We walked in and the service was very friendly which was nice. The menu items looked promising so we ordered a couple of dishes but I have to say the price to proportion was not the best. The food was okay and the portion for the food was so much smaller than somewhere with the same dish and pricing. I got the beef noodle soup and it was pretty small but tasted pretty good.

The staff was exceptional from start to finish - welcoming, attentive, genuinely friendly, and the kind of hospitality that makes you want to stay awhile. The food, drinks, and overall energy were fantastic, but what really stood out was how authentic and comfortable the experience felt. Places like this are hard to find anywhere, let alone outside a major city. I enjoyed listening to the Irish band rehearsing. My only complaint was our waitress. Emily seems a little gruff with us. She wasn't nasty, but wasn't overly friendly either. When I first arrived I was greeted by a blonde waitress, I didn't catch her name, she was very nice and I told her I was waiting for my group to arrive, she checked with the manager to see if it was okay if I waited. She offered to get me something to drink. One of the members of my group doesn't eat in pubs too often, he said the noise level was a bit much for him. I wasn't really bothered by it much. I might visit again in the future.
