What's the point of ordering ahead for pick up at 7:30pm just to have to wait 30 minutes later for your wings to be late. This is on a random Tuesday night. I would not recommend to friends due to the poor service. Even McDonald's is more punctual with their food service. read more

Standard wingstop. Service and online ordering- great! I prefer Korean fried chicken, but this is good when you're craving wingstop. I like their tenders better than wings. I also love their ranch. Yum! read more

Picked up to-go here! It was so quick and efficient. I placed the order on their app and it finished just in the timeframe it said it would. Staff member was friendly and provided great service. Wingstop have been one of my new favorite spot to grab wings. The flavors here are much more flavorful, wings are cooked perfectly, and the seasoning / sauce has always been coated evenly. I ordered their two new flavors which were The Meltdown and The Crunch. The Meltdown consisted of garlic, Cajun seasoning and buttery Parmesan. Definitely an awesome combination, but to be honest, I prefer the traditional garlic Parmesan over these ones. The Crunch consisted of sweet honey, zesty lemon, and a fiery dry rub. You can definitely taste the sweet, lemony and slight kick to it. Great flavor, just didn't wowed me. The third flavor I got was their most popular, the Hot Honey Rub, definitely has that nice sweet taste with just a slight kick. I definitely think this flavor was very good. I think the only problem with ordering the three flavors that I did, it started somewhat tasting kind of similar since it was all so close in seasoning. Overall, still truly enjoyed trying out the new flavors! read more

The wings were a bit salty, but was still good. Also thought the fries were a bit oily and became soggy very quickly. A great place to hang out with your friends, though! read more

Terrible!!! We got food poisoning from here! Just thinking of the food makes me throw up

Man this place is just so wonderful the food is so amazing I just love the customer service .p.s I'm a real human being

Wings are not good at all. Rubbery and chewy. Too costly for poor food as well. Gave them a couple tries with no satisfaction. Service was good. read more

Highly recommend if you're craving wings. I ordered the bbq wings with fries. Super delicious and perfect spot to watch any games at!

Extremely filling value meal. Couldn't finish the fries because they were bland. I didn't like the sauces, but the lemon pepper wings were ok. Service is fast, nice, unproblematic. They give you the food in a big paper bag. It's a small place, so it's clearly meant mostly for carryout. I felt satisfied after the meal. read more

Wingstop - 24pc Family Pack (Classic wings flavored with Hawaiian & lemon pepper & Louisiana rub, Cajun fries, and veggie sticks) - Chicken Wings Near Me - Centreville, Virginia

The food from this location was okay at best but really the reason for this review is the Manager. Just trying to pick up some food that I clearly ordered, go to the car to grab my phone and show him the order and still giving me a hard time about picking up my order. Next time save the attitude for someone else buddy, you're just making wings! read more

I spent $38 dollars on wings and it only came with one sauce container(ranch) than I ask for 2 more ranch packs and they tell me that I'll be $3.70 why the fuck am I getting one sauce for 20 wings?? Piece of shit company. read more

This restaurant is always clean and quick, and the employees are great. We usually order on the app and the order is always accurate. We love the dry rub seasonings on wings here (Buffalo, lemon pepper, old bay) as well as the saucy ones (regular Buffalo & Cajun), and the French fries are fantastic. The regular fries have a salty-sweet seasoning that I love, and we also like the Cajun fries. The ranch dressing is our favorite. There are other Wingstops closer to me, but we drive farther to get to the Centreville Wingstop because we know it will get our order right. read more

The owner of this franchise needs to STOP being extremely ridiculous by putting all the order restrictions on us! (Guests) we are trying to order over the phone and we cannot place a big order! The car said "you cannot order this big orders over the phone this are the owner rule" really??? I want to put money in your account and you put conditions on me??!! Stop being RIDICULOUS!!! You are loosing money!!! Today I decided not to place my order because of it, my total should be $150 !!! My money went to the guys around the corner! Enough! read more

Chicken is pretty good ! Fries were good too!! My favorites are the Louisiana rub, original hot, lemon and Korean. The only reason why I'm giving it 3 star is because of the service. There used to be this other gentlemen (manager) he was so nice ... but today .. this other worker working the cashier ... customer service was so bad and he had a very bad and annoyed look while working... my friends were getting annoyed by his attitude and was about to tell him to smile .. but again, food was good :) read more

Wingstop is probably one of my favorite wing places now! We ordered ahead for carryout and it took roughly 15-20 minutes. I didn't go inside the store (fiancé picked them up for me) so I can't speak about the space but the food definitely is hotttt even when it comes home. We got four different flavors along with seasoned fries and Louisiana voodoo fries. The Louisiana voodoo fries were good and saucy but if you don't eat them fast enough, then they definitely get soggy. I may or may not get these fries again but it is worth a try at least once. read more

Everyday is a good day to get wings, so my friends and I went to try wingstop. When we got there it looked pretty clean. After examining the menu, we went up to the cash register and we ordered our wings. I got the large boneless (lemon pepper, and honey bbq) which came with fries, a dip (I got blue cheese) and a drink. I also got a side of cheese sauce (because I love cheese) and a bread roll. The cashier was relatively friendly and let us know that our order would be done in roughly 25 minutes which we appreciated. Eventually our food came out and we were excited! I started with the bread, and it was not very good. The top was overly buttered which made it tasted greasy. The inside was not fluffy and soft, but dry and relatively hard. After that disappointment I moved onto the French fries which was also disappointing. The fries were soft, greasy and salty, not appetizing at all. However after drowning it in cheese sauce it was palatable. After trying the bread and fries, we put in a to go order since we had to grab food for our friend. After going through the same process the cashier told us 17 minutes and so I began to finish my meal. The wings were not bad, but not amazing either. The savior was the blue cheese dipping sauce it made everything taste a little better. After finishing our meal, we began to wait for our friend's togo order. After about 30 minutes we noticed they never called out the order so we went up to the front and noticed a togo bag just sitting there. We then noticed a worker, however he just ignored us and swept the floor. After another 10 minutes another person came out from the back to help us. We asked if our order was done, and he looked behind him and noticed our order and handed to us. Overall, I wouldn't go back to this place because the food was mediocre and there was a lack of service. read more

Due to Corona virus, I couldn't dine in but I got the food deliver to my house through Doordash. I got 40 wings, cheese fries, and corn. The wings/ drums are bigger than Buffalo Wild Wings. The flavor was good, my fav is black pepper. Some wings were oily so I wish they could've drained out the oil first. The cheese fries was great. The corn was ok. I think the price is cheaper than BWW. Overall, the food was good and I was happy cuz I was tired of cooking. I would definitely order from here and dine in when I can in the future. read more

This was my 1st visit and order from this particular chicken wing franchise. I placed an online order on a Wednesday evening around 630pm and picked up the order at around 7pm. The online ordering process was simple and easy. I ordered their 8 pc combo with fries and a soft drink. I was given 2 flavors of wings to choose from a list of about 7 or 8 ranging from their mild to Atomic, the hottest flavor offered and was rated at 4 peppers. I didn't wonna risk an upset stomach so I opted for their Mango Habanero, next to the hottest, and Korean Q. The order was ready within 5 minutes of me arriving to up the order. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I got the food home and opened it and took a look. Nothing seemed hot or spicy. In fact it looked sweet and sour. The wings were brown and the others were a dark blond colored. I took a bite of the blonde one and tasted a little sweet and salty, much like a general tso's chicken at a Chinese carry out. I put it down and picked up the brown one and took a bite and tasted more like a soy sauce based glaze than a fiery hot wing. I thought they sent the wrong order but the staff convinced me it was what I asked for; Mango Habanero and Korean Q, after I sent them a photo of the wings I was given. I was sorely disappointed with both the of the flavors. The Mango Habanero and Korean Q tastes similar. Neither was spicy nor tasty. I had better, cheaper and meatier wings at 7-11. I won't be going back. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly and courteous. If they hadnt been, I would've given them 1 star. read more

Wings are usually on point. Fries are good. Louisiana rub are the best. Also the old bay are pretty good. Make sure you add the ranch.

Idiot in charge on Thursday September 29 is rude and grossly incompetent. They lost my order at least twice and blamed it on the delivery service. Then I didnt get what I ordered. Wow, so I came there last year, forgot to write a review, so the Employees were super friendly and actually gave me 40 wings for free on the house, because i believe it was time to close shop soon, and they had all this left over batches. I was just fortunate to have arrive there by the last 15minutes before closing. The wings were also good, cooked well, and each wing was styled differently to each sauce. Perfect place to invest your mouth into, during the Superbowl Game at your pad, haha. :') Cheers! read more

By far the best wings I've had in a long time. The dry rub was flavorful and the wings were crispy yet juicy on the inside. Seasoned fries were nicely fried. Soda was crisp. Great overall experience. Definitely way better than Buffalo Wild Wings. Great staff as well! read more

This is the worst wing stop location to date. I love the wings here but the customer service is TERRIBLE. They are so rude and I feel like they are doing me a favor every time I place an order. Whether it's on the phone or in person. There needs to be a major attitude check. Management needs to get involved because this is ridiculous. And I am not the type to write nasty reviews but after various bad experiences I felt like I need to put this out there. Do better. read more

I placed an order through DoorDash. I waited for almost an hour before receiving a call from my dasher saying that the restaurant told her the order had been cancelled. I was confused because I never cancelled the order. After spending half an hour on the phone with DoorDash support, I got a refund. I went to order for take out. The guy at the cashier was really cool. Nice guy. I got the Mild, Cajun, and Louisiana. The mild is just a regular buffalo sauce that's tangy and not spicy at all. I thought, Cajun, seeing that it was top 3 on the scale, would be spicier. It was a pretty normal spicy, comparable to Popeyes spicy chicken. The Louisiana wings were dry-rub and they were the best of the three. It was not supposed to be spicy, and the fact that it was dry-rub, it was nice and crispy. I think the wings had a little more salt today (including the fries), but overall not bad. Maybe next time I'll come for the Atomic wings, as well as a repeat of the Louisiana. read more
