Came many many months back but realized I didn't review. This place is amazing! There's gorgeous art and photography on the walls and the decor is great - cozy but sophisticated. This shop is pretty popular but I was able to nab a spot on a stool by the window and do some people watching. I got the matcha latte and it was divine. So creamy and complex and really delicious. I've never had high quality matcha before, but theirs is ceremonial grade. I also ordered the gravlax, and wow - stunningly plated with lots of colors, composed like a true piece of art. Great taste - light and delicate. Honestly, the food menu goes levels above standard cafe fare (though if you want a humble scone or muffin, they have you covered in their pastry case). Service was friendly. Just a home run on all accounts. I don't make it out this way super often but would make a detour or make the drive in the future. I want to come back and try more of their food, especially the congee and other dishes that you can't find elsewhere in Syracuse. Really spectacular! Check it out! read more

I don't get out to Manlius that often but when I do, I love stopping here. This time I tried the Brie/apple/turkey crepe and it was to die for! Super filling, lots of Bri, balsamic on top- I was stuffed and happy by the end. I also tried their oatmeal crème pie and it was huge and tasty! The coffee is freshly roasted and ground - and we love stopping in and bringing home a bag or two. The breakfast sandwiches are really good - but my favorite treat here involves agonizing over which macarons I need to nibble on! They always have a few different flavors and they are all good! I really enjoy meeting a friend here for coffee. We are so excited to finally have a great neighborhood coffee shop! We got their organic drip coffee and a few pastries, and what a treat! The peanut butter banana bread (which is DELISH!) paired with their coffee was the highlight of our morning! We also had the vegan carrot cake muffin, which is a hearty option for an alternative diet. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who is super friendly and clearly very passionate and knowledgeable about his craft. Their outdoor seating makes this a great option for a morning meet-up. The cold brew is delicious, it has a rich deep rich flavor. My toddler picked out some desserts from their case to take to go, and the staff was so friendly and patient with him. He picked some macarons in a few different flavors, a snickerdoodle cookie, and a chocolate peanut butter brownie which everyone who tried said were very tasty. It is a nice space to hang out inside as well, with wifi to get work done and comfortable seating to just hang out and talk. read more

Visited here for the first time with my fiancé for his birthday. He was in the mood for crepes and we'd both heard good things about this cafe. The comments were accurate, the crepes were great! Not too sweet, they weren't soggy, and the fruit was fresh. I ordered a breakfast sandwich & it was also good! The bread was perfectly toasted and the mixed greens also were fresh. For drinks we got an iced chai and an iced latte. The iced chai was just a bit too sweet for my personal preference and the iced latte was a bit too bitter. I decided to order the Home Star which is at the top of the menu. It is two eggs, cheese, aioli, and dressed greens. Underneath, it says served on bread but the item is NOT under the sandwich section. Therefore, I thought it was eggs, aioli, and cheese on a piece of bread with a side salad. In fact, it was a sandwich with a small amount of greens. I was disappointed because I can't have bread and wanted a filling breakfast. I figured the bread was only part of the meal but it was basically the whole meal. This item should be put under the sandwich section because it's a little deceiving. The iced coffee with oat milk was delicious and the crepe my boyfriend got looked good. It was made with real whipped cream, Nutella, and fruit. I feel as though if you are eating in, you should get read cups as opposed to disposable. One person had real cups but the rest had paper/plastic. I guess you have to ask if you want that. It just gives a better feel when you're dining in. read more

Went in for a drink today with my sister. I decided to try a drink made with cbd and my sister had a coffee. I was excited to see it was made in New York State because I like to try and buy local!! The girl that waited on us was really friendly. The place has a cool vibe and I like the decorations. My drink was different with a sightly bitter taste but it was all natural which I liked! Update- the owners response is NOT accurate as I was not the one that placed the order nor did I say what our coffees were. I also posted this a few weeks later. Long wait to help contribute towards getting diabetes. Sooooooo much sugar in everything. Was told it would take 15 min at most for food- took 35 minutes. The crepes were loaded with sugar and so was the coffee flavored hot sugar water- no way you can classify that as coffee. The sandwiches were pretty tough as the sandwich is pretty much thick bread with rubbery meat. It did have a good taste though, just not worth the hassle trying to eat. read more

I love this coffee shop, the space is awesome and welcoming. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The coffee is some of the best in Manlius. They also serve food as well as a good selection of takeaway pastries and sandwiches. My only complaint is they aren't open Mondays, which is one of the days I know a lot of people need coffee and a pick me up the most. However I will still be going there whenever I need good coffee and great crepes. read more

Sky top is by far the best cafe I have ever been to...and offers the best food available in Manlius. We waited very little in an appropriately social distanced line. We ordered an iced chai latte. It came out before we had even finished paying and was absolutely perfect, better than any other cafe, and twice as good as Starbucks. We had "the cheat" - an egg sandwich (eggs are your choice) elevated by awesome bread, duck bacon, arugula, balsamic glaze and cheese of choice. Both varieties of sweet crepes we had were also amazing. Not to mention that the ambiance and decor is modern yet comfortable, the outdoor seating (though full) looked inviting. The choice of serving materials were functional, stylish and showed a commitment to eco-consciousness and sustainability. I would have shared a picture but we ate it all too quickly. The best and unique coffee experience you will find anywhere local. I used to be a die hard Starbucks Reserve store goer until I discovered Skytop. Their coffee is unique and selected from all the regions known for their best coffees. The store is operated by the owners themselves along with a wonderful team. You will love the ambiance and the welcoming attitude. The bakery stuff specially the Croissants from Toast and the Gluten free Almond cake Is my favorite.
