I thought I reviewed this spot long ago but somehow I hadn't. Truth be told, I usually only order delivery because driving/parking on Marshall Street (while dodging all the J-walking college kids) is not my favorite. I was inside once though, and it's aesthetic. Cute lights, very on theme to its name. There are very few spots in Syracuse that do smoothie bowls, and this place does them right. My favorite is the coconut base, which I've yet to find at any of the other spots in town. I've had the mermaid and the pearl, and those were both tasty. I also once ordered a massive cup of fresh fruit, which was just so refreshing and healthy. This is one of the few spots you can get healthy food like this in central-ish Syracuse. I think they cater mostly to the university and hospital crowd, but I do enjoy nipping in for a treat every now and then. read more

Went with my sister and sister in law. It was busy but quick service. Clean place and nice music playing. We got 3 smoothies The Cure, The Surge, and They Mystic. All were wonderful. I would come back if I were in the area again. read more

Really enjoyed my bowl from here. I got the Lake Effect (coconut base, mango, almonds, honey) and added bananas and chia seeds. All bowls come with granola which is nice. I think all açaí places are overpriced but this bowl was super yummy!! read more

Wow I am very impressed. This shop opened a few days ago on the hill, which was a great idea. I think this might be the best one in cuse. Good size portion for only $10. Lots of options to choose from with an extensive menu or you can build your own. The granola does not contain any nuts. Fruit was very fresh. I loved the coconut base. I haven't seen a shop offer that. It's a coconut banana taste. Also their bases aren't as soupy as the other shops and I think I prefer it that way. This shop is going to be a hit. Such a great place to get a unique smoothie, salad, or smoothie bowl! It's nicely decorated inside also, and is a nice place to sit and hang out during the work day for a lunch break. A little bit pricey but the flavor combinations are worth it! read more

A little pricey but worth it in my opinion. The cashier was very sweet and the place itself is small and cute and quaint. They assume you are taking your order to go because I wasn't asked & the tables weren't cleaned. When I sat down for a moment to take a picture they didn't seem fazed so maybe there is no difference. I have to admit the fresh juice wasn't tasty in fact kind of gross but I drank it anyway for 7.50 ( I got melon Hydrate) - the smoothie was delish and guilt free because of the ingredients. I also got a create your own salad and that was tasty. Will be returning when I do another fruit and veggie diet! read more

First time coming here and it was excellent! For only being open for a week, they have everything organized and well staffed. This is the only açaí bowl shop in Syracuse. Pricing is not high and very comparable to other shops (less expensive than the açaí bowl place in Cicero). This was the best tasting acai bowl I've ever had. They have bowls you can choose from, or do a build your own! The fruit is very fresh. I waited less than 5 minutes for it as well. The interior of the shop is cute and gives off great vibes. All workers were friendly and explained the menu well. They have it well organized and have no cross contamination for typical allergies. Fantastic place and location! Will be returning. read more

Very poor customer service. An item on the menu which was the pearl comes with 4 fruits, I just wanted to substitute out the kiwi for banana or mango. I shouldn't be charged more for being allergic to kiwi. The cashier was creating a whole new bowl when I wanted exactly what comes on the pearl just a substitution. The logic behind I was being charged extra doesn't make any sense. The order was already in the make and the girl with the lazy eye come to do the whole order over. I was already service before and this did not happen. I left very unsatisfied. read more

Best açaí bowl place in Syracuse! So much better customer service than Baja bowls and actually have so many more better flavors!!! The aesthetic is so cute and the workers are always so welcoming and nice. read more
