This is my second visit to this Jollibees since it opened and it makes me wonder, why haven't I been back sooner? A Filipino style fast food place that hasn't disappointed yet for its unique menu items and great tasting food. The first time I tried this location I had the fried chicken which had its own unique seasoning to the breading. This time around, I went with a limited time chicken sandwich, that's called the Aloha chicken sandwich. It was also really good. Both times I got one of their signature Peach Mango pies for desert. That pie reminds me of so many Filipino dishes that I love to eat. So sweet, and so tasty! And to wash it all down, you go to try another of their signature items, their Pineapple Quencher. The food is all round good stuff. The staff are friendly, and while there can be a little bit of a wi to order, once you do order, your food is out rather quickly. The place is only about six months old, so it's still im new shape. Nice and clean. There aren't many of these around, so if you are anywhere near the area, take advantage and stop in and try their food. It's a great alternative, and something a lot different than your more common fast food joints. read more

First, the food... brilliant. This was my first time at Jollibee and I was extremely impressed. I ordered online and went into the store to pick it up. This was a seamless process. I got the fried chicken, spaghetti, mashed potatoes and gravy, pineapple drink, and the peach mango pie. Would recommend all except the peach and mango pie. Closer to two and a half stars than three. Their chicken is average. There is nothing special about their adobo rice or fries. Their charging extra for "premium sides" is unjustified in my opinion. The person taking my order did not understand clearly-spoken English. I asked him three times if I could have two thighs, rather than a thigh and leg. I do not like chicken legs. It was evident that he did not understand. At the time, there was no one else to ask for help, so I just gave up. Jollibee - Aloha Chicken Sandwich - Filipino Near Me - Chantilly, Virginia

It's just "ok" at this location. I've had it in the Philippines several times along with Seattle and other cities. Mostly, we'd drive to the Alexandria location every weekend and were never disappointed with the food (crowded, though). This chain location is the newest in the area and seems to be doing well business-wise, but the food is never really great. I'm not sure what the differences are between the two locations other than size, but it's obvious when your food comes out. They may actually be overcooking the food. I'd say the burger steak and Yumburgers are largely consistent. The chicken was fantastic after their opening, until there was a huge problem with their spicy chicken supply, which isn't localized (affects all locations in the US). I believe their cooking strategy needs a rework - Alexandria is much better. Mango pies are great until you try to take them out - every one we've bought at this location has been busted or overcooked to the point it's difficult to separate the food from the package. We miss the limited time Ube pies and typically don't get excited over the mango versions anymore (because they're always busted). There is NEVER any palabok at this location. It's not even worth asking anymore. The gravy is the bomb! One of their signature aspects is the gravy. Mix it with the rice and chicken...you have an amazing meal! Jollibee Corporate: please fix your supply chain issues, you can't run out of spicy chicken after a month, then take 3-4 months to get it back. read more

My first time ever having Jollibee's after hearing about it for years and years did not really live up to the hype. At the end of the day it was fast food, just serviceable, and I probably won't go out of my way to eat here again. If I'm shopping at that Walmart or at the Dulles Expo Center and want fried chicken, that's about the only time I'd come back here. For some reason they don't have a lot of menu items available right now - the coconut pineapple pie and the palabok were two that my family was looking forward to trying but they just didn't have. We ordered a 6pc Chickenjoy bucket, fries, jolly spaghetti, mashed potatoes, 2 biscuits and 2 peach mango pies. We did not recieve our mashed potatoes and didn't realize until we got home because we assumed the gravy container had the mashed potatoes in it. Chicken was alright. Did not really have any flavor at all but the meat was juicy and the skin was crispy. Fries were slightly soggy. Biscuits were comparable to Popeyes in that they were dryer than the Sahara desert, but weren't as buttery and sweet. I was not brave enough to try the Jolly spaghetti but my family liked it and said it was probably the best part of the meal. The peach mango pies were great, especially when warmed up in the microwave. I hope Jollibee's has enough business to survive in the coming months because it does serve a niche that the Chantilly area is lacking, but I personally will not contributing to that business much, if at all. read more

This location has only been open for 3 weeks, so take my experience with that in mind. They are still getting the staffing and logistics worked out. (E.g., the soda fountain in the dining room does not work except for the really cold water. The trash bins were overflowing. Growing pains.) That said, the food was fair with some hits, a few misses, and a couple of walks. The burger was small, dry, and lacked flavor. I can't recommend it. The spaghetti was unique with a chef boy-ar-dee vibe. Some of the other noodle dishes looked promising, but we didn't get those. The chicken legs were large, juicy, and crispy. The thighs were also crispy but trimmed to a smaller size. The local competition offers full-sized thighs, so this is a curious strategic choice by the chain. The side of gravy made a nice dipping medium, but it could do with some salt and pepper to boost the flavor. The mashed potatoes came with gravy and actually tasted like real potatoes. Much better than the other local chain. The adobo rice is a different story. Why is it a "premium" side? I found it bland and tasteless. Do yourself a favor and get the mashed potatoes instead. By far, the best experience was the pineapple soda. It was not too sweet but had a pleasantly solid pineapple flavor. Outstanding drink. On my next visit, I will bring some salt and pepper packets from lunch the day before and some Frank's sauce. i'm so happy i don't need to drive all the way to alexandria now for jollibee. i felt this place was gatekept from me because i didn't know chantilly had a location!! still a bit of a drive, but not as bad as before :)) the only thing i don't like at this location is they don't have the palabok which is my favorite thing to get at jollibee!! so maybe i will make that drive to alexandria still, haha. i ordered the peach quencher, peach mango pie, the fried chicken and spaghetti combo with gravy on the side. the fried chicken pairs really well with the gravy. my drumstick was super crispy, juicy, and piping hot. the spaghetti was ok, i finished it all but i was really just missing the palabok. if you're new to jollibee, definitely try dipping your fried chicken in the gravy. so worth it. the peach mango pie was too good. it always is, always will be. i love the crunch and crispiness on the outside and the gooey sweetness on the inside. it often pours out because it's a lot of filling, so i suggest eating over a napkin or some container. very nice place. the service was quick and efficient :) there's lots of available seating, but more big tables so come with a group! read more

Jollibee seems to have a following. The place is always busy. The bucket of chicken is good, nice and crisp, and big pieces. The mango peach pies are good. The spaghetti reminds me of spaghetti O's which for me is not a bad thing. The cheese burger reminds me of the McDonald cheese burger from my childhood, when the burgers were good! I had a 6 piece Chickenjoy combo from Jollibee, which came with two sides and 2 drinks. For the sides, I chose biscuits and mac n cheese. The crispy juicy chicken, which was supposed to be the highlight, was mid at best. The chicken didn't deliver on flavor but did in texture. I loved the fact that it was hot and crispy. As for being juicy, it was more like greasy to me and just didn't sit well on my stomach. The gravy wasn't my favorite either as it was lacking in flavor also. The  biscuit--flaky, buttery, and slightly sweet--holds its own, especially with the added honey, there's just something about that combination. Unfortunately, the mac and cheese also didn't quite hit the mark. While it was okay, it lacked the creamy, cheesy goodness we crave. The noodles were a tad overcooked, and the overall flavor fell flat. Perhaps a bolder cheese blend or some herbs could elevate it, along with a less dense and more creamy texture. Overall Impression In all honesty, this combo just didn't do it for me and left me quite disappointed. Im going to chalk it up to being a new location and opening. Everything I had needs improvement, but will I go again, absolutely. Remember, taste preferences vary, and this is just my opinion. This is a Drive-thru experience review. The path towards the ordering kiosk was slightly confusing but made it so that's all that matters. Was hoping that they would have an extensive menu with Palabok and other variety of combos but they didn't. It's ok though, here's to hoping that they will introduce the missing food items down the road. Service was very nice and friendly. Didn't feel rushed during the process. When we got home, the chicken joy and gravy were perfect! Fried chicken was crispy and juicy, and I can take shots of that gravy anytime! We grabbed one of the combos with the Filipino spaghetti and peach mango pies. All of the dishes were well prepared and tasted yummy. Will def return when we want to have some "Jollie good day" type of meal. So glad that the growth of this chain continues in Northern Virginia. read more

The chicken is dry and has NO flavors. It was a waste of time and money. The service was slow. They forgot one of our orders. We had to wait for another 15 minutes for it. I grew up eating Jollibee in the Philippines so I am excited to have one close to our house. But the service in this location SUCKS BIG TIME!! I am not sure what are the managers are doing on training their employees but they sucks. No one pay attention to the customers even thought they are lining up to get ready to order to many people in the kitchen that do not know what they are doing! The tag line of the store is " BEE HAPPY" But no one in the store looks happy that they are working there! I place an order online and they missed a whole meal in my order! How can you missed a whole meal. You just have to read the ticket. Double check every single time to make sure you handed the complete order I work in food service and the place I work we make sure that we hand the complete and right order. As a manager we never leave the store and just a shift-lead to run the store where they can only do certain things. Management should be efficient and effective all the time to make sure that mistakes are avoided. Train employees to make sure that they are focus on the customer and not ignoring them. None of them even acknowledge the customer when they there. NO EMPLOYEES looks interested in inter acting with customer like I said no one looks happy they work there! Improve you service! read more

I went on a weekday for lunch since I work closeby. I mistook for a chuckechees since the mascot looks like a rat. If I had not been to a Bucees, I would have thought it was a really small Bucees. I had a standard chicken sandwhich, fries and drink. I wasn't real happy that they didn't have unsweet tea and had to get a soda instead. Decent, but not great. I do like that they don't have pickles on their sandwich by default and have jalapeno's instead. Was mid on everything. Nothing that is better than Ch*kF***. Went in at around 535pm today to dine in before we had an event to go to. Ended up waiting 40 minutes to get our food. Asked for a bad to get it to go at that point bc we needed to get going. Here's the most frustrating part of it.... The restaurant wasn't even busy when we ordered, so I don't understand why it took as long as it did (this location has no drive thru either). My son and I ordered spicy chicken sandwiches, and the wife ordered the aloha yumburger.... Didn't even get what she ordered - she ended up with an aloha chicken sandwich instead. You'd think after 40 minutes of waiting for such a simple order it could have atleast been right. Along with that, the food was cold. Have been to jollibee in Virginia Beach and the one up in Alexandria/Linconia area in the past and have never had any issues, so I don't know what this locations deal is. Been to Jollibee 3 times. Opening day was long lines but so fun so see all the happy and eager people ready to taste chicken joy, adobo rice, Spaghetti, aloha burger and the peach mango pie (still waiting for the palabok). We ordered 2 buckets of chicken (bucket A and B) 10 peach mango pies and more spaghetti's. Went over the $80 max so no pineapple refresher drink for me. It was all good. 2nd time was 2 days later at 830pm and I was number 4 at the drive thru (not bad). Ordered chicken joy bucket A (that's with the spaghetti), aloha burger and more pies. Just ordered the steamed rice I completely forgot about the adobo rice. Chicken was still amazing. And aloha burger was juicy and yummy. Today (3rd time) another bucket of chicken joy and finally adobo rice. Unfortunately , they ran out of pies. What I notice about the chicken is it's not like those Tyson chicken (US chicken) the taste is different in a way that it's not one of those commercially farmed raised loaded with antibiotic and GMO feed chicken. It taste like the farm raised chicken like back in the Philippines. You can tell by the portion size of the breast, thighs and legs (they don't have wings). Chicken joy is such a JOY to eat.
