I tried to see what the chicken looked like, but I couldn't even find it. It just had so much sauce! It was ok, but I'd ask for much less sauce next time, or order a different wrap, which is probably what I'll do.  The pesto grilled cheese was very good.  I ate half the wrap and half the grilled cheese, and that was all I ate. It's definitely decent portions.  I drank the smoothie as I ran errands and drove home.  It was also a very decent size.  I got the Bahama Mama. I was hoping it would taste kind of like a Hummingbird you can get in Jamaica, but it didn't.  I really couldn't taste the white chocolate, so I think I'd just get a regular fruit smoothie next time. It was still good though.  There's a new location coming to Webster, which I'm sure I'll be able to come to more.  It literally took me over 20 minutes to get here from Jefferson Road. This plaza and that intersection are very busy. I will be back though, and plan to try more of the plant based chicken.

It seems like there's only one person making the smoothies while others are in the back prepping produce. Last time I came in, there were five people ahead of me, one person doing everything, and I ended up leaving. Today was better someone rang me up, and there were only a couple people ahead of me, so it moved faster this was a plus! Honestly, it feels a little hit or miss these days. Get my smoothie, check out the grab and go cooler, and learn more about what this great spot has to offer. The bulk of their biz is meal prep and nutrition planning - and they seem to have a strong clientele of Rochesterians. They are conveniently located in the Lac De Ville plaza and I was in and out within five minutes. Everyone was SO kind and helpful, and my shake was really delicious. I am a protein powder SKEPTIC. I think it makes everything taste like diet chalk. I am pleased to report my banana shake did NOT taste like chalk, and I downed the whole thing throughout the course of an afternoon. I am grateful for anything that includes calorie counts these days. As I am aiming to be a bit more mindful about how much I am consuming in a given day (and of what!) this is really helpful. Given that we're home so much, I haven't had an issue making time for meal planning and grocery shopping. When we get back to "normal" and time is taken up by events and other happenings, I would ABSOLUTELY consider doing a meal program through PLN. I look forward to the next time I can stop by, and would recommend for anyone in the area looking for a lighter lunch option.

The dough was wonderfully flaky , and the filling was amazingly savory. I liked the spinach, and I'm not sure what type of cheese it was. But it played with the spinach perfectly it reminded me very much of a spanakopita, which I also love. The baklava was also excellent. It was perfectly flaky on the outside, and the honey, and the nuts inside were just fantastic. It is one of the better baklava that I have ever had. Now let's talk about the Turkish coffee. I've had Lebanese coffee, and I loved, and Ithought was strong.... the Turkish coffee makes Lebanese coffee taste like decaf that you would get from a cheap corner diner. With just a little bit of milk and sugar, it was perfect it was rich, and it was strong! At this point, I could probably make it to six hours to my destination without a car :).
