I was not familiar with Jollibee, so I looked forward to giving it a try. Add this chain to the list of places where you can get spicy fried chicken as good as, or better than, Popeye's. Now I can also claim I've had their spaghetti - it's interesting and unique, but thanks, I'll stick with the fried chicken. The folks who ordered desserts really liked them. We had no problems placing or getting our orders, though they didn't necessarily all come out at the same time or in the order they were placed. But nothing was super-delayed or wrong with our orders. read more

I'm so glad I had previously good experiences eating Jollibee before visiting this location. If this had been my first time visiting Jollibee ever, my perception or willingness to eat anything from there would have been completely different. I admit the visit was closer to their store closing time. As in nearly an hour prior to closing. So online ordering was unavailable and I nonetheless attempted to go get the order placed in-person for picking up. Upon arrival, the location had no fries or pies available. The fried chicken pieces were extremely dry, cold, and inedible. The biscuits were also dry, hard like hockey pucks, and cold like it had been sitting outside in the 20F weather for some time. The mac and cheese and the mashed potatoes reminded me of sad hospital food. Terrible texture, extremely dry and stale. Straight into the garbage quality. "I don't give AF" was the running theme of this Jollibee. Not a single item I ordered to eat tasted good. I can understand why a store associate wouldn't be willing to make anymore fries or pies because I came in 5 minutes prior to closing. But the experience I had on the day of my visit was just very disappointing and plain old lazy. I sure hope people who do visit Jollibee for the first time go elsewhere to have a better chance of experiencing all the Joy of eating Jollibee. I've been to different Jollibee locations. TBH, I am not a fan of the chicken or the spaghetti BUT the Peach Mango Pie is amazing. Mid day drive through was not busy so I went through just for 1 pie. I wait about an hour to eat it because well, I had a huge AYCE lunch. Back to the pie, it was SO delicious, I wish I bought more. Oink oink... the price point($3.29) clearly dictated because of this fast food pie! No wonder all the locations in the Philippines have long lines throughout the day and there's a Jollibee on practically every corner. read more

Ok year(s) after they have opened this location. Let me update my review. They now have no issue obtaining the spicy chicken and it seems they have their full menu and online ordering symptom working flawlessly. The chicken is always delicious and they don't seem to mess up my orders (I tend to place large orders). It is my favorite fried chicken place. Better than KFC and Popeyes! Although I still have a sweet spot for Korean fried chicken, but Jollibee beats out the traditional fried chicken styles compared to the other chains! read more

Finally, a Jollibee in NoVA! The wait for this location was worth it. Service is really good--everyone was friendly, efficient, and kept things moving smoothly even though it was busy. Fair warning: it's freezing inside, so definitely bring a sweater if you're planning to dine in. The food, though, makes up for it. The chicken is crispy, juicy, and just as addictive as always. Sides were fresh and tasty, and their new burgers are surprisingly yummy--juicy patties with that Jollibee flavor twist. I've been trying to go to Jollibee's for years. I've seen videos all over the internet and kept hearing about their gravy. The inside felt like your typical fast food restaurant, nothing special. I was surprised to see the staff was Filipino, glad to see that. The cashier wasn't super friendly though, a bit timid and confused with my questions. It was my first time eating here and I didn't know what to order and how to get the best deals such as certain combos and such. I ordered a bucket of 6, got mash, the spaghetti, a side of rice because they didn't have the adobo, and an ube pie. They told us the chicken would take 25 minutes. We also got here half an hour before they closed. As we waited, the cashier told me they didn't have any pies left, and asked what I wanted instead. Although I didn't want the fries, there weren't many options since they were out of a lot of items, so we got that. When the food finally came out, there were two main complaints. The mashed potatoes and the fries were cold. On the flip side, the fried chicken was piping hot. I did the viral trend and ripped the skin off and stuffed it with some rice and gravy. Definitely the best bite out of everything I tasted. The spaghetti was lukewarm and tasted like BBQ sauce, but the noodles had a good texture. The gravy was hot and we tried to balance the coldness from the mash, not successful. Too cold to save. The gravy was good but nothing special. I don't get the hype. My current favorite fried chicken!! I get spicy every time I'm here and every time it is fresh hot crispy juicy spicy perfection!! Chicken tastes flavorful with spices! Their sides are also delicious and you must try their spaghetti, mashed potato with gravy and peach mango pie! Customer service is good but... it is best that you go before 5pm and after 7:30pm. Had various items from this place- burger, chicken sandwich, fried chicken and finally chicken tenders. The spicy fried chicken is the best. The chicken tenders lack a bit of spice imo- if it had the same kick as the spicy fried chicken then it would've been much better. The burger is pretty good and the spicy chicken sandwich is the best out of the sandwiches. The ambience is very fast paced and food comes out quickly. The service is fine. One complaint is how little they give the sauce for the tenders - only 3 sauces for 10 piece tenders and the tenders themselves are not worth ~2.5 a piece. Extra sauce is .89 which is kinda insane. TL;DR: Horrible food, not even kept at safe temperatures. Went for lunch to finally try this chain. A sign said they were out of some of the fried chicken options, so I just got a sandwich combo. They handed me my meal in the drive through waaaay too fast. But I can see why no one else was there and there was no line. I pulled over in the next parking lot to try it. Spicy chicken sandwich: room temperature. I didn't want to eat it, as that's absolutely not a good sign for food safety, but I did take a bite. Even the inside of the chicken was room temp. I threw it away. There was some heat, but no flavor, no crisp, nothing. Fries: Incredibly mid, but at least warm. I also tossed this. Root Beer: Somehow ALSO bad? Like they watered it down with seltzer. Tossed this as well. Mango-peach hand pie: Thought this would be okay. Nope. Also trashed it. Tasted like canned peaches and extra sugar. That's it. But at least this was the one item that was hot and crispy. Ultimately every single item including the drink was garbage, and the whole thing was ONLY not a complete waste of money because now my friends who aren't in this area and don't have a Jollibee will stop asking me to try it and report back. We went through the drive-thru at Jollibee and the service was pretty quick, which we appreciated! We ordered the Family Bundle B, paired with some pineapple punches (my favorite!), and finished it off with their peach mango pies for dessert. The food was decent overall, but nothing stood out as extraordinary. The chicken was crispy, but a bit dry, and the spaghetti was sweeter than expected, which isn't really my taste. The pineapple punch was refreshing, though, and the peach mango pies were a solid treat. The service was the worst i've had. i came with a group and we ordered at the same time, but it took forever. if we didn't talk to the workers then we wouldn't have gotten our food. people who came after us would get their food before us. we didn't have any large orders either. not only that, but they ran out of the drink i ordered and didn't tell me. i had to ask them about the drink to get a replacement. additionally, the group all ordered to go, and we had to pack the orders ourselves. we were given the food on a tray and a bag on the side, but other customers got their food already in a to go bag. all of this waiting made our tour guide and other groups late to a scheduled event. 81 people had to wait because of bad service. this was right after a flight as well. don't waste your time here read more

I'm beyond excited that a Jollibee is now within reach in the area! While Jollibee's food is incredibly tasty and a great fast food option, the service at this location leaves much to be desired. The location itself is pretty centralized and the building is pretty big with lots of seating. The food at Jollibee is simply delicious. My personal favorite is the Jolly Spaghetti, which is sweet and savory and topped with cheese. The chicken is juicy and fresh, and it stands out compared to chains like KFC or Popeyes. And to top it all off, the pies (both peach mango and ube) are amazing--not overly sweet and wonderfully flaky, far better than McDonald's pies. However, the service is lacking. While the staff taking orders are generally pleasant, there always seems to be something happening in the back that causes delays. For example, during a Saturday lunch rush, it wasn't packed, but we still waited longer than expected. We arrived at 1:18 p.m. with 3 people in front of us, but didn't get to order until 1:30 p.m., and didn't receive our food until 1:59 p.m. For a fast food restaurant, that's not exactly fast. I'll come back to Jollibee for the delicious food, but be prepared for slow service if you're in a hurry or don't have much patience. read more

I have wanted to try Jollibee since they opened here, and I was in the neighborhood, so I walked here for lunch. I ordered the 2 piece, 1 side combo which I got half&half, 1 original and 1 spicy. The fries didn't look like anything special so I got the mashed potatoes and gravy. I upgraded to the Pineapple Quencher for the drink. . The chicken itself was beyond greasy, but then I noticed their sign saying their chicken is "next-level juicy". By juicy they mean extra soaked in grease. The original was tasty, the spicy was just OK, and normally I like spicy. The mashed potatoes I would recommend for a side, the gravy is really good, similar to KFC gravy . The highlight of the meal is the Pineapple Quencher, which I would recommend the upcharge because it is really very, very good Overall, I doubt I will go back, simply because of how greasy the chicken is. read more

Hi everyone, I wanted to share this bad experience I had... I went to Jollibee in Chantilly with my family around 10:04 p.m., or maybe before 10:00 p.m. I checked, and according to Google, they close at 11:00 p.m. However, when we arrived, the staff told us they couldn't serve us because their system was down. But there were other people eating there. I even offered to pay in cash, but they said the kitchen closes at 10:00 p.m., even though there was plenty of fried chicken in front of us. They mentioned that the drive-thru closes at 11:00 p.m., so I asked if I should use the takeout service to order my food, but they said their system was down and that they would ask the manager. A woman came out with a bad attitude and just told her employees no. It was very disappointing because we arrived before closing time, and it seemed unfair that they refused to serve us food when it was still ready. I hope management improves their communication and updates their posted hours to avoid this confusion for other customers. A table of customers who were eating there told them they shouldn't do that since their website says they close at 11, and they just ignored the comment. In the photo, you can see a good amount of food and some people on their phones. I've gotten a chance to try Jollibee out twice now. Once closer to when they first opened and yesterday now that they've been opened for a few months. The first time I went there, I ordered the two piece chicken with gravy, spaghetti, peach mango pie, and pineapple quencher. The chicken was salty, skin coating is thick, meat was dry. I enjoyed the take on it with their signature gravy for dipping (might i say the gravy was the best part, but even then, after so many bites I start craving for a flavorful dipping sauce). The spaghetti was a pretty good side, I just wished there were more sauce to the pasta. The Peach Mango Pie was absolutely delicious, the pastry was soft and not thick and bread-y. The Pineapple Quencher was good, just a bit too sweet. I was told by many to try their Spicy Chicken. Therefore, even though not as fond the first time, I went back to give it another chance. There really was no spicy flavor to it at all, the chicken however this time was cooked much better, was moist and not dry. Breading on the chicken still the same, decent not anything to hype about. I wouldn't go out of my way out of all the other fried chicken spots, but if I was close by, would be a place I'd ordered from again. read more

The bag was sealed tight, so no way to check without opening it there--which isn't practical. Called to complain, but the staff got defensive, blamed me for not checking immediately, and refused any refund, discount, or remake. They acted like it was our fault entirely. The food that's there is usually good, but frequent mix-ups plus zero accountability make online orders risky here. Drive to another location if you can--avoid this one until service improves. This place is delicious! This particular location was a bit confusing as they had the drive through blocked off and what looked like a old play room just in a closed off space inside. I felt the inside and drive through and not being given a spoon with my mash potatoes is why I docked a star. Pass that, the staff were supper friendly and efficient. The food came out really quick. There was so many deal meals going on! The food was delicious! I think my favorite was the peach mango pie! The chicken and mash potatoes tasted so clean without excess oil or additives. Was really happy about that. It made me feel good afterwards. I want to come back and try the friend chicken bucket and spaghetti. Definitely more of those peach mango pies :) read more

The spicy chicken is quite tasty but everything else is clearly intended for a different set of taste buds than my wife and I have. So sickeningly sweet and frankly to us nauseating. Their fried chicken, spaghetti, mashed potatoes, adobo rice, burgers, pies, pineapple quencher are all on point. You really can't go wrong with anything on their menu. Nothing is overly salty or too greasy. It's all well seasoned. Service is quick, friendly, and efficient. Plenty of seating is available and it's clean and organized inside. So glad they opened up a jollibee in this area as I have been going to the one in Alexandria for a while. I feel like there isn't much to say about the service or ambiance as it matches with every other fast food. As for the food. The chicken is consistently crispy, juicy, and flavorful. The spaghetti has a good sweetness to it while still fulfilling that delicious tomatoey sauce. The rice is flavorful. The gravy has a great taste that I feel like can not be beat. For an inexpensive fulfilling meal, I would totally recommend just stopping by and trying this stable. read more

I've been excited to try this place out, ever since the sign came up of what the old Arby's was going to become. The first week was so packed that I simply had to wait BUT the wait was finally over this afternoon. Celebrating my shiny 2024 elite badge with a brand new exciting review!!! I quickly navigated my way through the drive-through and asked the gentleman on the other side of the Teleprompter "What are the items you recommend for somebody who has never had Jollibee before". I ended up ordering a spicy chicken deluxe with a side of mashed potatoes and gravy and the pineapple drink. I also ordered the aloha burger à la cart. I ordered the Jollibee spaghetti and a mango and peach pie. The order came out to $30. I was shocked when the very kind gentleman handed me a singular bag that was maybe half full. I asked him if this was all? He assured me that it was and talked me through the prices. The drive-through was less quick than I would have expected. I get home and warm up the air fryer in order to make sure that I try out all of my options warm. The most incredible item of my order was easily, the mango and peach pie. It has a crunchy exterior. This was nothing to due with the air fryer (I know because I was too impatient to wait and took a bite before I even put it in) they managed to fry the outside to perfection and stuff the inside full of delicious jelly with pieces of fruit. It truly puts the McDonald's apple pie to shame. It is a dry and boring desert compared to this. It was the last thing I ordered and it was a little bit of an impulse order but I will 100% be ordering it again. Upon emptying the rest of the contents of my bag, I realize that my spaghetti was not in the bag. I called the store two times and nobody answered. I will drop by again tomorrow and ask for the spaghetti that I paid for because I'm really really curious about the flavor profile , it seems so bizarre that a fast food restaurant would offer spaghetti and it was truly one of the first reasons why I wanted to try it. Stay tuned for that review. The next best thing was easily the spicy chicken sandwich. The patty itself is not spicy. What makes it spicy is the Sriracha mayo and the jalapeño pieces. The chicken breast was juicy and thick. The patty did not have much flavor on its own. I asked if they had spicy chicken and they don't YET but I'll certainly need to try that when they do because the seasoning was lacking in the breast itself. The aloha burger was last. It's a double patty with bacon and pineapple. All things considered, as a fast food "fancy" burger it was good. Cheese slice was average. A little pricey. Not great. I don't think I'd get this again. The mashed potatoes (and I have to admit I'm a SUCKER for this side at Popeyes or KFC) were very good. The gravy was thick and flavorful. The potatoes were smooth with some chunks of red skin. I really enjoyed this side. OH!!! The pineapple drink is delicious. Really unique and didn't taste artificial. I'm happy I got creative and made it a lil mocktail by requesting 1/2 of it and 1/2 starry (Pepsi sprite). Really great combo!!! From past experiences, on weekends, get here around 10:30 to 11am to beat the rush. Order the Spicy fried chicken joy with gravy, Jolly Spaghetti, Adobo rice, biscuits and fried peach mango pie. The chicken is so crispy and extremely juicy if hot and fresh out of the fryer. The spices are on the batter and skin as well as in-bedded into the meat. We get the 6 piece bucket combo (legs and thighs only). Dip it into the best tasting gravy in the world. Would be perfect gravy for Thanksgiving Dinner and dry turkey. Adobo rice is fluffy and flavorful. The Filipino dirty rice if you will. Somehow, Jollibee makes better buttermilk biscuits than Bojangles and Popeyes. So light and fluffy and buttery. The sweet Jolly Spaghetti with hot dogs is a real flavor surprise. I didn't think I would like it but it's my favorite dish here. Please don't compare it to chick fil a because that isn't a fair comparison, but feel free to compare it to Popeyes, KFC, and other places that have fried chicken pieces! I love the spicy chicken pieces with Jolly Spaghetti, which is their phenomenal spaghetti with ground beef, sweet sauce, and hot dogs !! It's a spicy rice with what I think is pork meat inside it! Love it!!! Then I love to have the Yum burger!! My experience was okay. They had just recently opened, so I'm assuming, they're still trying to find their footing. We came on a Saturday night, so dine-in was really packed and the drive-thru had a really long line. The parking lot seems to have parking spaces on the smaller side. The wait to get our orders taken was longer than the time it took for our orders to come out. We initially only wanted to come in because we only wanted to eat pancit palabok. We were extremely disappointed to learn that it wasn't on the menu. The online menu didn't mention that this particular location didn't offer it. We settled for the 2-piece chicken joy with adobo fried rice. One of each of our 2-piece chicken was still kinda raw in the middle. The adobo fried rice didn't taste very flavorful. My rice was a little dry, but my parents said theirs seemed like it was overcooked. The gravy was good though. Combos don't include a drink so a full meal can be a little bit expensive. They only have one set of drink dispensers, so it can get busy waiting to fill your drink cup. They also didn't get a chance to replenish their utensils area so had to ask for eating utensils and straws at the counter. The dine in area also seemed to be on the smaller side. We had to wait and be on the lookout for available tables. The staff were really nice and patient. Answered questions and service was pretty good. Overall, it was okay. Nothing to rave about.
