Picked up to-go here! It was so quick and efficient. I placed the order on their app and it finished just in the timeframe it said it would. Staff member was friendly and provided great service. Wingstop have been one of my new favorite spot to grab wings. The flavors here are much more flavorful, wings are cooked perfectly, and the seasoning / sauce has always been coated evenly. I ordered their two new flavors which were The Meltdown and The Crunch. The Meltdown consisted of garlic, Cajun seasoning and buttery Parmesan. Definitely an awesome combination, but to be honest, I prefer the traditional garlic Parmesan over these ones. The Crunch consisted of sweet honey, zesty lemon, and a fiery dry rub. You can definitely taste the sweet, lemony and slight kick to it. Great flavor, just didn't wowed me. The third flavor I got was their most popular, the Hot Honey Rub, definitely has that nice sweet taste with just a slight kick. I definitely think this flavor was very good. I think the only problem with ordering the three flavors that I did, it started somewhat tasting kind of similar since it was all so close in seasoning. This restaurant is always clean and quick, and the employees are great. We usually order on the app and the order is always accurate. We love the dry rub seasonings on wings here (Buffalo, lemon pepper, old bay) as well as the saucy ones (regular Buffalo & Cajun), and the French fries are fantastic. The regular fries have a salty-sweet seasoning that I love, and we also like the Cajun fries. The ranch dressing is our favorite. I didn't go inside the store (fiancé picked them up for me) so I can't speak about the space but the food definitely is hotttt even when it comes home. We got four different flavors along with seasoned fries and Louisiana voodoo fries. The Louisiana voodoo fries were good and saucy but if you don't eat them fast enough, then they definitely get soggy. Everyday is a good day to get wings, so my friends and I went to try wingstop. When we got there it looked pretty clean. After examining the menu, we went up to the cash register and we ordered our wings. I got the large boneless (lemon pepper, and honey bbq) which came with fries, a dip (I got blue cheese) and a drink. I also got a side of cheese sauce (because I love cheese) and a bread roll. The cashier was relatively friendly and let us know that our order would be done in roughly 25 minutes which we appreciated. Eventually our food came out and we were excited! I started with the bread, and it was not very good. The top was overly buttered which made it tasted greasy. The inside was not fluffy and soft, but dry and relatively hard. After that disappointment I moved onto the French fries which was also disappointing. The fries were soft, greasy and salty, not appetizing at all. However after drowning it in cheese sauce it was palatable. After trying the bread and fries, we put in a to go order since we had to grab food for our friend. After going through the same process the cashier told us 17 minutes and so I began to finish my meal. The wings were not bad, but not amazing either. The savior was the blue cheese dipping sauce it made everything taste a little better. After finishing our meal, we began to wait for our friend's togo order. After about 30 minutes we noticed they never called out the order so we went up to the front and noticed a togo bag just sitting there. We then noticed a worker, however he just ignored us and swept the floor. After another 10 minutes another person came out from the back to help us. We asked if our order was done, and he looked behind him and noticed our order and handed to us. Due to Corona virus, I couldn't dine in but I got the food deliver to my house through Doordash. I got 40 wings, cheese fries, and corn. The wings/ drums are bigger than Buffalo Wild Wings. The flavor was good, my fav is black pepper. Some wings were oily so I wish they could've drained out the oil first. The cheese fries was great. The corn was ok. This was my 1st visit and order from this particular chicken wing franchise. I placed an online order on a Wednesday evening around 630pm and picked up the order at around 7pm. The online ordering process was simple and easy. I ordered their 8 pc combo with fries and a soft drink. I was given 2 flavors of wings to choose from a list of about 7 or 8 ranging from their mild to Atomic, the hottest flavor offered and was rated at 4 peppers. I didn't wonna risk an upset stomach so I opted for their Mango Habanero, next to the hottest, and Korean Q. The order was ready within 5 minutes of me arriving to up the order. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I got the food home and opened it and took a look. Nothing seemed hot or spicy. In fact it looked sweet and sour. The wings were brown and the others were a dark blond colored. I took a bite of the blonde one and tasted a little sweet and salty, much like a general tso's chicken at a Chinese carry out. I put it down and picked up the brown one and took a bite and tasted more like a soy sauce based glaze than a fiery hot wing. I thought they sent the wrong order but the staff convinced me it was what I asked for; Mango Habanero and Korean Q, after I sent them a photo of the wings I was given. I was sorely disappointed with both the of the flavors. The Mango Habanero and Korean Q tastes similar. Neither was spicy nor tasty. I had better, cheaper and meatier wings at 7-11. Wow, so I came there last year, forgot to write a review, so the Employees were super friendly and actually gave me 40 wings for free on the house, because i believe it was time to close shop soon, and they had all this left over batches. I went to order for take out. The guy at the cashier was really cool. Nice guy. I got the Mild, Cajun, and Louisiana. The mild is just a regular buffalo sauce that's tangy and not spicy at all. I thought, Cajun, seeing that it was top 3 on the scale, would be spicier. It was a pretty normal spicy, comparable to Popeyes spicy chicken. The Louisiana wings were dry-rub and they were the best of the three. It was not supposed to be spicy, and the fact that it was dry-rub, it was nice and crispy. I think the wings had a little more salt today (including the fries), but overall not bad. Maybe next time I'll come for the Atomic wings, as well as a repeat of the Louisiana. read more
