They provide all the nutrient info for you on the menu. They are located inside a small business center so there is plenty of parking. But there is no clear signage until you walk in. It's a family run establishment which is always nice to see. The protein donuts and waffles are made to order so be aware of that. Maybe order ahead or online so you aren't waiting. I was skeptical about the donuts as I've had protein donuts before and they were not good at all. You can pick different toppings (not sugar free) too. These donuts are small but they are light and fluffy and did not leave me feeling tired after eating them. I opted for the Samoa Smoothie which was a nice treat. The Strawberry Mojito Energy drink tasted fresh. You can also get the energy drinks with carbonation. I look forward to trying more flavors.

The prices and servings are reasonable. The kiddie size is perfect - plenty to get a good taste without becoming completely stuffed. The folks working there are always attentive and polite. They have plenty of tables to sit at on the lawn out front. My only criticism is that the oat milk ice cream flavor doesn't seem to rotate often.

After explaining to her what I couldn't eat due to my surgery, we found a delicious shake that fit my requirements. I wanted to grab one "to go", but we were fearful that it would separate and wouldn't be very good later. FEAR NOT! She put all the ingredients in the cup and wrote the remaining directions so I can mix later or tomorrow. Both shakes were beyond delicious, and the fact they are nutritious is a BONUS! Thank you for helping me meet my dietary intake goals post-surgery. I couldn't be happier!
