From my understanding, the owner is from Syria and I have some very good friends who are Syrian so it was good to experience more of their culture. The decor and space is beautifully decorated. They have 2 floors of ample seating room with comfy couches on the first floor and separate tables upstairs for studying, working or catching up with a friend. We tried their Chai tea and Pistachio latte and one of their tomato fatayers. On a recent visit to Rochester, one of my friends and I met up at this cool location for a coffee and to catch up. There are options galore for drinks and they're so good. I loved my marshmallow latte. They have options for board games, events they host, and a small corner for small/local artists to share and sell their products. Roast master told me he does the sourcing, blending and roasting. This one had Ethiopian and Colombian beans. Fabulous blend of earthy and chocolate tones. I bought a pound to prepare with my French Press at hotel and the roaster grinded it to a perfect coarse. Side note: please never drink coffee from those hotel room machines. You can always do better! Come, have a coffee, have lunch, buy beans or ground coffee for your enjoyment at home. This is the type of place that makes café lovers feel right at home, even when traveling.

It had me wondering if we were going to be stuck in the drive through for a bit. I was surprised by how efficient everything was as the workers were taking orders well ahead of the line which seemed to keep things moving. The menu has so many options I wasn't sure what to pick. I went with the Cherry Blossom Lemonade. Consisting of cherry and peach flavor in a lemonade. I chose a medium which was quite large and cost me less than 5 dollars. The drink was real tasty! I have been craving another. The ordering process was quick and easy. I think the overall time taken was a little under 10 minutes. Not much ambiance to be found as it's a drive up operation. They did have music playing and signage which initially confused me, as I thought you could get two medium drinks for 7 dollars. (Plus stickers!) the employee explained this is a special they have on the 7th of each month and it can get quite busy as who doesn't want discounts and free stickers?
