My last visit I called to place a phone order before I went you the ATM next door and I'm so glad I did. I walked in and there was roughly a party of 15 ahead of me. I've been to this location a few times and usually don't have to wait. The girl taking my order kept her composure in what could've been a stressful situation and gave me a big smile because she knew I was happy that I called ahead. After I paid for my order I did in fact get my 2 bowls before the party of 15 and they were made perfectly. I will say the chocolate bowl wasn't my favorite because it has a very intense cacao taste so I won't be ordering that again. My 2 favorites are the açaí and the spirulina which I add flax and cacao as a topper. Looking forward to my next bowl! read more

Today I visited SoBol with a couple friends for the first time! We came at around noon, but luckily we were able to grab seating since it appeared as though many people got their bowls to go. Their service was very quick and the atmosphere was very chill. Their menu shows a couple of different options for bowl flavors to choose from, but me and my friends ordered the classic açaí. I added the cookie butter to my bowl and I highly recommend doing so, it was so delicious!! After we chatted and ate our bowls, we went over to the chalkboard to doodle, which was really fun! Overall, if you want to try an açaí bowl (which you should) or you have a craving and want to visit somewhere local, I recommend you give this place a try! read more

I absolutely love the açaí bowls here! Everything tastes very fresh, and the fruit is so flavourful. They are my favorite in the area. I highly recommend adding cookie butter to your bowls. New business in town and a friend of mine suggested to give it a try. We arrived around a little bit after 9:30 in the morning. I got the sunshine bowl and my friend got it the acai with protein powder added. She didn't finish hers because it was too cold. I enjoyed mine though. The classic size is good for a light breakfast, or a post-workout snack. I don't care for smoothie (I like eating fruit as is) so I don't think I'd come back again though. First time checking out a place like this and it did not disappoint! It's a small and cute interior. The menu is easy to follow and consists of bowls and smoothies with options to add additional toppings. I ordered the green bowl which is blended spinach, mango, kale, almond milk and banana topped with granola, coconut, mango, strawberries, blueberries and honey. I subbed out the honey and got a scoop of peanut butter and extra banana slices on mine. It was SO refreshing and delicious. I finished the whole bowl and and it definitely hit the spot. The only con I suppose is that it is a little pricey - I spent $30 on two bowls but it was a nice treat and I know if I made these at home it would be about the same or probably even more expensive. Decided to try this place out and it did not disappoint. We ordered the Waffle package that included a blend of Açaí and flax seeds. The order was To Go and very well packaged. My BF and I loved the waffle it was soo tasty! It was like having a smoothie on top of a waffle. The fruit was very fresh (which can be a challenge) when it's out of season in the northeast. The fruit included strawberries, blueberries and I added Kiwi (my fav)! The location is on East Henrietta Rd and my only constructive comment is the limited parking is an issue. I wish I was able to customize the bowls more for the price. Moving from Boston I had many options of açaí bowls. So I was glad when moving to Rochester there was a açaí bowl place close. However , I was shocked when seeing the total. I don't hate them but I don't love them. However, due to the price I probably would not come again . If price is not an issue I would say it's a good place to start your journey on trying these bowls. But I'll stick to making them at home for the time being. read more

I came here for the grand opening as was impressed. As soon as you walk in you can smell the delicious fruits they're working on. I see them as a bit pricey but Acai bowls usually are. The service is very friendly as well. I would probably come back here but the likelihood would increase if a promotional offer was offered. read more

Yummy! I have tried 3/4 of the bowls and I like them all. Standard bol comes with two layers of granola- which is delicious. 1 layer of yummy smoothie goodness. Then topped with fresh fruit, honey and coconut. It's super customizable which is great. As mentioned in other reviews, the price is the only deterrent for me. You have to think of the bol as a full-fledged meal to justify it. If your a "healthy" person like me then the bol goes into the snack/ appetizer category.
