First time ever to Jollibee and everybody hypes up the fried chicken so you gotta get the chicken, right? And according to my high school son you need to dip your chicken in the gravy. So, how is that chicken? Wow...pretty damn good. Super crunchy exterior, juicy inside and a nice peppery seasoned flavor which sets it apart from all those other fried chicken fast food joints we all know. We also tried the beef patties, the original chicken sandwich, mashed potatoes, adobo rice, and the peach mango pie. The beef patty meal is a bit on the smaller side but the gravy and mushrooms make for a comforting meal. My son gave the thumbs up for the sandwich and I thought it was also seasoned well. The adobo rice made a nice combo with the beef patty gravy. Make sure you finish your meal with the peach mango pie. They don't have spicy chicken yet :( The original chicken is not super flavorful, but the chicken was very crispy, tender, and juicy! Hot take but I don't like the spaghetti bc it's wayy too sweet for me (sweeter than the peach mango pie). Overall: SO happy to see a Jollibee in the area!! This is a wonderful location for Jollibee to be in. It is right next to a bunch of other fast food chains so the options in the area are endless. I went here the first week it had opened on a Saturday and was so surprised at how fast they got our meal out and the availability in sitting options and everything that we ordered hadn't run out of availability. My favorites which are prwtty standard across all Jollibee franchises are the spicy chicken, pineapple, juice, mango pies! The inside is very renovated and had a bunch of chairs and tables available and people were really great about getting up and cleaning their spot after they were done so that the rest of the people in the long line ordering were able to get a seat when they needed it. It's day 1 of opening and I went through the drive thru. Wow! They handled everything so efficiently and were prepared to have tons of customers despite it raining all day! I was so surprised at how quickly the line went and how fast I got my order! I got the 6 Pc Chicken Joy bucket, Jolly Spaghetti, 2 Pc Burger Steak with Mashed Potato, a Pineapple Quencher, and 3 Peach Mango Pies. I didn't realize the burger steak didn't come with rice, but that is my own fault (luckily had rice at home hehe). Otherwise, everything tasted great and the chicken was delicious! Made my way because of the social media hype. Waited 20 mins on a simple order. The spicy chickenjoy is delicious. The fries and biscuits were horrible; both were lukewarm/cold and had zero taste. The pineapple quencher is just plain pineapple juice. The peach mango pie and ube pie were both just okay. I definitely think this place is overhyped but I strongly recommend getting a bucket of spicy chickenjoy if you do go. Everything else seems like it can be skipped. read more

Dont ever order through the app. Just come order in the restaurant because they have no idea how to prioritize between drive-thru, app, in store orders. Jollibee is my childhood favorite and It UNACCEPTABLE when I got STOMACHACHE and PRE VOMIT right after the meal. My family said maybe I wash my hand not enough. I love Jollibee franchises. But the problem is that they are always out of a menu item. This one is no different. I wanted some ube pie and halo halo. They were out with no timeline to refill. I love the food but they need to work on the supply chain issues. But, when you are in the restaurant, you will see smiling customers eating the sweet spaghetti and legendary Fried chicken! I know it's odd being a Filipino that only recently I discovered Jollibee and it's actually my younger sister who took me to the one in Times Square NY a year or so ago. During that trip, I was very happy with the 2-piece chicken joy I had and felt proud it was a Filipino created flavor. And so when I found out they opened a store in Chantilly, my son & hubby delved into the chicken joy & peach-mango pie phenomenon! But when I tasted the chicken it was slightly below par in comparison to my first experience of this chicken at Times Sq. I figured, ok, this location is new so they are still sorting out and tweaking some kinks I thought in Jan 2024. But after two or three more visits, including today's pick up of 12-pc chicken joy and 5 pies, the two chicken I ate from the 12 pc were dry, and not as flavorful. It simply lacked that joy both in flavor and texture in that chicken. Just like the past two times, I was disappointed! If I may suggest, they should reassess and restore the process that provided good quality that Jollibee had a leg up on its competitors...I mean, Popeyes is literally a mile from me but the 20-30 minute drive to Jollibee had become suddenly intolerable! I'd much rather only eat it if i'm in NY, the location that gave me joy over a really flavorful fried chicken and in which originally turned me to Jollibee! Obviously, service can be tough running a very busy restaurant and I could tell the workers at this location all looked just business and no joy in their faces. The restaurant itself is not bad but missing is that 1 dedicated person cleaning after each guests leave a table that I noticed from the location in NY. Definitely missing that care for clean environment which could have given a bit of a nice ambience to this place if one were to hang around and eat on site for the freshness... I really wanted to like this place, but it was not to bee ( see what I did there ? ) 1. Price- Two pieces of chicken alone was $8.99 ( the cashier rang it up that way for some reason. More on her later ) That is $4.49 EACH for a small/scrawny leg and thigh. The cashier then rang up each side (mac and cheese, "spaghetti" ) separately for $1.50 each. I was going to complain until my brain calculator determined this was actually cheaper then buying the 2 piece combo @ $11.50...whatever. 2. The chicken- Mid at best. Again $4.49 ( each ) for a smallish leg and smallish thigh ( God knows how much upcharge it would be for a breast ). Flavor was pretty basic. One piece was under cooked. Pinkish on the inside, like they did not wait long enough for it to thaw before battering/frying. We wasted $4.49 on this piece. Fast food chicken that is better and more reasonably priced : Pollo Camparo Bojangles Churches KFC Royal Farms Popeyes Krispy Krunchy In other words, pretty much any fast food chicken is better and at a better price point. Sides - We wanted fries , but alas they had none. It looks like had had 3 fryers for fries but they were not being used. So I suspect that they just "ran out"at this location. This tracks with other reviews. Mac and Cheese - Not great. More like macaroni mixed into melted Velveeta. It was very processes-cheese-forward. We only ate about half. Biscuit- Super dry with a heavy artificial butter flavor. They dont give you anything to put on it. You could probably use one of these to ddry out a cell phone in a pinch. "Spaghetti"- A bigger disappointment than the chicken. I suspect it had been sitting in a cooler and then nuked before serving. The cheese sprinkled on top was hardly melted and it was barely warm. I went to stir it up and it flipped over and retained the shape of the container. Filipino "Spaghetti" is normally weird , its made with a Banana sweetened ketchup like Fila Manila and Filipino Hot Dogs ( Which are hot dog shaped bologna with a heavily red dyed casing ). The sauce itself was mostly just red and sweet with very little flavor. The couple little pieces of hot dog did not exhibit the look of a Filipino hot dog. They were small and grainy, more like those vile Vienna sausages that come in a can. The pasta itself is basic and cheap spaghetti noodles, in this case clearly made the day before and stored cold so that they retained the shape of the container until mixed with the sauce. This is more like Honey-Boo-Boo hillbilly "Sketti". Noodles and Ketchup with sliced Vienna Sausages. 0 stars. Do not recommend. Facility/ Service - Pretty much the entire floor was sticky. How is that even possible ? I think this used to be the old Burger King in Chantilly. We sat in what used to be the play area that they removed the jungle gym and painted . No effort is made for noise abatement. The cashier had only a basic understanding of English. She managed to get our order wrong twice. She did not understand our inquiry about the lack of french fries. Service was slow . Lot of people waiting for orders. They give you one of those buzzer things so you can wait while they microwave your "sketti". You should probably avoid the drive through. read more

Completely Disappointed and Furious! I don't even know where to start with this disaster of an experience at Jollibee. I went in expecting the classic crunchy fried chicken, crispy fries, and some steamed rice simple, right? Instead, what I got was an absolute mess. The chicken was dripping in oil , just soggy and greasy. It was honestly mortifying. And to make matters worse, they completely forgot to include the fries I specifically ordered. Tried this new location that just opened up. Got their Fried Chicken, Burger Steak, Adobo Rice, Spaghetti, Fries, and Pineapple Quencher. Jollibee is definitely one of my favorite fast food fried chicken spots. The chicken is always crispy, juicy, and super tasty (especially dipped in gravy). The Burger Steak with Adobo Rice was also really good and flavorful. The rich sauce paired very well with the rice. I know people love the spaghetti, but I'm personally not a huge fan. Waited 30 mins at the drive thru around dinner time on the day before Thanksgiving. Not too bad. They had people outside directing the lines and making sure we had a good experience. There were people taking orders so when we got to the front of the line, our food was ready. Service has been awesome so far. They don't have all their menu items yet. Their menu is missing the palabok :( We ordered the chickenjoy bucket treat with the Burger Steak and 6 piece deal and some mango peach pies. The first time we came we stood in the drive thru line for 50 minutes. It was worth it. The food was prepared as expected except for not enough sauce on the family size spaghetti. The second time we came we ate inside. There was not much of a wait. The chicken was lighter in color and not as crispy. There was more sauce on the spaghetti though. I don't even care what the food tastes like at this chantilly, VA location. The line to place your order inside and then receive your food takes way too long. After 30 minutes we finally received our food. I still had to go back to the counter to ask for ketchup and napkins. And the restaurant is a mess. Uncleaned tables, no cup covers, straws, utensils or napkins at the soda station, and a ridiculous pile of trash at the trash container. This location is either way understaffed or poorly managed.
