Wooohooo I love the Baytowne location and am so happy to see BF in it's second home in Pittsford! Same great menu, same super sweet staff, but a larger space for seating and enjoying your shake or acai bowl. While I used to only enjoy the acai bowls, I have moved on to trying their smoothie menu as well. I really love the Tropical Zen and my partner is a sucker for the Islander smoothie. I don't think you can really go wrong. I do want to say also how grateful I am to have calorie counts on the menu, in addition to the ability to modify and BYO shake/smoothie at this location. I made a pit stop after grocery shopping at TJ's and my order was ready within 5 minutes of placing it. Look no further for your delicious healthy lunch or breakfast! Yes, prices are on the high side, but I take comfort in knowing they are fully transparent about ingredients and am willing to pay more for peace of mind. Happy smoothie sipping!

Average cost of a protein smoothie is about $10. This is more or less a meal replacement smoothie, at cost and level of protein (average about 32g protein but one had 60g!). They do have non protein smoothies for about $8, also have acai bowls. The protein shakes I would say are above average. The protein powder doesn't leave too strong of a chalky flavor. If you drink protein powder all the time, I would venture these would taste 100% delicious. But to someone that's not super into protein powder flavor, I feel it was 20-30% noticeable, definitely not over powering but was present in the flavor. They have some really fun flavors and their presentation is awesome. Mine had fruit loops on top, another had colored marshmellos. I mostly ventured here because the pictures of the smoothies were beautiful. At $10 each with mild chalky flavor, I don't know if this would be my go to place. Very trendy inside, would be a decently cool place to meet up with friends. The music was decently loud so not 100% conducive to conversation but maybe that's your vibe. Definitely worth checking out if you're considering and enjoy smoothies/meal replacements/acai bowls

First time visiting this place and absolutely loved it. The staff were super helpful and helped me select this delicious blueberry pancake protein shake. It was sooo tasty. They also have all of the nutrition facts handy for each protein shake which was super helpful for logging. Can't wait to come back and try the other shakes and smoothies!

I hate giving small businesses a bad rating but come on. $16 for an acai bowl?! I guess when you have zero competition in town you can charge whatever you want. Coming from a city where there is an acai store or truck in every corner for $10 (which tastes SO good) this was not worth it. To be completely honest, had this been my first acai bowl, I would never try another one again. The aftertaste was gross. I left feeling sick to my stomach.

My mom and I came to Body Fuel for the first time recently and really enjoyed it! I loved the space inside and they have plenty of tables. The menu is huge - TONS of protein shakes, with a variety of calories if you want something light or a full meal replacement. My mom got a protein shake and I got an açaí bowl. I didn't love the açaí bowl, but it's probably because I'm used to the Refresh park ave one, which I prefer. I did like how you can pick your toppings though. I'll be going back to try some of the protein shakes but won't be getting an açaí bowl again.

I'm an active person and on a hot day, I was craving a cool protein packed smoothie and stumbled upon this place. There were so many options for smoothies in a variety of flavors. I got the peanut butter flavor and my boyfriend got the strawberry one. Each was around $9. I loved the flavor, it was very filling and refreshing. It was a great protein smoothie and will likely return after another hard workout.

So good and filling ! A beautiful step up and very welcoming employees, definitely a go to for a healthy treat!

Delicious smoothies, juices, and protein shakes. I've only had the Riggie's PB Cup and Fitzgeralds Fortune, but everyone else loved the varieties they got as well. You pay a hefty price on them, but they are a nice treat from time to time.

They offer a variety of classes and even have a reasonably priced two-week pass for newcomers to try different options. I don't come as often as I used to because I live in the city, and it's not just a quick drive. I was more active with Breathe when they had locations in College Town and at Hutchinson House on East Avenue. That said, it's worth the trip--I take a restorative yoga class with a sound bath here, and so far, it's the only place in the area that offers this as a regular class. The space is lovely, with a great selection of gifts, books, clothing, and more. Parking can be a bit frustrating, as the lot behind the building sometimes fills up, and street parking may be necessary.

I attended during an event and I asked if there was anything I can have other than a black coffee and listed my allergies. No cows milk, cashew milk, soy milk options. The staff member offered to remove certain ingredients and they sanitize everything before my order would be made. That is way more than I expected. The yoga offered was a gentle beginner yoga. I have been to many yoga classes and would have labeled it a beginner moving to intermediate. It included long pose hold times, balance, and vinyasas. The instructors are great. Patient and offer modifications. They really promote inclusiveness and do what your body needs.

The Turkish coffee arrived in the most adorable cup, strong and velvety with that classic, unapologetic depth, paired with a soft, rose-kissed Turkish delight that made the whole thing feel like a ritual rather than just a caffeine stop. I took my time to enjoy every sip of it. And then the rice pudding. Served warm in a rustic clay bowl, topped generously with pistachios--it hit that perfect balance of creamy, lightly sweet, and comforting without being heavy. One of those desserts that sneaks up on you and suddenly you're scraping the bottom of the dish. The space itself is cozy and thoughtfully put together, and the people working there genuinely elevate it. Kind, welcoming, and happy to let you linger a bit, which feels increasingly rare. Get my smoothie, check out the grab and go cooler, and learn more about what this great spot has to offer. The bulk of their biz is meal prep and nutrition planning - and they seem to have a strong clientele of Rochesterians. They are conveniently located in the Lac De Ville plaza and I was in and out within five minutes. Everyone was SO kind and helpful, and my shake was really delicious. I am a protein powder SKEPTIC. I think it makes everything taste like diet chalk. I am pleased to report my banana shake did NOT taste like chalk, and I downed the whole thing throughout the course of an afternoon. I am grateful for anything that includes calorie counts these days. As I am aiming to be a bit more mindful about how much I am consuming in a given day (and of what!) this is really helpful. Given that we're home so much, I haven't had an issue making time for meal planning and grocery shopping. When we get back to "normal" and time is taken up by events and other happenings, I would ABSOLUTELY consider doing a meal program through PLN. I look forward to the next time I can stop by, and would recommend for anyone in the area looking for a lighter lunch option.

We DoorDashed the order and the food came nicely prepared and packaged with order labels and our names written on top of the lids. Pleasantly surprised to discover that Shaloka is a food court stand in Eastview Mall. The quality of their bowls exceeded my expectations of typical food court food. What sets Shaloka apart from Tai Chi is their fruit bowls (Açai and Pitaya/Dragonfruit) and also their Signature Bowls. The fruit bowls are super refreshing and are akin to a smoothie in a spoon and bowl format. Their Signature Bowls also take the guesswork out of it. They are recipes that have already been tested. They are still customizable and you can even build your own like at Tai Chi if you wanted to. I got their Signature Hawaiian Classic bowl and it was delicious. Ahi tuna, salmon, avocado...enough said. It was yummy and I actually really loved their brown rice. It was short grain and had some good texture. Overall, it's the best poke i've had in Rochester, which isn't saying too much because there aren't too many other options. But still, the bowls are well-composed and feel more like a whole dish than a bunch of toppings thrown on top of rice.
