This was the five guys i went to the most since I worked in the same shopping center. Really good burgers and fries :D

Went on a Sunday night with my daughter... About 4 tables and no one in line. I ordered a hamburger with a side of fries... Asked for the fries to be extra crispy and it came out perfect! Crispy outside and tender inside with just the right amount of salt...but ran out of fries too soon... I didn't know Five Guys had a junior size fries...I could never finish the fries I get at Five Guys, but I did today and left wanting more.... Even my daughter commented on how little fries were in the bag. It was equivalent to a large order of fries you get at McDonald's. I felt short changed. Hope next time, I'll get more than a handful. read more

Just ate at 5 Guys for the first time in Sarasota, Florida location and was totally underwhelmed!!! Burger made of good beef but unless you added 19 different toppings on it was dry and tasteless. Bun was very soft, airy and didn't hold up very well at all. The fries were OK not great. Tremendous portion but even after getting them well done where darker but not crisp. I grew up in New Jersey where we had great Char Grill Burgers at many eating places. Flat top grill only advantage you get a crust on each side of the burger. Chili's has a much better burger then the large one here at around the same price and includes fries. Outback has a much better burger and fries for about same price. To be perfectly honest Burger King's Whopper has better taste. This place is much to do about nothing and ZAGAT needs to get real. After the ratings they gave 5 Guys they have lost all their credibility with me and shouldn't rate anything, what are they thinking??? read more

Absolute perfection. I have always been a burger and frie kind of guy and 5 guys is the pinnacle of burgers. If you watch Man vs Food on the travel channel you may remember a Thurman burger in Columbus, OH. Well I have tried that and it's said to be a top 10 U.S burger and a 5 guys bacon burger with grilled onions, katchup, and jalepenos sure can compete with the Thurman Burger. And don't get me started on the fries. You can just taste the freshness and with a little cajun spicing, perfect fries. This burger kept me full for a good 8 hours. And that's saying a lot coming from a big guy like me. read more

When ever I think about Five Guys, all that comes to mind are the delicious burgers and french fries. I know its unhealthy, but its just too good to stay away from. It is a little pricey but I don't mind paying a little extra for the quality. read more

Just happened to be one of those days where I had a serious craving and I wanted a really greasy burger that was not good for my diet. I just had to have one. Thankfully, this Five Guys is right down the street from me and I just went ahead and made my way over there, vowing to do fun 2 miles the next morning. This Five Guys is in a tiny parking lot - like most and parking can be hard just due to the fact that EVERYONE loves Five Guys. I have never waited in line for long here as they take your order pretty quickly. Now, finding a place to sit can be a problem but who doesn't loved a packed place like Five Guys. It's supposed to be packed. That shows good food. I got a Little Bacon Cheeseburger because I've had to cut down and a drink from the new looking cooking machine. Five Guys has been the standard for me since high school and it will forever be my standard. So much better than In N Out. I never see what these Cali peeps mean when they say In N Out is better than Five Guys. Sorry you're crazy -- this is the ish. read more

Great food! The food service has always been quick and friendly. I always order the cheese veggie sandwich and ask for it not standardized. Ever since the sandwich went standardized, I have to explain in detail what I want. I have not gotten my order right the first time. Please take that option away!!! I love that This location finally has milkshakes! Parking and the location stinks but that is not Five Guys fault. Over the years we have seen the same consistent workers. We even saw management offering a worker a ride home :) read more

Ok come on folks lets get real. the burgers are small and they tend to over-cook them for my taste. Too many ppl eating there/ no place to sit makes it hard to really enjoy your burger. They really need a low fat menu asap, america is too fat already. read more

I ordered using the app on my phone which was straight forward but having to wait a long time for the fries led the burgers to become soggy by the time I got home. These burgers dont travel at all. I can tolerate this but the last straw for me was the undercooked burger. It was barely cooked and mostly pink. For some this might be ok but I grossed out. I wont be ordering again. read more

I honestly don't understand all the hoopla for this place. The burger was huge, but lacked texture and subtlety. It was like this big glob of meat and cheese. The buns were soggy. Neither my girlfriend or I could finish our burgers (which is saying a lot 'cause I'm a huge burger fan). The fries while tasty were limp, oily and a slightly grey looking. Hey guys how about turning up the fire on the fryer or change the oil. Some other observations: I liked the free peanuts, the place was incredibly noisy. All the peanut shells on the floor made the place look a little unclean. Maybe I have posted this in the wrong place, my dining experience was in Laguna Niguel , CA. read more

We wait for a special occasion to go to five guys.....valentines day, birthday or anniversary. Needless to say we waited a year for our five guys.....the burger was amazing but we warned ....the size of the fries order has taken a considerable reduction in size. We went to a newly opened 5 guys on the West Coast. It was phenomenal. When we moved to the East Coast we were very disappointed. The burgers were still tasty but the fries were almost always greasy and a little on the chilly side. We've gone a couple of times but have decided not to go any more. I can make them just as tasty at home :-) read more

Haven't been to a restaurant with a nicer, friendlier staff. The Little Bacon Cheeseburger is to die for. The fries are awesome. Make sure you don't load up on too many of the free peanuts while waiting for your order, because with all the toppings you desire same room for that burger. Service is fast and friendly! read more

5/15/2013.. a co worker ordered 2 cheese burges and 2 fries i was baged to go for me...... when opened there was a used balled up used napkin in the bottom og the fry cup.... i called the store the manager on duty said " no we no do that".... i told her they did. she offered a refund.... question is what is in the napkin and who else might this have happened to.... ultra nasty read more

went in for lunch today 12-4-13, my burger was ok, i never let eateries put fixings on my burger..ruins it..but my girlfriend had the mini cheese burger with everything, and had a hard time eating it, because something just didnt taste right,,we were in a hurry, they were busy as usual and two hours later she was vommiting at work while the runs had me in the opposite direction. will never return to that store or any five guys ..greasy spoon.disgusting. would not recommend to anyone read more
