. We ordered our latte, coffee, and boba tea and sat around the center bar while we waited for our drinks. I really liked how you ordered up front but then picked up the drinks at the coffee bar in the back, as it encouraged even takeout orderers to come inside and sit a while. The lattes were good, and another party member really enjoyed their boba milk tea. We took them across the street and walked down the pier to watch the fish and the birds. I would happily visit again.

We all enjoyed this restaurant! Fresh healthy food that we took away to eat at the lake front. The servers were welcoming and great to answer questions that we had. We will definitely return!

My favorite place to grab lunch and quick healthy snacks while in Skaneateles! The power bites and chia seed pudding are so delicious. The salad bowls are great for a fresh and healthy meal. I also enjoy the organic matcha lattes! It is a little bit pricey but worth knowing the food is good quality!

I love the variety of food this restaurant offers! Also love that you can order online for pickup at a specific time and can totally customize every order and add things that you like. Creative menu choices with lots of healthy options.

I've been here twice hope visiting from FL and love it especially since it has options for those who want to eat a little healthier. I had their sugar milk boba tea which was amazing and also caramel macchiato with Oatmilk. The only dish I've had there twice bc I love it so much is Don's (I think?) Hangover noodle bowl and I highly recommend it. My husband has had their bagel sandwiches which he liked. The cafe is small but very cute, cozy and inviting. They have wifi too so it's the perfect place to get work done or be on your laptop. I'll be back when I'm back in New York!

Spicy Birria Ramen

If you're in the mood for a good meal Good Eats and Sips is the place to go. Today I got the spicy birria ramen and brown sugar milk tea. Nothings better than some good ramen and boba and let me tell you, it was fantastic. The ramen was so good it had me wanting to drive back for seconds and the boba was just as great. Whoever made the boba deserves a raise, they certainly weren't afraid to add some extra boba which as a boba lover, made my meal. I'll definitely be heading back there soon for some more good eats and sips.

The inside is very clean they have tables and a dining room area to sit and enjoy your food, and they recently opened up their outdoor patio to enjoy some fresh air while enjoying your food. The bathrooms are clean and the kitchen area is clean too. The service was excellent . I've been here three times since visiting Auburn, New York and every time the service has been amazing. The staff was quick to take our orders. They were quick with preparing the food, and they all worked as a team communicating, and helping each other. I saved the best for last, let's talk about the food! I got an everything bagel, toasted with scallion cream cheese, red raw onions, and fresh tomatoes. I also purchased a cinnamon scone for the road. All their pastries are made fresh as well as the bagels. They have a regular menu of the most popular bagels and they always do a bagel of the week. This week was a chocolate bagel. They also have gluten-free bagels. You can do breakfast sandwiches, they have specialty sandwiches. They have a large variety of flavorful cream cheese spreads. In addition to serving pastries and bagels, soups, salads they also serve a variety of beverages. In conclusion, Auburn bagel Company, as they say "A Schmear above the rest!" if you're visiting in the finger lakes area then you must try Auburn bagel Company, I promise, you will not be disappointed! Tony the owner and I had a very nice chat about bagels, lox and New York City!. Prices are in line with other scratch made bagels in the Syracuse area and they also mix their own spreads. I had a plain bagel with smoked salmon, scallion cream cheese spread, tomato, red onion and capers.there was a generous amount of spread and salmon and capers. They have hot coffee, tea and hot cocoa and a case full of cold drinks of all kinds. I had my breakfast with a nice cup of English breakfast tea and ordered 1/2 dozen bagels for take out. This bagel shop is a wonderful addition to Auburn!

The staff always seem to be hard at work as they are clearly in high demand. We were lucky this visit because all of the bagels were super fresh as it was peak busy hours. We also were lucky because we actually found parking quite quickly & didn't have to circle the block. I appreciate they offer sandwich options but I usually stick with a bagel & some form of cream cheese for myself because that's just usually my preference. This visit I got a rosemary salt bagel with salmon cream cheese. It was simple & perfectly what I was looking for that day. It's a beautiful space that is well lit & well decorated. It's easy to find them with their sign out front. It can get a bit crowded inside if they're busy but that's nothing to complain about it's just the reality of the space they are working with. Last note- it does always smell really amazing when you walk in there.
