I got a breakfast sandwich that had real eggs on stretch bread onions, and cheese topped with a little bit of hot sauce and a chocolate peanut butter protein milkshake to wash it all down. The menu has a variety of options from food to lattes, milkshakes, cooler drinks and some quick grab N go snacks. I ordered my food and milkshake at the counter. The host was helpful in helping me pick some of the best and most popular choices. She recommended some options and her options were great. I love them both. Plus they sell stretch bread from a local bakery. The inside of the dining area was clean well spaced out had window options for great natural light to come into the dining room. They had outside patio seating. The restrooms were clean. I'm happy I finally got to check out Cafe 108 before I leave town . I'm bummed that I did not discover the Cafe until later in my stay. I was inside once though, and it's aesthetic. Cute lights, very on theme to its name. There are very few spots in Syracuse that do smoothie bowls, and this place does them right. My favorite is the coconut base, which I've yet to find at any of the other spots in town. I've had the mermaid and the pearl, and those were both tasty. I also once ordered a massive cup of fresh fruit, which was just so refreshing and healthy. This is one of the few spots you can get healthy food like this in central-ish Syracuse. I think they cater mostly to the university and hospital crowd, but I do enjoy nipping in for a treat every now and then.

Trying to separate what little meat there was from the fat was impossible so I had to give up and bring it home to a cutting board and an extremely sharp knife. I haven't tried to eat it yet but it looks as fatty as the first. Both had been totally covered by a condiment that I think should have been served in a separate container to allow the diner to regulate the amount desired. The base was a pilf which made trying to cut the chops even more difficult because every time the meat or the knife slipped, the table was showered with grains....all a bit slapstick....! As I previously said, my wife loved her meal and the previous visit was epic so I hate to criticise but I'm just trying to be honest and fair.
