She said I would need to give my credit card information just in case my insurance was not accepted. She assured me twice that Kelly's Choice would not charge my card before notifying me. My initial appoint was for November 29, 2021 for a Zoom call. I waited for an hour for the meeting to start but no one showed up. I checked Kelly's Choice's website to make sure of the appointment. I checked for any messages notifying me of an appointment change or cancelation. There was nothing. I left a message about the missed date, and I stated that I hoped this would not reoccur in the future. They said someone called me to notify me, but I did not receive a message. There is an option on the website to make, cancel, or change appointments, but the appointment was never canceled and there were no messages sent. The appointment was rescheduled for December 8, 2021, which was yesterday. I thought she would have made a pretty good dietary coach, I was excited to work with her. I called my insurance to see whether I would be covered for her services, she was not--that was not a problem for me. I notified her that my insurance would not pay for her services, and I thanked her for everything. I woke up this morning to a charge of $150 on my credit card, but she did not notify me that she was going to charge me for the services before hand. I would have agreed to pay it in full in January, it was not budgeted to come out in December. It is unfortunate that I was told one thing and another thing occurred. This shows a lack of integrity. I am very disappointed in Kelly's Choice. She seemed like a very nice and honest person. Money is tight right now, and we discussed being women in business yesterday before the coaching began. I do not know whether she was afraid that I was not going to pay her or what. But it would have been nice if she honored what was discussed when I initially spoke with her.
