It's been awhile since I've been here but I remembered how cute it was and the coffee was good. My sister & I were on our way to Binghamton so we stopped here for coffee. It's just as cute as I remembered and everyone working here is so pleasant. We ended up getting toasted cinnamon raisin bagels with cream cheese and coffee. A quaint place tucked back off the main road. Plenty of parking. Eclectic decor with sunshine that streams through the windows creating a friendly atmosphere. I ordered a vanilla honey Matcha. It was delicious! It was just the right amount of sweet and matcha. For food, I ordered the Tilly Pickle bagel. Delicious! Service was fast and friendly. I am very judgmental about the taste of coffee and am very rarely pleased (although I still sip it down and deal with it lol), but we have gotten drinks from this place 2 days in a row and I have loved it both times!! Highly recommend their iced caramel latte with whole milk. Today I tried Miss Piggy on a sun-dried tomato bagel. The bagel tasted homemade which I loved and the entire sandwich was very light and fresh. I do wish the maple aioli had more of a wow factor. The flavors of the sandwich were pretty simple. Also I think there should be more ham on it, but it was pretty good. I definitely recommend this place for their coffee and would suggest the sun-dried tomato bagel! read more

I was very hungry when I stoped here. Had been on the road for a while and needed a break and a snack. I was planning on trying a place nearby, but as I drove by here I was drawn in. And it was a good choice. Supper friendly. Presumably the owner at the register. Perhaps a family member at the grill. I had an egg sandwich with a bagel in place of bread. It was super good. The cheese was terrific. Evidently it's vegetarian. This isn't something that smacks you in the face I actually found out on my way out. It was so good I'll stop here again. read more

I've meant to review this before, but a good friend just had a very similar experience to what I've had. Here is his text to me, and the reason all that is wrong with this world..... "I actually do like their coffee there but their service is always horrendously slow. Coffee and Wife's chai tea came out but I ordered a bagel with olive cream cheese. I watched her pull it out of the toaster and set it on the table then they began to talk about liberal bs along with Tik-Tok videos. They giggled and laughed and carried on for nearly 5 minutes while the bagel sat there on the counter. Finally the girl walks over and starts to put the olive cream cheese on it I told her I did not want that Bagel cuz it was probably cold and that their liberal Tik Tok videos sucked. I might have said a few other things as well I told her I wanted a refund and I left with some expletives." I've had the same experience. If you're politics are not aligned with theirs, your blood pressure will raise. They are slow and show little regard for service. Most of my reviews are positive, but I have a huge issue with terrible service. Go next door to the Elm Street Cafe. The staff are attentive and polite. read more

I've visited here a few times and have been impressed virtually every time. I usually opt for food but have tried their coffee based drinks. The food is great, just recently had a breakfast sandwich that was excellent. The bagel was fresh and eggs were perfectly cooked. Every coffee drink I've had from here has been strong and delicious. The are vegetarian/vegan friendly. The service is always welcoming. The atmosphere is bright, clean and cozy. I absolutely love that they offer other locally made products and local artwork for sale. Bloomin' Cup is a great addition to the sparse dining scene for the area. I highly recommend to anyone local or traveling through. read more

I've been here twice now after saying for months that I have to try it; and I am officially hooked! I ordered a caramel latte and one of the egg sandwiches. Both were delicious! The inside is so cute and makes you wanna hang out for a bit if you're not in a rush. I love everything about the decor. The two ladies at the register were sweet and helpful. In fact, there was an old man (I'm assuming a regular because they knew him by name) getting up to leave as I came in and one of the girls offered him a ride home because it was pouring out. All around good vibes here and delicious coffee and snacks, I will never go back to a Dunkin Donuts again. Can't wait to come back! read more

I stopped into this cafe with a friend yesterday 7/25/23 at approx. 1230, for lunch. I ordered the "The Breakfast Caprese Bagel Sammich - A sundried tomato bagel with pesto aioli, melted provolone cheese and tomato". I received my sandwich and the bagel had what look like raisins. I went back up to the counter and told them that I got the wrong bagel; I told them my sandwich was made with a cinnamon raisin bagel (it even tasted sweet). I was told that I was mistaken; that the blackish-brown dots I saw on my bagel were "sun-dried tomatoes." AND I was told this by at least 3 workers. I go back to my table and eat one of the "blackish -brown dots" and it was a RAISIN. I go back to the counter and the staff doesn't agree with me, they just tell me that they will make me another one. When I got the new bagel sandwich it was obviously (no blackish-brown "raisins" anywhere in sight) a different (correct) bagel. The sun dried bagel was a slight reddish tinged and had NO RAISINS. They never apologized or acknowledge their mistake. They made me feel like a jerk for complaining! I will never go there again. Cute little coffee shop here in Tully. Very small town vibe with the locals gathering and hanging out. Lots of tables to work at (not sure if there are plugs available though). There were two people behind the bar when I ordered my muffin and latte. They both were super nice and worked together to heat up my muffin + make my latte. This place is a great place to stop by and pick up something quick to go. It also seems like a great place to stay for a while and enjoy your drink and food. Definitely will be coming back if I'm ever looking for some coffee or pastries before I head to work. read more

Love this place!!! My husband and kids love coming here too! Kids always want the frozen hot chocolate, even on freezing cold days. They're coffee is fresh and made exactly how you want it! Wether you need a quick cup on the way out or a nice place to sit on a porch and have a vegan sandwich, you can't go wrong with this locally owned and operated shop. This coffee shop has a very cute setup and makes some feel at home. The decorations illuminate the room with positive feelings. I've been here quite a few times now, as it is a nice hangout spot to go after school with some friends in the off-season. However once we talk about the food and service, now that's where it goes downhill. The coffee has been burnt almost every time I've ordered it, and the iced coffee doesn't seem to taste right. The food is slightly overpriced with the service being pretty slow, but for a small business this place is doing pretty well. I wish I could give it a 2.5 because I don't think it deserves a 2 but certainly don't think it deserves a 3. read more

It is the best thing to have happened to Tully since I moved back here 6 years ago! I love when I have a break during the day to go over there and grab some great coffee and a wonderful bagel. I prefer bagels over donuts any day and the Bloomin Cup delivers. The people who work at BC are friendly, courteous and great at getting you exactly what you want. Came in to get a coffee and iced chai tea, bagel with olive cream cheese. Coffee came out quick. Chai tea came out a short time later. Three girls working but chatting about Tik Tok videos Etc. I watched the one lady pull out the bagel and let it sit on the counter. Megan came to the pickup area and said it'll be right out and apologized. Their conversation continued about various Tik Tok videos and other personal effects. Meanwhile I sat and watched the bagel sit on the counter. As I continue to listen to their stories, i started my timer on the phone, when it got. to 4 minutes and 36 seconds one of the girls finally grabbed the bagel and started putting on the cream cheese. I advised her I did not want that Bagel as it's been sitting there was probably cool and that I would like a refund. The worker Megan gladly returned the credit to my credit card and as I walked out the door I heard one of the girls say I did not even know anyone was in here LOL. Not only do they have fabulous, seasonally inspired coffees, but their homemade soups & sandwiches are fresh, made to order deliciousness. There's a wide selection of locally made baked goods - many of which are gluten free. My FAVORITE part of this little gem is the atmosphere. It's a warm, inviting hang out, with artwork from local artists, amazing music and eclectic décor. The baristas are funny, professional and always treat you as though you're their favorite customer!! I love this place! I order a decaf iced americano and it is the best around - strong, balanced, and flavorful! I have also tried the chai shake which is delicious and a nice treat. They have a menu with a good amount of options - yummy pastries, bagels (from Caz Bagel), and soups for lunch. The decor is adorable, trendy, and relaxing with a couch, a couple of nice cushy chairs & a few tables. Also has outdoor seating and allows dogs! I could hang out there all day. Only down side (and this happens at all coffee shops), if there's a line, it can take a few minutes to get what you want since everyone is making a custom order.
