Back again. That tells you something. Came here after martial arts deal with grand daughter. The little sliders for kids are great! Savannah was great, greeting us and getting drinks going. Grown up sliders were good too. Fries and rings were hot and crispy. Burgers were wonderful. I got the cheese steak sammy. Savannah recommended it. It was good. Needs more meat. Better sturdier roll. I've avoided this place for years and tonight I remembered why - their service is SO bad and slow. Got our orders wrong 3 times. Went here the other day after a visit to Spa World and this definitely filled the cravings for a good burger. I got the Mac and cheeseburger while my boo got his (I forgot which one- might be all glory burger). They were really good and the service was great too. Our server, David, was kind and asked if we had ever been to Glory Days to which my boo had said no while I had. Because of this, the manager came out with a plate of freebies we were able to try, which was awesome and showed great service from our server. My boyfriend and I stopped by for endless boneless wing Tuesday ($11.99) The restaurant was decently packed on a Tuesday night and we were sat at a high top table near the bar. We both order the all you can eat boneless wing option. The first round came out with 8-10 wings (no getting more than one sauce per round). No sides were included in the special. Not even veggie sticks which was a bummer. Each round after the first was only 4 wings. The wings were fresh and hot which was great. But the service was VERY slow. Since we were at a high top table, our server was also the bartender. He wasn't very attentive and it was difficult to get his attention to place orders since he was also working the bar. The sauces for the wings were only okay. Glory and honey garlic were good. Everything else was too sweet or too salty. The high heat was just straight up gross. Overall, the experience wasn't what we wanted and we wouldn't come back to this location. read more

My experience here was great! I have a hard time giving chain restaurants more than 3 stars. The restaurant was very clean and there were flat screen TVs showing football games along the entire perimeter inside the restaurant. They have a full bar menu, which I didn't expect, with happy hour specials. The menu is comprised of bar/sports food and focuses on burgers and chicken wings as their main feature. If your still going to outback you've been conned lilik myself. Glory days has way way way betel quality at 20% less price. I've ate at outback for 17 years. Particularly after covid they went down hill immediately. I kept giving them my business because a lot of places struggled keeping and finding good help. Unfortunately they have continued to decline. I wanted to stop into red rocks just to check them out for the first time in years but they were closed so the last option was glory days. Glory days, where have you been the prices were amazing a revamped menu with 30 new items. Incredible, I ordered a ribeye because if you have a decent ribeye your doing okay. To my amazement it was one of my top favorite, probably tied with number 1 ribeyes ever. Steak guys know ribeyes and if you can impress out the gate that's saying something. Cooked to a perfect medium, it was chargrilled perfectly, faloavorful, juicy, and oh so tender. The side salad with ranch is as good if not better than outback. I'm going to ayer on the side of glory days simply because the steak was that dam good. Kudos to the chef for cooking it to perfection and to the owner to find a supplier with atheist Angus grade beef. So long outback, Hello to the glory days to come. read more

The waitress accidentally spilled my hot coffee onto my lap when she reached over for my friends menu - I'm a pretty calm person and fully understand that mistakes happen, but the fact that the waitress did not check in on me for a while after the incident nor cleaned the floor where I was sitting made me absolutely frustrated (I had to sit at the aisle of the table until I asked someone to clean it up.) The Manager Doug Wisgerhot at the time said there wasn't much he could do rather than pay for my dry cleaning bill - but he then proceeded to say I needed the receipt first (meaning I would have to go get it done first, wait, then bring the receipt back to the restaurant.)I had to wash my pants in the bathroom to make sure the coffee stain didn't set on my Khaki's. I reviewed my receipt and my coffee was not on my tab but my meal was still present. I'm assuming my coffee was on the house but if I didn't have already put my order in, I would have walked out and not dined in with wet pants. I just wish more was done about the situation and to please just check in on your customers when stuff happens. I didn't feel like they were very sorry for the incident or took it seriously. I had received the General Manager's information so I will follow up. Also we didn't get waters until after we finished our meals. read more

We just got curbside pickup in what I hope are the last days of COVID restrictions. Glory Days had our order perfectly correct with contactless delivery exactly on-time. They have a video camera set up on the Braddock Road side of the restaurant so that they can see you pull in. Genius! My wife had the Fabulous Fish Fry, I had the crab cake sandwich, and we shared an order of Knock Out shrimp. My crab cake was huge and flavorful, one of the biggest crab cakes ever with minimal filler and big chunks of crab. My wife raved about her fish. It was crispy and tasty. The KO Shrimp were great especially with the sauce in a separate cup. I ordered my crab cake with lettuce and tomato and was quite impressed that they had put in a little piece of deli paper to separate them from the sandwich bread top so that it would stay dry. Servers are very slow. When they take your order, it takes a long time to get your food. Inconsistency in pricing. Some of the servers charge more for different sides. I came here earlier tonight with a few friends around 10:30pm thinking they closed at midnight (mind you, we didn't realize they changed their closing time from 12am to 11 until later). We saw that there were also a few other tables still dining so we didn't think anything of it. Why would we assume they closed at 11 when the hostess had no issue seating us? But to my distaste, I overhear a server on my way to the restroom, in the most annoying voice, complain that WE were rude because their kitchen was closing in less than 5 minutes. I checked my watch to see that there was still 1.5 hours left until midnight so I was thinking she meant a certain late night menu? But as I come back to my table, I see the same server (larger, brunette with hair tied back) loudly say that the kitchen is closing soon. Mind you, she didn't say this to my group, she said it near them with the intention of them hearing her. And let's be honest, it's near impossible not to hear her insufferable voice complaining, AGAIN. So we get up immediately, since we're not jerks who come dining right before closing and while we received an apology from the gentleman with darker hair, I couldn't be more disgusted at that brunette girls' behavior. If you hate your job that much, do both of us a favor and quit. All it would've taken for us to realize our mistake was the hostess turning us away. On a recent pickup, it took 45 minutes instead of the quoted 20. I continue to love their Mac and cheese, cornbread, salads and burgers. These few dishes keep me coming back! Sitting at the Centreville VA location surrounded by at least 40 football fans on NFL Sunday, I am very perplexed by the seemingly standard rule of not broadcasting the sound of the main game playing on the screens or at the very least, the sound of the local team playing, i.e. Washington Commanders or Baltimore Ravens. I am aware of the "fetch the game to your phone" campaign, which I think is great for during the week or any other time, but not broadcasting the sound of the marquee Sunday NFL game - entirely opposite of what a "sports bar" should be. We were told by Nelson, the local manager, that sound cannot be played when multiple games are on TV...Hhhmmm. I am very confused because for two weekends prior to today, the bar played the sound of the Steelers game at someone's request. This certainly was not the only NFL game on at the time contradicting Nelson's philosophy. To include a positive, Armando, a bartender at the Centreville location, is outstanding. He makes the place feel like a friendly, neighborhood bar. He's THE only reason we want to sit at the bar when we are here. I hope this place, this company, reconsiders this confusing Glory Days rule. read more

Hostess: lacking. Nobody said hi to us for about 5 minutes at the front. One girl finally came over, kind of half heartedly motions us to a table. Lucky for us, the owner guy noticed and immediately waited us which I appreciate. Wings are SO good. I worked for a wing store for a while so I can tell when things are fresh. These are freshly fried wings (large and juicy). I got the garlic Buffalo and Glory. Both amazing. The garlic Buffalo...it wasn't really garlicky in my opinion but it was SO good. I mean, the best Buffalo sauce I've had in a while. Truly finger licking good. I also got the ranch per a fb groups recommendation, and it did not disappoint. The ranch was garlicky which is my favorite style! The wings were also wet (lot of sauce) which I love! I also ordered the Philly cheesesteak which was okay, the meat was not chopped as it usually is, it was mostly a slab of meat which looks kind of funky. Fries were amazing. Salad was drenched in dressing and looked like it was just a .99 salad kit mix. The rib, chicken and shrimp platter was terrible. The shrimp were "grilled" but were barely cooked. We ordered an appetizer to share with our beer since we were still full from dinner. He was full of smiles when taking our drink orders. That made the beer taste that much better. We weren't constantly bothered with more food, more beer gestures... he was there when we needed him. Their was a big group in the restaurant and they were constantly coming up to the bar questioning their orders... however, the bartender was cool, calm and collected. I visited here on October 26th with a friend to hangout and the first thing we witness is a very friendly staff who directed us to a table with a friendly manner. The next thing we know is being greeted by another employee who introduces himself and letting us know that he will serve us for the day. While we were looking to order Boneless Wings with Glory sauce, we were wondering if the checks can be split and the server cleared the concern for us very quickly and split the checks equally for us. We decided to order a 18x Boneless Wings with Glory sauce and extra pretzel sticks. As for the environment and atmosphere, the place seems very clean and peaceful. I know this place is usually crowded but this time there weren't much guests since it was late afternoon. There are tons of seating and the walls are surrounded with TV screens for people to watch different sports and the place also includes a bar located on the far right side of the entrance. I guarantee that you'll get the best experience here if you visit with a group of friends; especially if they're fans of sports. When the Boneless Wings finally came out, it was very fresh and came along with a few celeries. We asked for a ranch to eat with the celeries and it was worth it. My friend and I both enjoyed it with no complaints and we are definitely considering to visit here again for their wings. Recommended. read more

Disappointing visit to the Centreville location of Glory Days! This place is near Hmart, Spa World, and Breeze. It's a normal Glory Days Grill with the same menu... Unfortunately, the service was just horrible. I went there with my dad, aunt, cousin, and cousin in law for a little get together on a Saturday around 7-7:30pm. The place wasn't packed...maybe 50-75% capacity. We had an elderly waiter, who seemed to be losing his mind. It took FOREVER to do anything. Forever to get drinks, forever to place our order, forever to get our food, etc. We got the crab dip, south west Tex eggrolls, 24 wings, burger, Cobb salad, and pasta. He kept forgetting to refill my water even when I asked 3-4x. I gave up and asked another waitress because he kept forgetting and then never came back to check up on us. This happened multiple times, so there were several occasions where I got up and went to the bar to get a refill on water. Whenever he passed us, he wouldn't see us wave at him to come over...or ignored us every time. He was also rude when he forgot our refill on a beer pitcher and we had to remind him a third time. He said it's not ready yet when 23 minutes passed. I will not be returning, and was very dissatisfied with the service. It ruined a good time for me. read more

Terrible! I have visited three times: Visited 8 PM - 29 October 2016. Service was slow, horrible, and the food has downgraded to snack shack at a pee wee baseball game level. Nachos was served cold with Week old stale chips. Korean lettuce wraps with four small lettuce leafs - had enough chicken, salad filling, and sauce to make ten more servings. Chicken was super oily. Chicken wings - the size of each chicken was the size of my thumb because it's over fried and of cheap quality. Service - Asked the Waiter if there where ales he said, "he didn't know," so he asked a manager a white female seating on the last row of the high top tables; mind you she was drinking alcohol for the answer. Annoying and downfall of the night: Bunch of waiters and hostess where just standing in the entrance on their cell phones, joking around, and louder then the guest brought my experience to a one star and not to recommend this place or to come here again.
